Communication was great I called and left a message around the holiday. They called me back and gave me information about the vehicle I was instead in. The front desk lady was new but very helpful and nice. She got back to me about any information she didn't know. They were very up front and honest with me and she called me to let me know as so as the vehicle was ready for a test drive. Since I was driving in from out of state they made sure the vehicle was pulled up and ready for me. Zach was super kind NOT pushing me to purchase the vehicle at all. I purchased the vehicle it is a 2011 GMC Terrain on 12/27/23 for my daughter's Sweet 16. Since I wasn't ready to take it home they allowed me to pull it to the side and leave it there until I was ready to pick it up. I then had the pleasure of meeting Adam the sales manager whom was off when I purchased the vehicle and he was awesome as well. Ride home was a 2 hour drive and the Terrain runs great and had a very good price. Great car lot.

i live ~1 hour and 20 minutes away. i was interested in a truck and asked them if it had any major issues and they said no. i took off half a day and drove there only to find out that the truck bed was rusted right off the frame and it was completely useless as a truck unless i wanted to haul a couch one time. i wasted vacation time, gas, and time to come and see something that should have been brought to my attention over email when i asked for it. then the sales guy had the gaul to try and show me other trucks like it was any other day. i could never trust them after this and if they were dishonest enough to show me something so easily verifiable what else would they be willing to lie about to make a sale?

Spoke with Mike on Tuesday, he said he was off on Wednesday and the truck would not be sold. Did my credit application with approval and financing ready for Thursday morning. I drove over an hour to be there around 9:30am and he couldn't find the key for it. Went to the shop and found out they sold it the day before. Now I've filled out credit apps for nothing. All he could muster was, I'm sorry. I have no further comment, that is all you need to know.

They just let me know it was still available and who to contact. They didn't answer my question re if it really has the 2.4 motor vs the 2.2, but maybe that was missed. No big problem.

Canceled my visit due to having made my decision prior. Would have liked to go there however, vehicles appeared to be in good condition and fairly priced. Email/phone communication was helpful and friendly.

The car needed a little too much TLC for our budget. Experience with dealer was open and cordial.

Pretty short with me on the phone ,asked if he drove the car ,said no .Said it was getting tune up ,saftey insp,be about a week . Never heard back again . Would take me Six hours to drive there to check it out . Needed more info to commit.

This dealer, Wenninger Auto Sales LLC, was very responsive and accommodating. Very friendly and helpful people. There was no sales pressure but they didn't now much about the vehicle's history. There were two issues they took care of right away - no spare tire or jack tools and a cooling system leak.

I did leave a message on Car Gurus about coming in for a test drive in a vehicle we saw on the lot the night before. No one ever called me back. But I did just show up the next day to take the car for a test drive anyway. Then my husband went back later that day to test drive it as well. All three visits, everyone was friendly and nice. The prices seemed fair. We bought a 1997 Ford Tauris with low miles on it (53,270). The car was sold as is and as of now, it seems like we got a really good deal. The car purchase, tax, title, and license were all done right there. The whole process was quick and easy and the whole experience was good.

Cargurus shows this dealer 119 miles from my location, thats less than what the crow can fly. Actually 155 miles. Walked up to vehicle and another party opened doors to begin checking out the car. They bought it. Rocker panels also very rusted for a vehicle of 77883 miles.

Friendly and family owned, had a great experience. Took home a beauty of a car with low miles. Dealer responded to my inquiry with an email and a phone call the same morning as they promised. I felt that all of my questions and concerns were answered truthfully and to the best of their knowledge. And the best part was no pressure to buy and willing to negotiate. Only downfall was that I had to clean up the interior and detail the vehicle myself as it was quite dirty.

Nice that they let me know that it was sold. The best part was they didn't try to sell me something else.

After I contacted them via phone. Car not available. Gave me some excuse they didn't get my email from car gurus or some such excuse just didn't want to help me at all.
