Salesman very helpful. Salesman went out of his way to help. Management will not deal on used car price at all. I don't like that. Even a little movement on the price would help get me in the showroom when there are a lot of similar cars on market. Oh well.

Wasn’t completely honest over the phone about condition of truck. I drove 2 hours to see a truck that was in bad shape cosmetically, had scratches down both sides of the truck and some dents.

They were very easy to deal with. I checked around they had the lowest prices around.

The sales person was able to answer all questions that I had about the car. Even though the car was not what I wanted the sales person asked if there were other convertibles that I was interested in and checked their inventory. Every person that I talked with on the phone at the dealership was courteous and very professional. Will definitely keep them in mind if another car comes available that I am interested in at their dealership.

Sisk Honda was very responsive to my inquiry and answered any questions that I had about vehicles on their lot. The service desk and management bent over backwards to help me in my search for a new vehicle. I would recommend Sisk Honda if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

Call and took my information and told me that they would call me back weather I would be approved or not. But I didn’t receive a call back.

Limited interaction. Not a fan of the automated emails sent out. They were not applicable to any interaction or discussion I had w/ any employee there. When I called to follow-up on a vehicle found online, the sales person was courteous.

Answer questions promptly

Instead of answering a question about the truck I was interested in, they kept asking for my phone number so they could better serve me. They could have better served me by just answering my question. Too interested in getting me to come to store instead of saving everybody some time and just telling me what I wanted to know through email. They were also uninformed about the availability of vehicle.

The dealer sent the pictures to me week after my request. By that time I was no longer interested in the vehicle. Once you are in that excited mode, you can loose it just as fast!
