Sent someone in for negotiations and he just stood over us without saying a word. They used intimidation and had no desire discussing any price change after dropping the price of my trade in after assurance. I bought the truck anyway, but I did not enjoy most the experience. Car salesman Tim was great with most assistance.

Staff was friendly but this vehicle has major problems and should not Beno a lot for sale. They act like they. Don’t know what is wrong but doesn’t run goo missing all check engine lights on and I ran check and several major codes showing. Needs about $2500 to $3000 to get rid of lights and oil leaks. I drove 3 hours each way to look at this vehicle. Stay away from this one

Contacted them to see if vehicle was still available and on their lot. Was told that it was. Advised them of time and day I would be there and they confirmed. When I arrived I was told the vehicle in question wasn't on the lot because the owners mother had it. I wasted my time and a trip to Pikeville. They either dont know what's going on at their own dealership or didnt go to the trouble to check before telling me to come see it. Not a good way to do business.

They were alright. I ourchased the vehicle. NO flexibility in price. Several minor mechanical issues totaling about $500 in parts & labor - replace electric motor for rear hatch release, replace faulty tire sensor & back wiper operational but missing the part that covers nut that holds wiper blade on assembly - they would not repair - only willing to give a $100 off sale price. Finally, they do not give any warranty. Drive it off the lot and it breaks down - they have no shared liability. It used to be used car dealers would give 3,000mi or 90 days ... then it became 1,000mi or one month. Whatever happened to dealers standing behnd their cars/trucks?

Little trouble with how the price things online and then when you get to the lot it's a different price (higher) just make sure you have pictures of the value from online, but overall great workers, very helpful and a really nice lot, I would recommend! I love my car!
