Car was damaged and didn’t run smoothly when I test drove it. Sales person said front bumper must have gotten damaged during snow removal at the dealership and he said he never heard the humming sound before. Tried to say it may have been caused by ice in the tires. They did offer to replace the front bumper but would not reduce the listing price for the car by a few hundred dollars. They said they would have the mechanic check the tires and get back to me. We were paying cash as the car has been at the lot for 1 month and other potential buyers couldn’t obtain financing without high interest rates as the car is 14 years old.

It was a wonderful experience! Tom, Joe and Chris were friendly, professional and proficient. We also met the owner Mr. Weathers. He came over to us and engaged us. This is a very nice and competent dealership and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the hunt for not only a vehicle, but excellent service.

Was a very easy experience working with this dealership and agent Tom Tague. They let
me have the car to take to my mechanic to have it inspected by a third party. I couldn't
bring it back until a day later and this was no problem. Bought the car and there were no
mark-ups / fees on the price - just had to pay for a new tag. Would definitely do business
with them again.

Was the closest of 3 dealers who had truck with features I wanted. Also most expensive! Wouldn't budge on price, but I was tired of internet 'shopping'. HUGE pressure to buy extended warranty from them. But I do like truck!

salesman wasn't to friendly and didn't seemed interested in working out a deal. He didn't say one word during the test drive. Vehicle price was $21,672 said he could only take $172.00 off that price I offered him $20,000 he got upset and said if he did that the dealership would only make a $100.00 dollar profit. I knew he was lying. I am a black man with a yearly income of $127.000 dollars. The show room atmosphere was not pleasant from the time I walked in. I drove from Delaware to Media Pa to deal with a first class clown. After I left they relisted the price of the at a higher price.

The dealer was quite far from my home and while we could not reach a deal the phone calls were very helpful in my deciding to stay with the car I presently own. Instead of a hard sell I was assisted in coming to the logical conclusion on trading in a low value convertible that runs great for a newer model.
