Purchase was straight forward and met my expectations. The car was delivered within a day off purchase agreement and trade in car taken. The sales agent was very friendly and informative.

Did not respond to my specific request by email, instead, wanted to talk and meet. Defeats the purpose of online purchase. I decided not to pursue purchasing from Werner.

The car was listed on this site for $21,100. I reached out to the dealer because I was interested in possibly purchasing from them. When they came back with a quote, the car was going to be over $32,000. They went up almost 12k more than what they had the car listed for on CarGurus!! Extremely misleading! Their original post was basically clickbait. Do not recommend!

The truck was advertised with 9000+ miles, but it was 11000+ miles. The priced advertised was $41000+ but the final price was $50,000+. My round trip was 5 hours of wasted time!!!

I was told the vehicle was being checked out in the service department as it was just received. The vehicle was listed at $21,900. I did'nt hear anything back by the end of the week so I called back and asked what was the status. I was told that they were still working on it and would return my call soon as they know something. I called back a few days later and was told it was taking longer than expected and the person I spoke to who was a different sales woman than I origionally spoke with said I also have a customers who is wanting that vehicle. Now I have still gotten no update and thea care is now listed for $25,136. 3k more than it was origionally listed for and no returned phone call. Bogus advertising to gauge interest on a car and raise the price ins my opinion. Whatever the case it was poor business practice.

After corresponding with Gwen I was told they sell at MSRP more than once. I submitted my information to finance and then was told about a market adjustment added to the price of $5995.00. Wish they would not had led me on like they did and been more upfront. Very unprofessional!

Yes, they replied but they call almost everyday! Very irritating! I still may stop by for a test drive. No need to call everyday though!

Contacted dealer about a vehicle and got a relatively rapid response. After an email exchange regarding a vehicle, I was told that the vehicle had just been sold. A week later, the vehicle is still up for sale. Really disappointed with the dishonesty.

Sales person and manager were very helpful. Sent me extra pictures of the truck and answered my questions. However, 20 miles out of the dealership ( As Is ,no warranty) check engine light came on an stayed on. I haven't had an opportunity to have it checked, but definitely hope it is something small..

I drove 70 miles and they didn't let me know that they sold the 2007 Honda Odyssey. I called before I drove down and they didn't tell me they sold it. I was very upset that I drove there and found they didn't have it.
