Avoid this Dealer! False misleading prices! They
have these shady markup that they claim are
disclosed on their web site such as some
outrageous Docementation Fee, Dealer Prep fee
and some other fee that are just out to rip off the
customer! Poor excuse for a dealership! Hidden
markup fees added! Dante W. Is the worst sales
rep. He doesnât know how to read a simple
question about price. He finally answerred by
saying itâs disclosed on our web site and that the
markup is ânegotiableââ. Misleading! Complete
islesding! They should just honor the advertised
price with no hidden markups!

One of the WORST and most frustrating car dealer experiences I’ve ever had! Dante Wilchcombe is either extremely over worked or under experienced ( or both!) because his communication in trying to buy a 2006 Dodge Ram was horrible! Messages/emails/ phone numbers to text were inaccurate, he sent irrelevant info via email, didn’t return calls when I asked questions! I tried for over a WEEK to buy this truck! Last communication I had with him was to check on the status ( after a week) and he said he’d get right back to me and that was 3 days ago! I used to own my own own small dealership in NY and would NEVER treat a potential customer like this! I will be sure to communicate with anyone considering doing business here to go elsewhere! It’s experience’s like this that give the “Big Car Dealers” a bad reputation! Such a shame!
Camille and Hector were awesome. They worked with me on everything. However, be aware of the Finance person that does not listen to your requirements. I asked to run my credit on one particular bank and he ran it three times. Then got upset because i did not buy any additional warranty.

This dealership said "they would work with me" once I asked about the reconditioning fee and they ignored the question. When it was time to run numbers, the reconditioning fee was $2,900!!!! This dealership is definitely trying to make as much money as they can off of you. Would not recommend!
I started working with the internet sales director, and she asked me to send her information on my car in order to give me a trade in quotas, I sent her the information, and then never heard back from her. The next day I called the dealership and was told she was off the next two days. I was told that another sales person was working with her and they would have that person constantly me. That person emailed me the information on the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, which I already had, and never heard from either one of the them again.
So unprofessional. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership!

I was happy with everything other than all the
additional fees that was added to get a final
price. What you advertise should be your price
plus local taxes. The additional fees included
$1995.00 for a pre owned package fee. This
was not optional told ever used vehicle gets
this. If that is the case it should be built in to
the asking price. Other fees $184 taxable
fees(estimated), $999 dealer/doc fee, $199.00
filing fee and $579.85 non tax fee.
Dealership was nice during initial contact.
Began communicating with texts.
Dealership agreed to provide me with all
fees associated with purchase. This was
necessary, as I would be traveling over 2
hours to pick up the vehicle. After relaying
the price listed on car gurus and requesting
payment info which included an $11000
down payment, They completely stopped
communicating. I received no further
response, even to follow up messages. They
didnât even provide a message to say they
could not complete the transaction or they
had different information. Completely
unprofessional.

Contacted dealer, they quoted me a price with rebates and discounts added that was more
than $1500 over what was listed on cargurus. Apparently rebates and discounts increase
the price at this dealership. Shop eleswhere.
First off this car was listed at 39995 .By the time
I was ready to buy and saw the bottom line
purchase order explained ..dealer fees..Certified
Pre-own Certification fee . 1997.00 ..Paint
protection fee ,1995.00 Nitrogen fill fee for 4 tires
300.00 . Doc fee 999.00 .. Non Tax fee . Not sure
what that means ??i 822.00 . â¦Somewhere in
there was a fee for a subway footling ..Needless
to say I told them to pound sand

Excellent response
After having 3 other dealers sell cars out from under me while I was filling out paperwork for them, Dante offered me the ability to put a deposit down to hold the car. Once I got on site everyone was friendly and even got me an umbrella when it started raining while trying to get setup in the Leaf. Great guys and fantastic price on a beautiful car.
Salespeople were nice to respond to my
inquiry, price listed online was very low
for 2021 Nissan PRO-4X @ $33,159 yet
when talked to salesperson price raised
to over $40,000 with fees & packages
that customer HAD to purchase to buy
vehicle so I told them they needed to
clarify their ad better and I was told that
is how they get all their business....with
advertised best price. I felt like I couldn't
trust them then so didn't want to make a
deal with them so far out of state so
purchased a vehicle close to home
instead and love it.
Much like the other customers I also went to the dealer about a vehicle that was at a decent price listing. After deciding to move forward with the purchase the dealer decided to tack on an additional $1000 in "miscellaneous fees" in addition to another $2500 for a non-optional protection plan. The protection plan covers paint, tires, and key fobs...all of which I could care less about considering I am purchasing a used car. I asked to remove these fees and would have been more than happy to purchase the car and they refused. The day after I was at the dealership they then increased the listing price of the car.

They add so many extra fees, not the normal ones, that it makes the advertised price much lower. So, that
$14000 car ends up being over $20,000.... normal taxes and fees are around 2000.... not 6000

They offered a fair price for the used 2018 model I was looking at as well as for the trade in I was looking to sell but be warned there is a $999
dealer fee and a $1,499 reconditioning fee. Just know going in you will be paying $2,500 for the pleasure to buy a used car from this
dealership. I gave the dealer two stars instead of one because my contact at the dealer, Jeny, was responsive, helpful, and polite. But I was
hoping to buy a car at a fair price, not pay a 10% markup on the car to run it through the car wash and change the oil when it was traded in.

Not going when I tried to put together a deal on the truck they added a $2500.00 mandatory paint protection plan to the final cost of the vehicle. All through the process it was difficult to get in touch with any salesman not the way I like to do business they lost mine.

So... used car dealers generally get a bad rap. It is not always fair, but in this case, Wesley
Chapel Nissan acted so unprofessionally, that I felt compelled to provide a review that shows
how sad the industry is. I visited and test drove a 2015 Infiniti Q70S. Nice car, but not ready for
sale as it had parking sensors missing from the bumper. I offered to take the car to an Infiniti
dealer to have the repair priced out and get a pre-sale inspection. They agreed. When I arrived
(from over an hour away) to pick-up the car, they decided that they wanted to “talk price”, before
I could take the car. That is not what we agreed to. Then they showed me the “real” price, which
was considerably higher than the listing on CarGurus. I believe this is a tactic to show the car as
a “great deal” and have it rise to the top of any search on CarGurus. I walked out disgusted and
reminded myself that many of these dealerships don’t work fairly. I would avoid this dealership
and don’t trust the ads
1st sales representative lied and stated the company doesn't Honor CarGurus prices, they always turn customers away who bring those quotes. Called the company directly they said they honor it, but there is an extra $3000 worth of dealership fees not including registration and plate fees. The price is a scam just to get you in the door.

Walked into the place without a car after my accident that occurred a couple of moths ago and I walked out with a car all thanks to Luis. Anakin Skywalker (yes I named my car) and I thank you Luis. Stay away from this dealership. Terrible people to deal with. They add a limited
lifetime warranty on the cost of a new car. The warranty costs $1,999.00. You have
no choice but to take the warranty. Of course, my choice was to walk out and never go back.
I'm very particular about where I buy my cars from and at 1st I was feeling the same about
Wesley Chapel Nissan and all the reviews I've read , I prayed before going there! I had
requested information on my 370z and got in contact with Luis Lopez , and man let me tell you
this guy made it very smooth and easy. He picked me up from the airport and had my car
detailed and delivery ready before my plane landed. I may have spent another 30 minutes
finalizing some pre paperwork and went to the finance office to take ownership of my 370Z.
Within the first week my car has traveled through a total of 4 different states. I just got the oil
changed along with a full check up at another dealer just find out that this car is flawless from
top to bottom and inside out. I currently own 3 Nissan cars and I will be returning to upgrade
and purchase more cars from Luis Lopez ! Go see him! This guy is AWESOME!!!!!!

After a week of texting and calls, and after
hitting my credit, I could not get a straight
answer. They kept encouraging me to come in
and see the F250. So I did. What a hot mess this
place is. To start out, the truck was advertised
1000 less than what I was told the price was.
Second of all, they were going to charge me over
a grand in Recon fees. Recon I suppose was
reconditiong?? Right, the truck hadn't even been
touched as far as cleaning. Inside and under the
hood. Inside the cab was dirty. Vents broken....
Under the hood, the battery post was corroded.
Engine dirty and sensor on the dash indicated
water In the fuel.
I won't be back. They wasted an afternoon of my
valuable time.

Wassim El Refai sold me a beautiful 2018 Nissan Titan yesterday. He, his
sales manager, and the Finance Manager Waeil Kattaria stayed until long
after closing time to finish the deal and get my truck ready so I could take it
home. Wassim is a true professional and a nice guy. I never felt pressured
by him or anyone. I believe they got me the best possible deal on this
truck. It was about as painless as car-buying can get. My new Titan looks
better than any truck out there. Sales Manager said they have 14 more
trucks on the lot they need to sell this month so go there and make sure
you ask for Wassim El Refai.

Terrible experance! Drove 3 and a half hours to look at this car. And
when I got there they told me it was sold. That same day I received a
text from Toya at 1:37 wanting to know what time I would be arriving to
look at the car and test drive I said around 3. Found out later that they
posted the car was sold at 12:30 that day. Then they tried to sell me on
a new car. Worst ever dealer. Stay away!! Bait and switch!! I would give
them a big fat 0
Not a good experience. The sales manager tried to add an additional $2000 to the internet price after I told him that I had a vehicle to trade. This was all after the salesman told me that the car was a CPO vehicle. I can't deal with unhonest dealers. I probably would have bought from them if they hadn't tried to be dishonest. So instead I just bought my fiance a Maxima from another dealer...

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! If I could leave a zero...I would. The company original posted the price as 18,500. Car gurus commented that the price didn't look right so when I called I asked the employee, Toya, if this price was correct. She told me it was. I also asked about some of the added fees. I specifically asked about a reconditioning fee and she told me the car was very new and that the fee would have already been added into the price. When I got to Weskey Chapel Nissan the games began. I was told that their actually would be a reconditioning fee along with a mandatory 2,000.00 dollar warranty and other added fees. The price of the vehicle ended up being 26,000. What a joke. Then the manager lowered the price but then came back and told me his boss said he couldn't sell it for that. Do yourself a favor...STAY AWAY!

Process was longer than I've ever experienced. Spent over 7 hrs. Deal got done but it took the day. Other than losing a Saturday everything was great. Financing and salespeople was great.
Spoke with salespeople about price and after agreeing on an out the door price I went down to test drive the vehicle. Everything was going well until I attempted to buy the vehicle. They raised the original quoted price by another $7,000 and even after I raised my price they refused to lower theirs at all. They continued to tell me someone else would come talk to me and they would see what they could do. Each new person said the exact same thing though so not only did they hoodwink me, they also decided to waste lots of time trying to convince me to pay way more than the car is worth. Horrible experience, would highly recommend you do not go to this dealership.

Bad, experience, they tried to ge almostt $3,000 more than the CarGurus price. $2,000 on a warranty + $899 Deler fee. Those fee never mentioned in CarGurus.
They don't want to negotiate those hiding fee.
So I glad we run away from this dealer. Is other delers more honest out there, You can do business with it.
Advertises one price but vehicle is sold and continues to post. The old bait & switch game. Sent same car with same vin #and stock# but instead of $17,710, with a price of $27900, when asked why? Was told no longer available. After 3 weeks, still is on Car Gurus with a price of $18210 now. Can’t sew why a mention could be made because they were obviously able to change the price.

Our salesman Chris Chris was great did everything that he could for us however. .
We went to look at a 2016 pathfinder the manager called and advised me the vehicle was still there we drove 45 minutes out there and the vehicle was gone. Then Nissan tried to sell us a car that was $10,000 over our budget. An no one there had knowledge of the vehicle every being there. I think that is very poor service especially from management very upset with my wasted time and gas!

The Nissan dealership staff was nice. They worked with us but were unable to make us a deal that worked. We ended up purchasing a CPO Mecedes Benz GCL300 (same year and similar miles) for less than a CPO Murano we were considering. The said they tried to meet our offer but we have doubts about that.

They did not want to negotiate over email, they kept telling me to come in.
At first wasn't bad then they said i was approved then later on said i need 10,000 down payment i had the money then said i need a co signer then the price jumped up 6,000 more on top of the asking price everything they asked for i gave them but it seemed like the didnt whant to sell me the car excuses after excuses really didnt Bush on price good thing i just gave up and bought the same truck somewere elce with fewer miles and cheaper price
Contacted dealer dealer responded was no follow up after my emails and 2 calls, to ask a few preliminary questions before making the trip to purchase vehicle. A week later dealership finally responded and vehicle had already been sold. Was not a very good experience from a buyers standpoint.

Demontric "Dee" Doddles and Daniel Daher (finance) made quite possibly
the most anxiety inducing experience of my life, the most enjoyable.
Buying cars is always hard. When you have poor credit, it makes it so
much more difficult. Daniel went to extraordinary lengths in getting the
financing I needed, and the car I wanted. In the middle of the process I had
a bit of a break down. Danny and Dee sat down and answered my
questions, addressed my concerns, and made sure I was comfortable with
my decision. They made the process so much easier than I had
anticipated! And I LOVE my 2017 Kia Soul!

I could not agree more with most of the reviews on here. I like to try to give people and places benefit of the doubt. I called the dealership in reference to a vehicle that they had listed a new 2017 Armada. I wanted to verify that the price that they had listed online was the actual price and not some kind of mistake. Because it was a good deal. I also specifically asked if we did not qualify for every rebate as well as incentive, would that affect us. The reply was whatever we did not qualify for would be given at a dealership level. Long story short, my husband and I drove two and a half hours to this dealership to only be told that they could not get the price down to the advertised price. Which ended up being $9,000 more than what they had listed. Also, I found out through another Nissan dealership that the price said they had advertised was in no way shape or form correct. You cannot combine and stack incentives as well as rebates. I would not in any way shape or form recommend this dealership.
They tried to confuse me with an extended warranty and after 2 hours negotiating the price and we agreed with the sales person the manager came in and told me the price was not negotiable. Then they called me one week after to tell me that my price was accepted. I don't recomend this dealer

Super aggravated. Had them tell me for sure the vehicle was there before I drove out there then when I got there they said it had been sold. Then trying to talk me into different vehicles. Waste of my time.
The prices are just to fool u, 16,994 ...they added up all those extra fee's and
the car wound up like 20600 with out tag or taxes...they could have directly
put the price as 20000,rather than adding all those deal fee worth 4000$ at
the end.And for a 2013 Merc with no backupcamera or navigation and worn
out tires...23000$ is pretty expensive.

Very bad. I was mislead from the start. The posted price here is WAY off from what they are actually selling the car for. They tacked on a few THOUSAND dollars to this price. I was told information at the start from my sales person and a MANAGER then they changed their story and added $5000 to the overall price. They had me excited at first, then a huge letdown.

Worst I have ever had in 40 years of buying cars. Took me 3 days to get a
firm price from them then the price was $7500 more than their internet
price This dealer's internet prices are after ALL of the company's
REBATES are deducted from the sticker price.Nobody can get ALL of the
rebates. This is a bait and switch thing. They wanted me to drive 6 hours (
one way ) to the dealership to work out a deal without getting a firm price
on the car I wanted. This dealership will lie to you and steal your money.

They started texting me at 9:00 am to
see if it was ok they communicated this
way. I said ok no problem. They asked if
I had any questions about the pathfinder
I was looking at I told them not at this
time. They asked if I had a trade in and
what time could I come by to see the
vehicle and appraise my trade in. I told
them I didn't know a time for sure. I
showed up 1 1/2 hours later and a
different salesman told me they didn't
have any vehicles matching my
description that they had 2 but was sold
previously. Mind you he wasn't talking
about the 1 1/2 before I got there he was
talking days before. I responded to the
salesman that was texting me to let him
know I had been there and discovered
that they didn't have the car I had
inquired about and that he was trying so
hard to help me with and I thanked him
for wasting my time. This is the second
time they did this as 10 months ago I
was looking for a new Frontier that they
said they had and didn't. Buyer beware.
They tried to sell me the car above cost so much so the bank was willing
to give me 15k but not 14 for that car.
They also were penalizing me 1,000 for not financing through them and
another 1,000 for not trading in.
I even looked into financing through them and still they would not take the
1,000 off for not financing. Shady business I'd say.
Hate leaving a bad review but its just how it all unfolded.

Dealer did respond. I did not find their responses to be very timely and the
salesperson never sent me the pictures he promised. I bought another car
from someone more responsive while waiting around for the info on this car.

The first time we spoke to them about a car we
really liked they told us to come in and look at it
so we tapirs price and then we waited half an
hour and they couldn't even find the car. So then
a couple days later they said they had found it
and to come in and look at it so we drove all the
way there to wait an hour an a half for them still
not being able to find the car. The final time we
went was when James called us saying we will do
the price you offered when can you come in. We
went in within that hour to not only being told
James was not present but to also being told they
still hadn't found that car and could not do that
price either. Needless to say DO NOT waste your
time at this dealership!
I don't know if I am being fair, but the car that
was posted for a little less than $5,500 on
CarGurus site, turned out to be over $9,000.
Because three do that price they said you have to
finance the car with them and bringing a trade in
car. But shortly they agreed to sell it to me for
$5,000 if I just Finance the car with them. They
didn't tell me how many hidden fees and
regulations they had to do so. Taking a car for
$5,000 Plus tax, title and (tag) which I had. End
up costing me, very Close To $ 8,000. So, do the
math and correct me If I'm wrong.
Dealer uses very deceptive advertising. Their "price" is well below what you will actually pay. They list the price after so many rebates (that most people will never qualify for). When contacted, the price increased about $5,000. Very disappointing and misleading experience.

the extras they said it had. For example, the car was
supposed to have leather seats and navigation but it
didn't. Still they try to sell it for $6,000 more than the
online price. The manager kept trying to get me sign
a lease and treat us like we were totally uneducated
for not sign it. We lost 2 hours of our day and left
convinced that they were trying to take our money

Dwayne called and was very
pleasent over the phone. I went
to test drive the car and asked
several questions. Dwayne lied,
didn't know or was not honest
with his answers regarding how
many owners or any
damages/accidents. He stated
there was only one customer and
the car did not had any damages.
Car faxed showed 3 owners and
the car had damage in the front
side because the paint was
different. The tires were in poor
condition. I tried to negotiate the
price and Dwayne was extremely
rude and stated: you can not
afford this car". I went to the
dealership with an approval letter
from my bank. I received several
phone calls from the manager
apologizing. I would never buy
from them. They lost a sale. I
went to infinity of tampa and
purchased a vehicle.
