We didn't end up buying the vehicle but we were treated so well. Small dealership and very personalized.
Great experience.
Guy that answered the phone seemed to be rushing me off the phone. He was more interested in me knowing what time the dealer would close rather then the purchase i wanted to make. I figured he had been at his quota for the month. What about his fellow co-workers? He had no concern for them nor my desire to purchase. Shameful.

Sales Manager Rick Cuenot was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and very fair. He was a gentleman from the time we drove onto the Waynesburg Carriage lot looking for a car until the time I drove off the lot driving my purchase. As mentioned in one of the other reviews, he did not use any sales pressure at all. It was a very pleasant car-buying experience. I would highly recommend (and already have) buying from Rick and Waynesburg Carriage.
