They were very helpful but they sold the car but at least they told me it was sold must dealership won't tell you in till you get there and tell you they just sold the car but the salesman told me it was sold my drive was over 90 minutes

West Kendall Toyota staff was very accommodating to my needs. They spent a lot of time working with me over the phone, I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre owned vehicle.

Set an appointment and drove almost two hours to the dealership. We waited over an hour to find out the car wouldn’t start and they decided to remove it from the market. We inquired about another vehicle but left after another 30mins of being ignored. I can’t imagine this is the regular service from this Toyota dealership.

They make you go and then change the price, do not trust these people, I do not know how are they in business, make me drive 40 minutes and then they want double what they advertise, I confirm before drive there and they say is try the price but when I arrived they ask a different one like $7500, beware of this people.

I dealt with Anthony Berrizbeitia Internet Sales Specialist, who was excellent. He sent me exactly what I asked for including the price. He responded quickly and was pleasant, not pushy. I never received a general standard email from him, all his emails were personally directed to me.

The car was already sold when I called. They made sure to check before I drove all the way there which would have been a 40+ mile drive. Many others would have made me drive there and then try to sell me something else. I appreciated that!

Terrible response from dealer rep. Never responded to the phone number or email I left with salesperson. Manager followed up day after car was sold with excuses. Shameful. Won't be going back to that dealer again!

Inquired about a vehicle first day it was posted on car gurus. Car had no listed price. Was told car was being inspected and would be called as soon as it was ready for sale. Got a call three days later and was informed car had been sold. Sales person tried selling me a different car.

went to look at a used Toyota Tundra listed on line for $34,995 went to dealer to look the truck and the price was $39,995 they tried to tell me that I did not see the truck at that price. classic "bait and switch" do your home work before you go in there to do business

Liars. Car was never their. Bate and switch just to get you in the door. I called before I drove their and was told the vehicle was their. When I got their I was told that the vehicle was sold the night before;however, the salesman walked me arounderstand the parking lot before that pretending to look for the car. Then was told by the manager that they have other good deals on cars.

This place performs practice of bait and switch I had interactions with Giselle at west Kendall Toyota who told me at 10:34pm that the vehicle I was interested in was available and to come in at 10am when I arrived I was told they had sold the vehicle the day before but that they had other one's in bad shape and with higher mileage my brother went online and saw the vehicle was still posted on their website so sent a message inquiring about the vehicle if it was still available Lina contacted him at 1:14pm stating yes the vehicle was still available if you would like to make an appointment to see it. Now you tell me if this is not a bait and switch. Why are they telling customers the car is still available if it's not

The car in the picture was not the car that was for sale. They call it a "generic" picture. Another strategy to fool costumers.

Although the sales manager returned my call it was too late I had bought elsewhere. The sales man, Orlo, trweatyed me as though HE was doping me a favor even discussing purchasing their 2011 Toyota Sienna LE.

Although I am too far away to have visited unless the dealer had exactly the match for me - they were very responsive
