The your choice shop and auction shop are same. I did not know it and went to the shop and he said that they don’t work together and told me to go next door. First when I thought of buying it from auction (it is cheap that time) they guy there told me the cars are not reliable but then he tried selling me the same car with more price and with some dealer warranty. Overall i had a very bad experience and I’m never going there again.

He called me sometime in the evening on a Tuesday and he answered all of the questions I had. He was polite and basically told me all the info I needed and even more. I forgot his name but he was dope asl on jah.

This dealer responded quickly and with all the information I not only requested. but with the info I needed . I have not visited this dealership in person, but with the inline treatment I have received I can not wait till this Saturday 11/28/2020 when I will be shopping with great confidence .

Auction by appt with no auction. Not cure how that even works but if I can't drive it or even disclose the mileage then its not a deal at any price.

I would select 0 stars if I could. Dealership never responded to phone calls. Went down there and all of the cars were like bumper to bumper cant even walk through them. They got working there looked at us and the started playing on his phone. The descriptions say clean and good.running, but the information slips on the windows all list structural damage, drive train and engine repair needed. And all say exempt from mileage reporting. This place is like a salvage yard without disclosing as such. Don't waste your time.

I spoke to someone the very next day about the Acura, which was very impressive. The guy I spoke to was very professional and welcoming, as well as all the other employees. The dealer is a public auction, so there wasn't a chance to test drive the car, but I was able to start it up test out everything. I was nervous, but I won my Acura for a few hundred dollars more over list price and it's worth the few extra dollars!!! Overall I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a deal.

Previous purchaser of a car through Waukegan auto sales. Shady as hell, have bonus buyers to jack up the price during auctioning process-I bought a car that cost me over a grand in repairs. The price of the car is the bidding start price. I would never recommend this place to anyone not even my enemies.

The dealer replied to my inquiry, however it was onlynto tell me I had to bid on the car at an auction which I was not interested in attending.

I went there looking for a safe dependable car for me and my three children but ended up getting sold to lemons the first car had engine problems and I had to bring it back II car after having it for about 2 to 3 weeks ended up having a rigged oil pan with putty sealing a crack a welded on plug so I wasn't able to get an oil change and won't be able to in order to get an oil change I have to replace the whole oil pan and not only that but both control arms we're all so bad I understand I bought a used car but I didn't expect to have to put over $1,000 into a $4,500 vehicle not even one month after having it they knew they sold me a bad cars both times and they don't care they're just in it for the money now more than half of my tax money went into this car and I don't have anything to show for it so no I will not be visiting the Waukegan Auto Auction ever again or Your Choice Auto which is an affiliate of the Waukegan Auto Auction

They were prompt and gave me good information.

I got a call back from the auction. I couldn't really understand the male that called me back. I went to the auction the same day and was told that I had to pay a $200 deposit to bid on the car!! They also told me that the $200 deposit was refundable. The prices that you see on the cars are not the asking price, the price is the starting bid price!!

I went to the auction and there are a lot of cars to check and have good deals there.

Got a form letter email that gave the details that they are actually an auction and that the price they list the car at is actually the LOWEST possible price I might pay and it will go up from there. Good that they sent that impersonal email because they advertise as if their price is an asking price like all the others.

Bought a very clean 94 ford explorer before it went through the auction. I worked at ford dealer body shps for 15 years and am well versed on ford trucks. This one was very clean and well cared for. I asked what the asking price was and put in an offer and we settled for $100.00 over. Customer interaction left a little to be desired though. (had to swap my own plates and scrape off all the stickers and writing on the windows) Didn't think that would be too much to ask for a one hour cash deal! Overall very happy with the purchase.
