Fairly disappointed with our experience at Waltham Auto Gallery. The reviews on here are great, so we expected a decent experience. We came ready to buy a car (we also Ubered from downtown), with cash in hand or with financing if they preferred. Both options were available. They didn't appear to want our business. There were some issues with the car and they acknowledged that. So we drove it around, liked it, and wanted to buy it. But the salesman wouldn't move forward with talking to financing until we agreed, on the lot, to pay full price. No discussion about the issues with the car. No discussion about taxes and fees, cash, or financing. No discussion at all. They said that during the pandemic they can do this because the demand is so high. They appear to be a family-run business without family business care. They want you to overpay just like all the other big dealerships.

This is a small dealership but everyone there is very nice. The car was in great shape and I bought it that day. I definitely recommend Waltham Auto Gallery.

This was by far the greatest dealer experience Iv ever had. Any questions I had throughout the whole deal were answered within five minutes and every person there did as much as they could to help. If there’s a car you see in the lot of Waltham auto that you have your eye on, Don’t hesitate!

Very good small dealership to go to, the people there are kind and professional. No deception or dishonesty, they tell you it like it is so you can make an informed decision, a good place to make an important investment such as buying a daily vehicle.

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Drove all the way to see car (over an hour) and it was buried in the back of the lot. Way overpriced for what it was. It was beat up and the transmission fluid was empty. Not low, empty. Price was not negotiable. 8k for a beat up 11 year old car with no transmission fluid. Didnt even bother test driving. I dont recomend this place at all. Also the salesman seemed unknowlegable about cars.

Friendly Family run dealership! Replied to all my emails and phone calls. Fairly priced, and during financing they helped menset me up with a hassle free low interest loan through a local credit union. No big dealer pressure ever! Pleasant experience, will definitely use them again in the future

Responded and arranged test drive very quickly. Very nice vehicle but found a less-nice one in our price range at another dealer. Daphne was helpful. Lot is small but full of desirable vehicles. Will consider for future purchases.

I take even small purchases very seriously, having grown up in a frugal household. With that said, I searched far and wide to make my first car purchase, from NH to CT. Very fortunately, I found and purchased my Lexus ES350 through Waltham Auto Gallery. The price and help I received from Waltham Auto Gallery were unbeatable. They helped me find not only financing at an incredible rate but insurance as well. Buying a car is super stressful, or at least it was until I walked into Waltham Auto Gallery. Daphne and Doug are awesome! Super helpful and most importantly- honest. There's nothing worse than being fed BS when you're looking to spend thousands of dollars. You definitely won't encounter an ounce of BS here. I recommend doing business with them before anyone else.

I set up an appointment to go see a car at this dealership. I emailed in the morning to confirm the appointment, and showed up promptly at the scheduled time. Immediately I was surprised at how cluttered this "dealership" was. When I pulled in there was less than an inch between me and a car for sale on one side, and the tiny shed that they use for an office on the other. I had to snake my way through to the other entrance, finding no place to park along the way. My wife got out to ask the dealer where we could park, and he told us to leave our car where it was, blocking the only other way into or out of the lot. The only sales person on the lot, who I'm assuming was the owner. Was busy with another couple looking at a car. I told him we had an appointment, and he told us he'd be with us when he was done with them. He gave us the keys to the car we were trying to look at and showed us where it was... buried at least 4 cars deep in the tangled mess of cars all over the lot. We went to the car to look inside while we waited, and neither of us could even open the doors all the way, as the cars were packed in very tightly. I could barely fit in the car. We told the guy that we came to test drive it, and he told us we would have to wait while he dug it out. I scheduled an appointment just to avoid such a hassle. We gave him the keys back and told him we were leaving. He didn't seem bothered.

Douglas at Waltham Auto Gallery was great. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful, and we ended up buying from them. They took care of everything promptly, and the car has been great. Would strongly recommend them for your purchase.

Daphne and Douglas were prompt, courteous, and responsive to all of our questions about buying a car at Waltham Auto Gallery. Daphne worked to help us make our way through the paperwork (sale, insurance, registration) very quickly so that we could be on the road with the car we wanted in very short order.
