Dealer provided additional information and photos as requested. They also call and advised that the vehicle that I had inherited about required some additional maintenance and would update me when completed. Very upfront and honest communications.

I sent in a request for some information on a vehicle... they responded fairly quickly, but showed me no pictures that I asked for. Finally got someone to reply and send me the pictures. Told them I would talk it over with my family and then get back to them.... now i have 600 salesmen from the dealership emailing me. I let them have it. I know it’s what sales people do, it’s their nature, but this was over the top. I wouldn’t buy here due to poor customer service.

The sales staff set up a convenient appointment for me and we looked at two vehicles that I was interested in.
I ended up buying the 2016 Trax and was very pleased with their willingness to negotiate a fair deal.
They are also to be commended for not trying to add a bunch of extras after the deal was made.

I spoke with two different people there, at two different times; a man who was very professional and helpful, and a woman who was very nice but extremely pushy and manipulative. She never answered my question directly and did not give me any time for more questions. Her main focus was appointing me...that is all she was interested in doing. I'd say she was very skilled in her craft, but it left me feeling manipulated.

Each time I have tried to get information on a truck he would take he time
calling me back and by the time he call the truck was sold.the next truck they
would not hold because I need a co signer so instead of letting me come to
get the truck they sent it to action that is the kind of people you are dealing
with
