Very nice staff. They went out of their way to get us in a vehicle. We are both disabled and can only afford an used vehicle but we were treated like a millionaire by everyone who was in contact with us. Highly recommend.

They emailed me the very next day.
Very few people do.
The price you had on the internet they said was wrong. The price was $20,375.00 and when I got there the price was $25,100.00. False, misleading ,and I wouldn't buy a dog from them. I sent them a email about how I thought the place of business was, and no one called or emailed me. The discounts were not what I thought they were. I talked to the Internet Manger more than once about the price and he kept saying yes that is right. I printed the paper and took it with me and the date was May 2, and they said before May 4th the day I went , It has changed. Bad place to do business.

This is the worse dealership I've ever been in contact with. They give you a deal and send you home without signing paperwork after driving 2-3 hours to get there and tell you they will meet you with the car and do all the paperwork that Monday. After we call to find out when we can meet they call us back saying the vehicle sold right before they closed the night we were there. We know it's a lie because the car is still on the internet. If they didnt want to make a deal while we were there all they had to do is say so. We will never go back there. They are all idiots there!! I wouldn't give any rating for this dealer.

The dealership representative responded immediately and followed up with me in a timely manner.
Traveled 90 miles to dealership to pick up truck, called while on the way to confirm truck was there and set time to pick it up. When I got there salesman greeted us and went to get keys that's when a very unprofessional manager came out and told me he had taken a out of state check 30 minutes prior but was holding truck until check cleared.

Drove 4 hour round trip after extensive questions about vehicle to only find the truck was great but the bed was smashed in ever inch of it with the bed pressed up against the cab. Rediculous. Lied about multiple things on the vehicle. Wasted day and piece of crap sales staff.

Never had any problems, couldn't have asked for better. Everyone that I talked to to was helpful and willing to work with me to make a deal. If in the future I need another vehicle, I would buy again from them.

They were horrible and very unprofessional I drove an hour and a half to get there and the vehicle I wanted to see wasn’t available! They took my credit info before they told me and tried to sell me something that cost more money! I would never do business with them even I were a millionaire and could pay out of pocket! They need to do better with their business practices and not mislead people and waste their time!

email it to me and Karley did. Also has asked if I have anymore

We arrived on time at the dealer. Porkey the salesman met us and showed us
the car. The car was not clean which grossed my wife out,we declined that
car. Porkey showed us some other vehicles but my wife is set on the Elantra.
The salesman was very helpful but overall we were disapointed because they
had two days notice and were not prepared.
Absolutely unbelievable . The Internet sales
manager
and the "general
manager" have to be the worst people I have ever
dealt with. The general manager literally told me
"I don't
give a (insert "f" word here) what you do", and
Internet sales manager said the
truck was sold, then after several days the truck
was still there, yet another sales person said it
was there and the
deal must have fallen through. I set it up to drive
the 300 miles to their dealership to get the truck.
I called on the way out of town to make sure it
was still there. I got ahold of Internet sales
manager. By the time
it was said and done he spent rest of the
evening insulting me by text message. Calling
me "sailor" and "popeye" mocking the fact that I
was in the Navy. I don't understand how these
people stay in business treating people like this. I
do not write this review lightly. I tried to contact
the owner, and sure enough, the text went to
Internet sales manager. That's where the
harassment started.
Literally harassment. And this was just the tip of
the iceberg. The truck was exactly what I wanted,
or else I would not have put up with the
inappropriate
nonsense that I heard right from the start. Then
he
brags that he sold 14 vehicles in 2 days. I
wouldn't even say any of this if it wasn't all in
writing and 100 percent true. This is just the
highlights of this whole transaction.

By the time they called me I had found another vehicle. Their web site still
showed their vehicle but they said it had been sold then he tried to sell me
another model I wasn't interested in.

The car I went to look at was terrible....check
engine light was on , pulled hard to right, flea
infested...the salesman that helped us was
alright. But the other guys were outside maybe
10 feet from me and my girl and they were
obnoxious and cussing up a storm... I feel like it
was extremely unprofessional...I was asked if
the payment is where you need to be will you buy
today...? I said dang son we ain't even looked at
the car yet. The only reason this is getting 2
stars is cause of the dude that helped us...

Was told that the truck was everything I wanted that drove good no problem. Found out oil never was changed the truck had been painted and the truck had a terrible vibration in it. After I was promised it was looked over and drove twice. Unwilling to fix anything or work with customers

Excellent phone call, the questions they asked me were on point and the conversation led to a very positive feeling about the dealership. Even though we couldn't make the trip there I feel that if the in person experience matched the phone call I received I would have been well taken care of.

Drove two hours after making an appointment to look at a truck
and when we got there the truck wasn't ready and wasn't even
on their lot. The only redeeming feature was salesperson Katie.

Really short talking with you. The sales
girl a talked with was rude.
Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I received at least 6
emails/texts/phone calls from them within a 48 hour period. I drove 30
minutes to look at the vehicle after being told it was available then when I
arrived they said it was actually at another dealership an 1 1/2 away.
Then the salesman said he would look for other comparable vehicles that
were actually on the lot and instead tried to pressure me into buying a
brand new car. I was looking for an $8000 car, not a brand new vehicle!
When I tried to politely say no he continued to argue with me about why I
needed to buy a new car. Extremely rude!

If i could give them zero stars i
would.They called me 4
times within 2 hours to make sure I was
coming to look at the car. Like i dont
have other things to do. Surprised me
after I drove 1.5 hours that they'd
already sold it that morning! ( i got there
after 2) They did
feel my car up with gas, after I pitched a
royal fit.

I had an email from the dealer confirming my appointment
that I hadn't had yet and called to make sure the car was still
available and I was told that the car was already sold. All I
can say is what is the point of having an appointment to
check out a particular car and possibly buy it if they're gonna
sell it from underneath ya. Then I get told that they can't
guarantee that a customer is gonna come in even with an
appointment. My appointment wasn't for another few days. I
told him I wasn't gonna be able to come in until the 3rd and
he sent me an email that night saying the appointment was
at noon on the third. Can't wait to meet you. Well they just
lost a customer and I won't be recommending them to
anybody.

However we strive to please each and everyone of our customers. We can not stop a customer from buying a vehichle just because we have a potential buyer coming to look at the same car. We have to operate on a first come first serve bases. With that being said we would love to go to work and help you with a similar car. Thank You very much Casey's Chevrolet.
