Badr was extremely helpful in knocking down the price of a low mileage M340i for me. I was also pre approved for a loan through my loan, and the finance dept was able to work to beat the interest rate my bank provided. Extremely friendly and personable staff. Their bumper to bumper warranty was pretty reasonable too, which is a must have with BMWs. Thanks again Badr and all the staff at Westshore Mazda!

Was ready to buy the car and was told that there was a Corporate Policy for this dealership for me to physically come to Tampa, FL to do the paperwork and sign the papers, that's unacceptable as I didn't know this level of information to purchase a car online. I've bought a car online in FL before and didn't have this requirement. Really wanted to buy the car and ship it to my location, but because of this Corporate Policy, I was not able to purchase the car. If this is the requirement it should be advertised in BIG BOLD LETTERS, so customers know in advance that it requires a trip to Tampa to buy a car from this dealership.

Absolutely horrible experience! Would never go back, or recommend them. Hostile, false information, all around the most disgusting behavior I have ever witnessed. Lied about maintenance needed for the car at the last minute, arguing very loud, would not honor the price they had given the day before- the price they had written down for out the door. Everyone had a different story, all while trying to push signing paperwork.

I live two hours from this dealership and I spoke with someone through text about running my application to make sure I would be able to put zero down was told it was guaranteed I wouldn’t have to and then when I got there they said they thought I was trading in a car even after saying multiple times I didn’t have a car to trade in. I not only wasted my time and gas money but also someone else’s having to drive so far. It would have been more appreciated if they were atleast upfront so I could have got to talk to my co-signer or got the money together to have for a down payment. The guy who tried to help me when I arrived was very nice and professional though!

As usual I ended up driving over 200 miles. Waisted my time, money, fuel and wear n tear on my current vehicle only to be low balled for the value of my current vehicle. I was assured I would get top trade in value according to kbb value. They wouldn't budget AND tried to sell me the car I wanted at a higher price than advertised on a popular online website.this is the third dealership I dealt with in the last 10 years. I don't trust any of them by the way they tag on fees and trickery practices.

The sales team is rude and pushy. Then when we started to talk about price, they added an extra $5k to the deal and wouldn't budge. Now the vehicle is listed for $3k under and still has not sold. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

I was looking at a car listed online for 15.5k. Fair deal, about 1.5k below the KBB Dealer value. I inquired about the final price, excluding sales tax and registration... they sent me the price, which made me laugh out loud They seriously tried to tack on 5k in bogus fees, for a 15.5k car. That's a third of the advertised price... in fees! They also tried to say the original price was 21.5k... but oh they're giving me a 6.4k discount. What's the point of a 6.4k discount if you're going to tack on 5k in fees? The scary thing is, they're doing this because they're successful in deceiving potential customers. I really hope people in Florida really aren't this deficient in math to fall for this. Just shows what happens when you don't invest in your education system...

Quickly responded to information request. Provided transport to the dealership. Salesman and finance person were honest and friendly. Could not get a price that included auto,dealer fee, tag and title registration. They insisted on including an advantage plan in the out the door price. Still a good deal but higher than advertised.

Has the car I wanted but horrible experience with Cody. Purchased from competitor instead in town. Cody never got back to me on time and when he did forget what our prior conversation was and didn’t provide info I needed. I called him 3 times and he was always on lunch and said he would get back to me. He never called back. Only responded by email with yesterdays answers

Unfortunately a complete disappointment.. dealer took advantage of the situation that I flew in from Georgia to Florida to get the car. Day before we agreed on a price with the general sales manager Jafaar. I sent the summary asked about the mileage, asked if the car has any dents, scars or accidents, as I said nothing is visible on the photos. The mileage with 11,510 was confirmed and no accidents or damages noted. I booked the flight same day on a Saturday with a premium and flew in on Sunday morning to the dealership. Woke up at 3AM but was happy to do it. Arrived at the airport and was picked up by the sales man (which was a nice experience). Then after some small talk arrived earlier at the dealership and was able to look at the car. Car had multiple dents, was scratched / hat an accident on the bumper which would require it to replace a part as the bumper was loose. After 2 hours without offering a solution but a $100 reduction I was forced to fly home with nothing but expenses.

Horrible experience. After hours of intense negotiations best out the door price for the listed price of $41,990 was $46,856.36 When I didn’t go for it, they had the guts to say “thanks for wasting our time”. I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with them.

Made an appointment with then to see the vehicle and even spoke with them an hour prior to my appointment. They sold the car to someone else while I was doing test drive. Poor business etiquette, I won’t be shopping with them again.

Horrible experience, complete waste of time. The car was not as advertised (in my opinion), and VERY dirty. They told us it had been detailed, but It was filthy. After driving it, we could not believe that it was on the lot, it should have been sent to the auction. The car did not seem mechanically sound, we didn’t even feel safe driving it during the test drive. Extremely disappointing experience, we will never go on that dealer’s lot again.

I went to this dealer to purchase a Jeep Wrangler unlimited. When I walked in the girl just asked me you can sit here. Then she asked me my name add and email tele and then my car ( that I own) asked me for my key said she’s going to get the mileage ! Ok then they asked me to move it ( no parking very congested) I went out and someone moved it, without my permission. The breaks went to the floor absolutely no breaks, they were fine when I drove there. I wouldn’t move it! I was so mad, the nerve!! There were red lights flashing in the car they were going to take it for an oil change I told the girl I’m here to buy a car! Ugh the salesman finally found me he was edgy kind of person I don’t want to bore you with the rest it was a uncomfortable situation! I did buy the car it was my intention I’ve had Jeep’s and I know what I want

I didn’t get very much feed back when I replied to their email The dealer didn’t do anything wrong I was just hoping for more feedback to compare the other suvs I was looking at like Honda CR-V Equinox Tuscon It’s hard trying to choose the best Sub with so many choices
