A horrible experience I had with this dealership! I have done some research on these guys and some some very nefarious acts specifically towards female buyers. After speaking with 7 other females attempting to do business with this company, we determined that females are being targeted with fees that were placed in contracts without their knowledge! Ladies, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

Dealer was good. Car wasn't what I was looking for.

The Salesman Shawn does not read the info about the car so he can get to know about what he is selling and he can be ready to try to sell the cat so he knows nothing about the car to answer your questions about the car and he has to look on his cell and read the listing of the car to try to find the answer for you and he acts like he is Bored with you and Bored with trying to sell you a Car and Has zero motivation zero enthusiasm and he is a waste of time to “Try” to buy a car from him even when the Car is a great looking Car at a Great Price, he takes All of the Fun out of the experience.

Tried to give my story, but there weren’t enough characters. Bottom line I was first in line to buy this car, eventhough it wasn’t and should not have been up for sale since it was not ready to be sold. I was lied to about being the first they would call to go, and buy it. I found out through this site that it had been sold, while I had been waiting on a phone call to go get it every day once it would come back from the garage. Sales rep then tried to deflect when I messaged him after they sold it. Main business never answered my calls. Car wasn’t even ready for retail, and when I went to check it out they wouldn’t let us drive it. Car was already at one guys house in a yard that was supposed to be a mechanic. Then needed to go back to Ford for more work. A waste of my time, gas, and money not to mention two weeks of holding be back from shopping.

We found our dream car at Wholesale Auto but we live in Denver. Buying site-unseen was a little nerve-wracking, but Danny was great to work with and gave us full assurance that the car we wanted was as good, if not better, than it looked online. He face-timed us showing every inch of the car and answering our questions. When our car arrived via transit, we were pleasantly surprised with attention to detail cleaning and how good a shape the vehicle was in. We would buy from them again!

I drove over sixty miles to look at this vehicle. I made it very clear before I drove there that I would not pay any difference in the trade. I was trading a 2013 model with low miles for a 2011 model with high miles. The best they could do was me paying them $3,400 difference. A totally wasted trip!

Very friendly and knowledgeable people! Answered all my questions and allowed me to take the vehicle as a loaner for a day, so that I could arrange for my mechanic to check it out. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Wholesale Auto Group. Highly recommend them!!

Great people to deal with. They weren’t at all pushing any type of warranty or anything else that would increase their profits and annoy the customer. When I wanted to take the truck to a mechanic for inspection they contacted the Toyota dealership down the boulevard and set me up to get in right away and set up us paying their fee (only $50) They found absolutely nothing wrong with the one owner vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles in my 70 years and this was by far the most pleasant experience my wife and I have ever had as we were in and out in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this dealship to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. They also gave us a great deal on the 2012 Toyota Tundra CrewMax we purchased from them.

I have been looking for a Harley Davidson truck for a month or so trying to get one that was NOT abused or really used as a work truck. I came across the Wholesale Auto Group and they had exactly what I was looking for. Drove from north Mississippi and was not disappointed. As the owner of a family run business, I appreciated the tight knit group that I chose to buy from. Everything was smooth and I was on the road home with my NEW to me truck. It is as nice as any truck in any showroom.

Test drove a vehicle and they stayed late to work with me to ensure all my questions were answered. They also followed up promptly to see if I had any questions. It ended up not being the vehicle I wanted but the experience was great and I would go to them again if / when I need another vehicle.

I've been selling cars in Phoenix in the past. I was a top salesman because I sold on volume. I realized that dealer fees were always negotiable. This dealer ship does not. They just blew an 18,000.00 cash sale because they would not drop those 700.00 dealer fees!! My gain there loss! We found another car with only one owner not 3 and only 40 k miles not 51k for 1k less $$ and just paid cash... Buyers beware!!

It was a good experience with the salesperson.

Very slow or no response. Hard to see a vehicle because they close at 5pm. Wanted to make a deal and the sales person didn't get back with me.

Responded quickly to my call. Actually made a deal over the phone that I was sure that it would change once I arrived but they kept their word and 30 minutes later I left with my new to me van. I would definitely recommend.

Good car buying experience at Wholesale Auto Group. Limited staff the day i went to buy due to it being Lundi Gras, so a little more time was necessary to complete the deal. However, I still managed to get a great car in my expected price range and drove it home that day. Would have been nice to get a full tank of gas with the deal for my drive back to the Northshore, but not a deal breaker for me! Overall, a pretty straight forward negotiation and paperwork process. Thanks to Danny and his staff.
