Overall great experience, especially considering everything was done over the phone. Raad really made it easy for us to get
the paper work done accurately and Mayte was always easy to communicate with. Highest points in communication which
was critically important to keep us feeling confident as we arranged the financing and shipping options. I also have to admit I
really enjoyed not having the traditional dealership experience. If you're planning on buying and shipping a vehicle WCASC is
a prime pick
Good follow-up and answered all of my questions. Confirmed all of the
specifics regarding this car in email and over phone. I arranged a time to view
and test drive the car, and it generally met my expectations based on dealer
description. There were only two minor areas that could've been disclosed,
minor curb rash on two wheel rims and some light tint on rear and side
windows. Neither of these were issues for me so no biggie. Car was clean
and otherwise presented as described. Test drive was great and staff was
friendly and no pressure. Based on my interaction with the staff and the
condition of the car, I decided to buy it. Purchase was very efficient and
uneventful and I have no complaints. All-in-all, I've very happy with the car
and the overall purchase process, and the dealer staff were great, so I have
no qualms recommending them to others and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase
a car from them again.

I was enthralled at the fact they were conveniently located an had the year make and model SUV I am looking for, but after viewing the overall condition of the vehicle and weighing out the pros and a few cons, I was dissatisfied at the idea of them refusing to compromise on any level with pricing due to minor repairs that were obviously due to being fixed on the vehicle! I found that to be a bit strange for me to be paying over 85% cash yet they still were not willing to offer a wheel alignment and wheel balanced before I purchased to alleviate my assumptions of all that could’ve been the cause for the front end shaking and instability while driving!!! This to me has left Me quite reluctant to move forward with purchasing this particular vehicle from them! However, I must say my overall experience with the sales person was exceptional and professional despite the vehicle’s minor problems that are obviously a simple fix! I continue to look elsewhere for that great deal and vehicle!

Was not willing to negotiate or work with me at all. Would
not come down on the price at all. Didn't take into
consideration that I would be traveling 1900 miles to get
the car.

Test drive, negotiation and communication from dealer were all excellent. The car was exactly what was shown on the listing and met all expectations. My emails and phone calls were all answered quickly and the salesperson never pressured the sale to go forward. The dealership is small, but clean and has a good area for little kids to play while deals are being made. From the inventory on the lot, you can tell they pick good quality cars and price them competitively.

They were very easy to work with and didn't pressure us at all. They were quick to respond to my numerous emails. They even allowed us to take the car to our mechanic for an inspection. It passed with flying colors. This is my daughter's first car and she couldn't be happier with it. It was everything she expected and more. The stereo system was a bonus. Thank you Mike and the whole team for a good car buying experience.

The staff is very knowledgeable, and made my experience there very enjoyable. They were willing to meet in the middle on pricing, and had a great lineup on their vehicle inventory. Their salesman were informative, and not pushy. I was very impressed, and recommend doing buisness with them.

The agent that called me could no tell me what the percentage of
brake life was or any other mechanical details about the car.

cars. The only people who are going to
give them a poor rating are those
looking for the cheapest price and dont

The car was absolutely clean, and I was approved at a low rate for
financing. These guys made the process easy and quick.
Worst car shopping experience! Felt like
a burden to salesman. When I asked the
salesman if I could test drive a vehicle
there it seemed like he had tons of other
things he would rather do. Maybe that's
why thier cars sit on the lot forever.
Would not budge off asking price. If you
want to pay high prices and like being
treated like crap then I suggest this
place.

The car is too far from my residence and didn't have time to find
someone
to take me to Sacramento to look to see if I like the car. But they tried to
help me. They wanted to get me into this car.
