This dealership lied to me from the start on the condition of the vehicle , I only found out by searching for the carfax that it was involved in a severe accident with over $17,000 in damage, as I noticed it looked unlevel in their photos. They then change out the tires/rims to try to change the look of the vehicle. I am a female have purchased all my vehicles without any input and must say this dealership has been the most "SHADY" dishonest I have ever dealt with!

They was really helpful and responding quickly
Horrible sales team. I made two appointments to test drive via email. The first time I wasn’t even made aware that the vehicle was not on the lot until I showed up and everyone looked clueless. The second time I got a confirmation and was even told the vehicle would be warmed up upon arrival, then I received an email stating the vehicle wouldn’t be on the lot until the following day.

Webb was awaiting my arrival with the truck ready ready at the front door. We didn’t choose the truck we made the appointment for and the sales representative kindly introduced us to the “new car” showroom where we ended up buying a new 2020 F150 Sport.

The sales people were very nice but unfortunately when I arrived they couldn’t get the vehicle to start. After giving the van a jump the power in the vehicle still was not working properly because the sliding doors would not open unless manually opened. Just a bad first impression
Contacted this dealership about a 2007 Ford F 150 supercab with (supposedly) 39,790 miles. Spoke with one lady about traveling to see this vehicle on Friday, Next morning< I was texted by a different sales lady saying the mileage on said vehicle was actually 104,245 miles! Really?? She called it a "glitch" on their part! I call it a Poor and Questionable business practice! Needless to say, I will not be going to this dealership!

My wife and I are looking for a mid-size crossover and couldn't have been happier stopping at Webb Ford in Highland to look at a vehicle. We
spoke to a younger salesman Rich who was friendly, helpful, and best-of-all not pushy. I really dislike the car buying experience due to the
high pressure sales pitches most places deploy and was really impressed with the experience from Rich and Webb Ford. While we didn't buy
the car we were looking at, I would have no reservations going back in the future to purchase a car from them. Thanks.

They suck! They raised the price $5000! I went there and
made a deal all the way down to what my payments
would be with a trade in and then they raised the selling
price by $5000! I know you won't put this in your reviews
but you should know that they did a "bait and switch" on
me!!!
Made prior arrangements to drive all the way up there and fight road construction got up there one of the office girls had been driving the vehicle it was dirty and it had over 4000 miles on it than they said it had. Thinking of spending 34000 dollars and you can't even wash it. No thanks.

I dealt with the online representative, Ashley, and she was always professional and never pushy. They seemed eager to deal. Car specs were just not right for me, otherwise I would have driven to Indiana, from a western suburb of Chicago, to pursue further.

Angela was wonderful to work with. She was very patient and knowledgeable. It’s a shame she is only working with internet sales, but if you want to work with anyone, I would highly recommend trying to work with her. She was able to answer all of my questions and was actually willing to work with me. Definitely made this process much easier and less stressful overall. Very pleased with the customer service I received.

Car was reasonably well prepped. Asked to speak with the lady I'd had online contact with, but another salesman "jumped her claim". Didn't really know the vehicle. Worked to answer a couple questions. Wasn't pushy. The dealership gave off a strange vibe--a fair number of people around, but it almost felt like it wasn't entirely "open"--showroom floor was dark, seemed half empty.

Contacted dealer about a truck and wanted to go view it the next morning. The next morning I
got an email that it had just sold. I gave pertinent info on what I was looking for and got the
response that they don't have any vehicles in stock to my liking but will keep an eye out

Spoke on the phone with Makayla, made arrangements with her to go see the car. Very pleasant young lady. At the dealership I spoke with a young man named Kenny, also very pleasant and helpful. There wasn't any pressure at all. Unfortunately the car wasn't exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely consider Webb next time we need a vehicle.

The first truck they had sitting out for me was not the truck I had asked about.
When they brought out the correct truck it had damage on the front and rear
bumper that was not mentioned and not shown in any pictures. The interior
was not very clean and when we went for a test drive the guy with me was
not at all knowledgeable about the truck. I'm sure they have better salesman
than this guy, but he sure was not helpful.

They responded quickly by email, but the car we selected was unavailable to see despite two confirmation phone calls and a scheduled appointment to test drive it. We felt they pulled a ‘bait & switch.’

I went for a SCHEDULED apartment and the jeep had not been cleaned. It smelled like wet dog and cigarettes and when I asked about the previous owner I was told "I don't know, I wasn't here for the trade." I also asked if it had been in an accident because it had paint on the front bumper and I was also told "I don't know." Not very informative. Bad condition vehicle.
