Sal Bettini worked directly with us. I spoke with him on the phone a
couple times then decided to see a couple vehicles in the showroom.
They had 2 autos that I was considering. Both Infiniti Q50 Sensory models. One white exterior and one
black. We were working with a different dealer but could not get together
on price. Sal went back and forth with his manager a couple times and we
were able to come to terms with a very fair price. The paperwork was done quickly
and signing went smoothly. Car buying is normally a trying experience but
it was easy at West Houston Infiniti. I highly recommend Sal Bettini and I
definitely recommend this dealership.
Amazing!! I did not purchase a vehicle here but I’m leaving a review because Daniel Saucedo was great! He never pressured me to buy the cars he showed me. After taking a test drive he gave my husband and I a moment to talk about the car without being so over powering and pushy. The only reason I did not purchase the vehicle was because the interior was light and with 2 kids I needed something with dark seats. If you’re looking to purchase at West Houston Infiniti call Daniel. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Smooth process, polite salesman and manager. They were quick to reply to my email I sent. The listing was exactly as the car looked CLEAN. I was able to test drive 2 of the suvs I was looking at. Very pleased with everyone there- would definitely recommend sending people to this dealership in the future

The response was a quick invitation to visit but the car was just received so didn’t have a price. When they called back it was for a price 20% higher than expected. The current advertised price is now back down to where it should be. I did not like the pricing game.

I was looking for an Infiniti, was told the one I was looking for was already sold. A few days went by and i inquired if there were an others available. The dealer (Larry) didn’t think to inform me of this whe is replying to my online request to tell me the vehicl sold. They had another vehicle on premise and I was ready to purchase that day as I had my own financing. This ‘sales man’ then went on to tell me that he didn’t think they would accept my financing. Yeah, yup...He told me that. Needless to say I kept on my search and the very same day purchased the Infiniti I was looking for with another dealership without any issues regarding my financing.

I won’t do business with them, they act like there’s no room for negotiation and their price is the best and firm and a week later cut a couple of grands!

I was contacted by sales department. I gave them an estimate time and date to arrival since I live on the other side of the city. Upon arrival the car was was waiting for us and salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. Did not buy but I would definitely give them a chance.

Eh...the buying process was painless as we did not use financing.
We did have a due bill for some minor body work (few scratches and
small dents). It was just completed and looks so much worse than it
did when we brought it in, I am so disappointed as the sales person
professed how wonderful the "body guy" is and that we would never
know there was a repar. Ha! I can't wait to find out how much his
body work is going to cost me out of pocket to fix. I know it all
comes with the territory of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle but
reputable dealerships don't have to blow smoke. There were a few
other issues that were "promised" that I just don't have the time to
list. I feel very generous giving 3 stars.

Couldn't be happier with this dealer or my car. They have the best
prices I've seen and my car looks like a brand new vehicle. They are
true to their word and very reliable. I would buy from them again!

When I first made an offer on a car that was $1998 lower than posted price. I was told something like, no we don't have any cars for $25000 that we can offer you. The very next day, the price was lowerer to $25998. I didn't think my offer was unreasonable, but he made me feel like there was no way. After that, I had several nice, professional emails from Mgr, and other contacts at that dealer, but I already felt like they didn't want my business so I was turned off.
