Wicked Nice Caaaz

After my original experience, when walking in to look at the vehicle and, subsequently, to purchase it, where I was treated with interest and courtesy, I was disappointed to discover that, less than 10 miles into my journey home, the vehicle began to shudder and several lights came on, including the engine light. I was obliged to continue the remaining 10 miles home, as the dealership was then closed. Returning the following morning, I could not have received a more different welcome to the previous day. I encountered cold irritation and a stiff promise to look at the vehicle, no response to my inquiry about the best possible car rental option to assist in my return home, simply “get an Uber”. Their job was done, the vehicle purchased. They did overhaul the truck, the following day, but the cold, indifferent service, after purchase, was unimpressive. I hope that the vehicle meets the promised standards, at this point. After a promising beginning, I feel let down and unimpressed.

ive looked at two cars from this place one was sold out from under me then when i tried to purchase the the second car i liked he told me how the first one was a lucky no buy because the guy who has it now says its misfiring. Now for the second car. They told me was available but then sold but then said they were selling ti to a dealer and if i could match the dealers price they would sale it to me im nto competeing with a dealer im here to buy a car from a dealer like seriously complete tools! Save yourself the trouble SMH -_-

Mike and Scott were very help-full and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble for them allowing me to inspect the car. The two items I had issues with were put right before I collected the car. They were very fair with the trade in price they gave me. Wicked Nice Caaaz are a first-class trustworthy dealership. I recommend them whole heartedly.

Matt made it better ..... I hate car shopping!! I admit that I have a real attitude problem with car salespeople. And, heading out to buy this time was no different. Given that my husband and I are both in sales and have been for decades each, we know all the tactics, all the closes that salespeople can use. So, we are on the lookout and watching for them. They don't work on us. But, I have to say that Matt did a great job. No BS with him. I found him to be extremely direct and transparent about the cost of things. We purchased our vehicle at Wicked Nice Caaaz and, so far, we are quite satisfied. We had some maintenance done after the purchase and he continued to see that everything got done and on time. If you hate car shopping as much as me ... I'd suggest you stop over and see Matt if they have a vehicle that fits what you seek. You may be as surprised as I was. I know I'm a tough customer when it comes to car shopping. I just had to give a shout out to Matt for his efforts. TY

Wicked Nice Caaaz has been fantastic. I have been dealing with Matt. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. After the PPI, I chose to purchase the car. They are, also, as part of our deal, updating the IMS and the RMS. I should be getting the car by the end of the week. Matt was very responsive to my questions and gave thorough answers. We texted and talked in the phone many times during the day. I have nothing but positive statements to make about Wicked Nice Caaaz. The car was delivered yesterday. With the exception of road dirt and grime from the transport from FL, the car was in good shape. Interior was clean and very respectable for a 19 year old Porsche. There is no operator’s manual for the add on radio, navigation system, Bluetooth, and SiriusXM. I need to reach the unit and speak with a service representative to get a manual for that particular unit. All in all, the car was delivered with all features promised.

Bought a 2008 Mustang Convertible from Simon Says Etc in Cape Coral, FL, even though I live in Massachusetts. Matty and Mike were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the whole process. They were very accommodating about me arranging for a mechanic to come check out the car for me. I freely admit that I'm not an easy person to deal with when it comes to major purchases, but Matty and Mike put up with me, and were nothing but reasonable, friendly and professional. Overall, a great car buying experience. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

This is a great dealership. The deal went very smooth and the vehicle was just as they stated. No pressure salesman who knew a lot about the vehicle and previous owner. They hand pick local vehicles, which is a great way to find quality, clean, low mileage cars and trucks. I felt very confident purchase it from them it would do it again.
