Bait and switch. 6k in fees disclosed on the website only AFTER they get your contact info. Hard pass.
I think, I should have read the reviews on this dealer before going...... What ever the online price is add 6-10k to that price and that will be
mostly what you will be paying. They try to force you to buy some bs warranty, that's like 4k, which all it cover is all the nonsense dealers
try to add at the end of the deal. Told me they would sell for 30k, I told them 28k max, met him in middle at 29k, and then they come back
that they can't sell for less then 32K (FYI, the car was priced at 24,500). TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

I am just in complete shock on how they handled my advance for a vehicle at their location like some small mom and pops dealer. I'm completely pre-approved and ready to go but to tell me that upgrades are mandatory to purchase with a vehicle that in the car Fax shows the same upgrades are still on the vehicle which means it's an expense that they were not responsible for is just straight rip off. I'm disappointed!

Terrible customer service. I called in to inquire about a car, when the salesperson spoke to me they said
that they charge an extra 4k not including taxes or fees. When I thanked him for his time as I wouldn't
be interested in this sort of deal, the salesperson hangs up. Just unprofessional. No one should be
paying an extra 4k out of pocket in bs fees lol. Look elsewhere people!

Go here knowing that whatever price you see online is 6k less then what you will see at the end.Maybe even 10k
more which is what I ran into. I wasted several hours there. They had the car listed online for 23k, when I got there
it was 25,500 and then some 3k package deal that has to come with any car you buy which I didn't want, a $1200
dealership fee and they even managed to add another $600-800 fee I forgot for all the detail work and servicing
they do on used cars? I think 3 other line items of fees.
I came in for a 23k dollar car that I thought would be maybe $27k max after dealer fees and taxes. They wanted
36k AND to trade in my car which low balling would be worth 5k. i laughed at them and said you know i wouldn't
even give you 36k and keep my own car? They asked me to work with them and went down to 33k without my
car. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP

Worst dealer experience! Had an appointment set and drove hours to be told the vehicle is not available. My point of contact who I had the appointment with never reached out and told me anything changed. Promised me the he would have everything ready and then turned into a ghost after that. Even after driving 4+ hours and getting to the location he never showed his face once instead, I had to be delivered bad news by other people that said the vehicle was not there.

Unfortunately the salesperson delayed reaching out to me with a quote for the trade in value of my car. When I asked him to confirm the vehicle was still available he assured me it was. Other sources said it had been sold and the website confirmed this. So glad I checked as I would have had a 100 mile round trip for nothing!

After discussion via text and email with Jacob Randeau, I went to the dealership. Jacob didn't meet me even though he said he will.
There was another sales associate who was assisting me. The price of vehicle is not as advertised. They added another 3998 dollars
worth of dealer packages (called Westshore advantage package) which I said I didn't want. They refused to take it out saying it is
already priced into vehicle. There was a $1198 dealer fee also from what I recall. I finally had to walk out seeing all these hidden fees
and wasted couple of hours of my time.

The worst experience anyone could have. I drove two hours to see a Venza 2021 for asking price of $30,000.
When i got there the price is 36,000 plus taxes. When Westshore Honda tells to drive over there be ready over $6,000 over the asking price (jokers)

I doubled check to make sure the car was still available before I made the 45 min drive to Westshore
Honda. Once there they told me sorry the car sold yesterday but did have a 30000+ Honda they could
sell me. Very frustrating.

Originally contacted via cell and then email. Dealer replied saying to set up an appt with a specific time but tried several time & received generic bot reply to set up an appt. Finally I called to set
up appt and went to dealer. Read previous reviews about high dealer fees and car not actually there but proceeded to appt anyway. I was greeted by the online manager as person was off that
day (understandable) and set me up with a very nice sales rep. He went to get the specific car that we had the appt for and took a while and could not find the car. The very nice sales rep then
drove us around the lot looking for the car while trying to show us other cars instead. After a few circles around the lot and the multi-level parking garage, couldn't find the car. Said could be at
their other facility and would call the following day. New received a call back but then I noticed the dealer lowered the price car $1 to refresh but still no call. Went to another deal and purchased
a car

Beware. This dealership will not honor any of their advertised prices on any used vehicles without purchasing a warranty service for nearly $4,000 that is not disclosed anywhere on their website. This is in addition to their dealer fee of $1,198 which is disclosed in their advertising fine print. I was quoted a price that was over $8,000 from their advertised price which was comprised of $4,000 warranty fee (non-negotiable), $1,198 dealer fee (as disclosed), approximately $4,000 tax,title,registration (as expected) and $39k base price of vehicle as advertised.

Salesperson didn't even ask my name before wanting me to drive 2 hours and test drive the car. When asked about pricing, he replied with the dumbest answer ever given in the history of car sales. The add on fees made the price $6000 higher than the price shown online.

Brynn was fabulous to work with. She stayed in contact with me while I needed time for our situation to align, but not in an annoying call you every day way. She respected the timeline I gave her for when I was expecting things to be ready, and it ended up taking several weeks (yawn!). But as soon as I was ready, I texted her and his queen made a point to come in on her day off. I knew exactly what I wanted and Brynn and the finance manager made it happen. The process was as easy as can be and I never once felt pressured or “sold”. I would 1000% recommend Brynn at Westshore Honda

the experience started out great . .people contacted me, we discussed the options on the car, even though the salesman, wasn't an expert in the car I was looking at, it isn't his fault, he isn't a new authorized dealer of the car--I was looking at a used Gulia. Anyway . .the asking price of the car worked out pretty good, but it was the 4-5k of extra fees that were tacked on, and there was no negotiating on them. Honestly, I am surprised that they are able to stay in business with all the fees that they add on. 1900 westshore advantage 1100 for reconditioning, dealer fee 999, IMF fee which is tax for SC 500, non tax fee 385--which is tags, and than another 767 dollar fee for something else . .so at the minimum 4k of fees that you don't have a choice on . .the sales person was great at the beginning, and than when I started asking for explanations of fees, the sales person and management started getting very rude, and talking down to me . . I don't recommend these folks ..

I texted and called the salesman for a specific vehicle. We spoke on the phone, I sent the Vin and photos for my trade. I told him I am preapproved, he told me the vehicle was there. I texted the salesman Sunday morning before I left home, he didn’t answer my text. After driving 41 miles to the dealership, he told me the vehicle sold at 6:00PM the day before. Very frustrating and disappointing. I spent most of the day trying to make the trip worth it, but no deal. AND the vehicle is still showing for sale online. I will not be returning.

We went into the dealership thinking the price of the car was as advertised on CarGurus: 20,000. When we went to look at the car and made an offer, they told us it was 27,000 and there was no negotiation. It made us feel like the dealership was acting in a very slimy way. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

I got 3 different prices for the same car when speaking to 3 different salespeople: $20,900, $23,900 & $27,900. That's a $7000 difference (I did the math). Tells me that used car prices are totally arbitrary. Gives used car salesmen the reputation they deserve. I got a nice call back from the used car sales manager, but, of course, by that time the damage was done. Buyer beware (of this dealership).

Tyler, our salesman, was absolutely wonderful. We didn't buy the car we were looking at only because the dealership tacked on about $8,000
more then the advertised price. The $26,000 car we went to see became a $34,000 car out the door. We expected tax and licensing, but not
a $2,900 "reconditioning fee" and other misc. charges. They were so sneaky, they wouldn't even let us leave with the quote. My husband and
I aren't into playing games. They gave a bogus price and then had a manager come around with a "better" price. Oh, and the dealership
didn't mention that the tailgate was broken. I found that myself. Apparently, the $2,900 reconditioning fee didn't cover EVERYTHING.

They did not have a clue between the the sales staff what the price of the car there where to many cooks in the kitchen so I bought from another dealer that gave me the out the door price And was still able to get it cheaper paid all cash

We called the dealer and ask if they were willing to deal on the price before we drove over
an hour to see the truck. They said that they were doing employee pricing on both new
and used vehicles thru Wednesday, so we went down to the dealer and we were interested
in buying the truck and ask them for a good price and they would not deal at all. They
wanted the full sticker price plus they were charging a large amount of money for things
that they had added to the truck like paint and fabric protection etc. We left and will never
go back to that dealer again!

The dealership was bright, shiney, big
and loaded with people anxious to
help you buy a car.
The script was no different than any
other dealership I had been to. The
"let me talk to my manager" dance
was in full effect.
In the end, they were thousands more
than the other places I shopped.
Perhaps if they spent less on the
aesthetics of the show room, they
could have been more competitive.
Most of the dealerships use the same
script but, this place felt more
pressured. I won't bother the next
time I need a vehicle.
Opinions do vary but, this one is
mine.

i asked for a video of the car, waited and waited till next day, i never got it, i was contacted again
and asked for the video, again i never got it, also i received a call from a second salesperson
asking me, some really stupid questions, finally i told him i had to go and hung up, the other guy
contacted me again but had the wrong car, very very incompetent group of people, don't shop
there, also i just found out my sister in Tampa used to take her Honda Fit there and she caug
one of the service agents lying to her, again, go to another dealer.

They didn’t have the truck despite confirming over the phone and the sales guy kept leaving to go talk to his manager about who-knows-what and would take anywhere from 10-15 minutes each time. Finally, when we were able to test drive a truck, they’re price was $10k over market value. I was stunned at the unprofessional nature of this place. I would expect circus music to be playing at this clown show.

I actually contacted the dealer again when I didn't get a response and set an appointment time. Drove from St Pete to Tampa on a Friday
during rush hour traffic (and a football game that evening). The person who I was supposed to see had already left, so I spoke with
someone else who had no idea what I was there for. After waiting almost 45 minutes, they finally came back and said that they couldn't get
it started, and they hadn't had it checked yet. They said they would put it into the shop the next day and then we should be able to come
back to see it. Waited almost the whole next day but received no contact. Finally reached out myself to be told that they had decided to
auction it. When I asked what that meant, I was told that it had 'too many' problems to deal with so they were just getting rid of it. They
asked about my criteria so they could 'check our inventory and get back to you with other options'. That was five days ago, still haven't
heard anything. Bought elsewhere.

Wow.... they came out after test drive and the price had gone to 20k. Something about a special paint job and certified fees. I felt bad for my salesman. But just because some other salesman gave way too much on a trade-in, I’m certainly not going to pay for it. A 7000.00 switch in price after you go to the showroom.

bought the 2015 Yukon but not after i got very
put out with them
,trying to get me to buy what did not need or
want.I drove over 100
miles to the dealer location
Car Gurus add show $33,792 got to dealer
sticker price on the
vehicle was 36,900 ,
sat down with salesman ,told me however they
would honor
internet price ,but then with all the add ons, he
said out the
door price nearly $41,000
felt very miss lead ,I told them 37,000
back and forth with his manager two or three
times,
I finally started walking out ,they came back and
i finally came to
agreement and I bought it for 37,500
I knew i had to pay sales tax , title and tag
transfer fee
but ,and I did but after lot of Aggravation
different sales people.
after the deal was done between 2 salesman ,the
third try again
jack the price up 41K again trying add the west
shore warranty
deal ,OMG ,I said NO! NO! then he begin to
belittle me like i was a
dumby for not buying warranty plan.

My experience with Kuhn Honda was like most experiences people have at dealerships, the sale was more about them selling a vehicle then your overall interest and happiness with your purchase. When the paperwork was finally finalized it was not what we agreed upon. I would never buy again from this dealership.

Dealer did not reveal the hidden charges upfront until after we talk about the final purchase price. Surprisingly they put charge of $1999 for reconditioning fees in addition to Dealer fees which was already on higher end. Car was in good condition however for a 3+year used car they charge heavily to make it super expensive and you can always get a new car in the same price.

Kuhn promptly returned my contact. Salesman then made an offer. After all the add on fees, some of which were high for dealerships in that area they offered a price $6000 higher than the one advertised on Car Gurus.

Was great with the sale didnt get the car I was looking for but did get a car that was cheaper
I called Jessica to let her know we were coming into town and would like to see the car. We live in Fort Myers which is over 2 hours away. When we were closer to Kuhn Honda we let her know we were going to be there shortly. When we arrived at the dealership she texted me that the vehicle was already sold that morning. I was literally in the parking lot when I got the text and was stunned that I drove all the way there for nothing. When we inquired as to why she had not called us to inform us that is was sold, she responded that they do not have a system to let other salesmen when vehicles are sold. She told us since we did not leave a deposit the vehicle could be sold to others. It would of been nice to be given the option to leave a deposit but none was ever offered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We left the dealership without even entering. Don't want to do business with people who are not considerate or professional.

Kuhn Honda by no means accurately advertise their vehicle prices. Here
is what Kuhn Honda advertises! "Our goal at Kuhn is to save you
thousands on any vehicle in-stock by presenting market-based Internet
Value Pricing. We do not artificially inflate our vehicle prices, attempting to
win a negotiation contest with our guests! We do not play pricing games."
This statement is not true. They advertised a GMC Acadia for $24,435, but
would not sell it to me for that price. With all their hidden fees the real price of
the SUV was over $31,000.00. When I pushed them for the advertised
price they hung the phone up on me and would no longer talk with me.
Then the vehicle was suddenly removed from their site and CarGurus. I
talked with an assistant manager and two salesman at Kuhn Honda about this
to no satisfaction. When I wanted to talk with the General Sales Manager he would not take my several phone calls nor return them. So if you don't want to waste your time I would strongly suggest not dealing with this dealership or be prepared to pay more than their advertised price..

Purchased a different vehicle than went there for. Have to bring back to get
inside cleaned in a spot on ceiling that was not cleaned after I pointed it out.
Not too happy with the warranty after I found out later that my daughter
bought same vehicle with lifetime warranty and mine was only 90 days.

We stop to test the desired vehicle everything was
OK to that point. Vehicle has some cosmetics minor
problems but since isa BMW they going to be
expensive. We try to negotiate the price to cover the
repair but the sales person get quickly obsessed.
We have couple more options to explore on that
dealer but he refused to show me more cars. After
we left couple minutes later some sales manager
contact me but he mentioned maybe is no the car for
us... And also get quickly obsessed. At the end of the
day we back to the dealer to double check the car
and see if we OK with paid full asked price but they
make us feel unwelcome. We check the car again
and know has some dash light on they mention they
going to take care but get obsessed again because
we are no agree to make the deal. Any way we ask
the sales to fix the issue and contact me so we close
the deal. They don't even call me or contact me, we
text him he don't even responded. We send email to
internet manager no even responded. Thanks to the
horrible customer service experience we reconsider
our budget and get brand new BMW 2016 . Also we
going to close deal on a Mazda 6 .Two cars in 2
weeks , no referrals , and not your customer for life...
That is your total loss .

I have read Kuhn Honda's ad carefully. There was no mention of a various fees charged for documentation. The price you see in the ad is never the actual sale price of the item. This is deceptive advertising & needs to stop. Why can't the dealers understand that consumers prefer to buy from an honest and upfront seller?

I went to purchase a beautiful car inside and out 2012 Infiniti FX35. Car drove great and had all the features I desire. After the test drive we did a check on everything to make sure everything worked properly. My husband noticed the back trunk area had some dampness as if water got into it after a wash or rain. And my husband also looked underneath the car and that's where all the wrong about the car was. The entire bottom was full of rust! As if the car had constantly been in snow or salt water. I felt that I was misled and lied to overall by the dealer. I felt he knew and was just trying to make a quick sale! I decided to lease a brand new 2016 Infiniti QX70 from a Infiniti Dealership instead of dealing with a Honda dealer who knew nothing about an Infiniti but wanted to sake it to me to satisfy his wallet!

Alex contacted me and we made an appointment to
go see him.
We realized after we got there the car would not
work for us. He showed
us other options and was quite patient while we
looked at several
vehicles (over and over). We fell in love with a Buick
Enclave, test drove
it and were ready to buy it. However after all Alex's
efforts, his (sales,
finance) Manager came over and killed the deal with
her lack of
enthusiasm for putting any effort whatsoever into
helping us into the car.
She refused to talk about it, just brought out a paper
with bogus numbers
(- i.e. she used 4.99 % interest without even running
our credit) and said
I can't get you into the payment you want. Alex
asked where we were
with current payment and we told him, however we
never said we
needed to be at that payment - we knew we were
looking a much more
expensive car than the one we were trading in. She
DISMISSED us in
less than 5 minutes after we had spent over 3 hours
at the dealership.
We felt bad for Alex and his time wasted. Needless
to say, with our
credit score of over 800, cash to put down and the
ability to pay more
than the low monthly payment we were paying ... we
bought the same
year, make and model the next day at another
dealership. Very
disappointed in the way we were treated and would
never recommend
this dealership to anyone - however Alex Ford was
great to work with and
a week later we still feel terrible for him losing a sale
at the hands of his
(sales/finance) manager.

Had a decent price on the car but further research found over $1000.00 on
the back end of the contract for crap charges. Do they think everyone that
deals with them is stupid? Would not stop e-mailing me even after I asked
them not to. I bought a car from a dealer that did not load the back end with
fees.

We went to Dealer and asked about the prices. I think name
was Nadal. He agve us the final price. I just asked him if
there is a room for negotiable. He just stood up and left. On
our way back, we were discussing on our dealer experience
and it was not good. never felt that we went to Auto Dealer
which use to be so competitive.

I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. They don't really
negoiate, but the salesman showed me vehicles in my price range
and didn't come off as pushy. I would recommend this location.

Went in for a test drive..was only interested in this lil green Fiat..salesman respected that..and helped make it happen...
