The sales experience was no-pressure and we looked at and drove two vehicles which was informative for us to see the options available to us. The CX9 we drove was in great condition and was loaded with great options. The salesman was helpful and took our vehicle requirements list to find other vehicle options as well as the CX9 that brought us there.

Yes, we set-up a time to come and see the car. On our way out, they called and said it went into service and could not be test driven yet. I responded to please let us know when it was out of service, that we were interested in the car. They in turn, sold it with no response back. Not very good customer service.

Great overall experience. Andrew and Crystal were both great and extremely helpful in my first time car buying experience. Floor staff are not paid on commission and seem genuinely interested in optimizing your experience. Would recommend to anybody looking for a mazda

Incredibly rude dealership. Were not willing to negotiate on the price of a vehicle that was outrageously overpriced. Were not properly prepared. After making an appointment, I showed up to test drive the dirtiest vehicle ever. Also, will fight over every piece of the deal. Refuses to let you seek outside financing unless and until you first go through their lenders. Very rude both on the phone and in person. Would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Amazing all around experience with this dilership! Customer service was great, quick to answer email and help with all the questions! Patience was great sales person, very professional! Car had small issues when I originally test drove it, which have been quickly fixed! I have a car for few weeks now and I am loving it!

Bait and Switch! Dealer made a deal and had it approved by manager for 47500 WITH the snow plow shown in the pictures and listed as an accessory, then changed the deal and removed the $7000 snow plow. This is a stereotypical "used car dealer" bait and switch!!

Wasted a Saturday going to look at a mustang convertible. LCD dash did not work, abs brake light on, traction light on, passenger side door would not unlock. I was told the cause was a weak battery. If the car is not ready to be sold, then don't waste the customer's time. Drove 45 mins one way with the intent on purchasing.

They called me, I told them I wanted the car, they checked my credit and showed me what my payments would be. I asked to come see the car. She said she'd get back to me on a time and that was two weeks ago. Never heard from again and obviously not purchasing from them.

Reached out to find out about getting a. virtual walk-around of a vehicle during the Covid-19 pandemic. I spoke directly with the GM (Darren) who spent time answering all of my questions and walking me through the purchasing process. The customer service was the primary reason I felt comfortable buying a car I'd never actually seen or driven, as Darren, members of his team, and Krystal with the Finance Team spent considerable time making sure I was taken care of. I spoke with Darren on Monday morning and the car was delivered two days later! I've since been in contact about minor issues, both of which are being resolved in a timely manner.

Waste of time. The sales person was double booked. She gave me the keys, drew the route I should take for a test drive on a post it note and sent me on my way. She seemed to think that I was only interested in the car because of its price and informed me that I would have trouble getting financing. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Dealer was quick to respond, had the car available for test drive later that same day. Listing was accurate, car was in great shape. The staff was very accommodating, and they let me check out the vehicle for as long as I wanted. Excellent, friendly service from the sales team

They emailed me right away..and I called to get more information about the car. My daughter gave her information and they ran her information through 3 people..which I thought would only be one..then I had bizarre conversation about financing when I started that my daughter was approved through 3 other companies. I was told that I should be careful that I must not know what I was doing and I didn't want my daughter getting in to some..I felt insulted..the issue was he had no clue what I was talking about..I thanked him and hung up.. They have nice cars but unless you have a credit if 700 or a cosigner this please will not work for you.. My daughter has fair credit..they wanted her to come out. Of pocket 5000$ for. 9995$ car WOW she was willing to give 3500. 3000 cash 500 for her car..its ok she found her car same year better miles for less..

I bought the car and the experience was great. The salesperson, Krystal, had the car ready for me to test drive upon my arrival and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure to purchase the car, and she even told me about a $200 internet coupon I could use toward the car! When I met with the manager to sign all the paperwork, everything was in order and it didn't take too long. When it came time to pick up the car, Krystal had expedited the paperwork (insurance, registration, and putting the plates on the car), so when I arrived to pick up the car, I had a short meeting with her and drove away with the car in less than 15 minutes. It was a good experience and I high recommend Krystal and the dealership!

The dealer is amazing! This is my second experience with the dealer, as my first time I was buying a car with a friend. Today, I bought a car from myself and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Friendly staff, great inventory, clean facilities, and people who walk you through every step of the way and truly do things transparently was an amazing experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

It was a quick and efficient process. The people who work there are great and I ended up sealing the deal 5/30 a few days after I was contacted. They tried to up-sell a bit with warrantees but I feel like they gave me a great deal for my trade-in and tried to find the best interest rate for my loan.

I would give this ZERO stars if I could. The dealer contacted me immediately via email to set up an appointment to see a pre-owned Mazda Grand Touring. They are located 1 1/2 hours away, so I called two days before going down in order to make sure that car was still available. I had advice to look into it, because the deal seemed too good to be true. I spoke with a nice woman over the phone who assured me someone would call back that evening with the information. I did not hear back from them until an email late the next day, stating the vehicle had been sold. I immediately got back on CarGurus.com and found the exact vehicle, still listed for sale, only now they had jacked the price up by $1,000. This was last week and it had been listed for over 100 days. It is still listed as of this morning "2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring; 5,311 miles; $25,994. THIS IS A BAIT CAR. I have and will spread the word to avoid this dealership to everyone I know. Horrible business practices. Just what makes people hate car salespeople.

I had an appointment with Jamie to see the car.the car was not there Jamie didn't call or text to let me know not to come. I made a second appointment with Jamie, this time the was sold. Still no call from Jamie. This is an unprofessional dealership and should be avoided
