I had saved this car as a favorite and watched price drop a couple of times. When I filled out a pre-qualify app and called White River, I spoke to Cory. He was super nice, friendly and while I was working, he ran my info, told me I was approved. Went up next day, signed paperwork and drove off with my vehicle. This place was great, fast and I'd definitely but from them again! Thanks Cory!

Emailed the dealer let them know when I would be there to look at a vehicle. Asked the salesman if I should put a deposit down to hold it until I arrived. Salesman told me it would be there will talk more when they reopen after Sunday. Then promptly sold the vehicle on me before I could get there. Will bring my business elsewhere.

Vehicle was poorly described and there was a good reason they didn't post pictures - mismatched replacement bumper missing parts. A second vehicle they showed me had duct tape holding together a plastic piece under the vehicle that had obviously just been installed. The salesperson was good but the dealership lost my trust. Asking top dollar for problem vehicles while trying to charge a $495 paperwork processing fee is beneath a Subaru dealer.

I was interested in couple of used cars and I was promptly invited for a test drive. The staff here was very friendly and patient. One car I was interested in was already sold, but the lady(Jennifer) discussed with me few other pre- owned cars matching my budget/criteria. And then she pulled out all the 4-5 pre-owned cars I was interested in for test drive, which was really nice. I drove 4 cars. She was really patient and friendly during all test drives. Finally I liked a Nissan Sentra which was almost new-like condition, at a great price. I had to do one more trip to the dealership as I had to arrange for a loan from my local Credit Union (They did offer me a loan from Subaru though). But the whole transaction was really smooth, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. They are the friendliest staff you would see at a car dealership. :-) and have great selection of pre-owned cars.No usual salesman type push to sell their cars, which was pretty important for me

not enough space to describe how disappointed Iwas .the emails, the calls and when I arrived there was no cars to see, they have not followed up with a potential car at another location& did not evaluate my trade in

They were in the process of establishing a new owner and sales team. Somewhat confusing and ended up looking elsewhere. Am sure the office is more coordinated with their roles and communications. Steve, from the NH based office, was there to assit.

We were treated extremely well.The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful but never pushy or attempting the Hard sell the sales manager and Finance people went above and beyond to make our experience as easy and smooth as possible. Overall Just a great experience.

My wife and I never felt comfortable with them. After we arrived, they told us that the car advertised had been sold (even though we called them before coming to make sure that it hadn't, then the manager said it'd been sold the previous night ,and the salesman said it'd been sold that morning)--bait and switch much? The salesman indicated that the quote he emailed me would lock me into a sale; not true.
