Great service delivered it to a dealership near me so I could test drive it and not drive 5 hours to pick it up.

The dealer provided a timely response.

While they responded quickly not only was the vehicle not available, their entire stock of that vehicle was ‘pre sold’. Why advertise then? The post is still up days later. Not good business.

The sales process went okay. Price was very reasonable. There was a mix-up on the "salesperson" as apparently the internet person was supposed to get the sale and not the person that greeted me at the door when I came to the dealership. This should have remained an internal issue; however, it was made very well known to me that I apparently messed up the process. Also, I went to pick up the car 10 days later when it was supposed to have a wheel replaced while I was out of town. When I showed up there was nothing done and I had to wait for them to do special work order. I kinda felt like my money wasn't a big deal to them at all, even though to me it was the most I have ever spent on a car.

Matt was a very helpful person in getting the info I requested in a very timely matter. I really appreciated his responses. I would recommend his help to anyone. I did not buy from them but had a great experience with them otherwise. Thanks.

I had a wonderful experience and it was definitely worth the drive from Seattle to Washougal (160 miles south). Westlie Ford is a small town dealership and my salesperson (Jerry) was very down to earth and professional. He was able to guarantee a price on my trade in before I made the trip down in order not to waste my time (and fuel). I LOVE MY FORD ESCAPE. Tax rate is less than in Seattle so saved a few hundred dollars right there. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jerry!

Flew to from SoCal to Portland and was picked up by dealer rep. Had a great experience purchasing and drove back home that weekend. Would definitely buy from them again. Car was as promised and personnel were very courteous.

When I showed up at the dealer for a test drive the vehicle was not in tip top shape even though it had been detailed. Salesman was nice but didn't show me a lot of interest. Dealership was undergoing a remodel and experience was just average.
