Disappointed. I was in the process of buying 2011
Mercedes E350. I had already been approved for
financing. I was getting insurance info for it. When
I called to tell them they told me they had just
sold it. It seems to me if you are working with
someone to buy a car that you wouldn’t sell it out
from under them or that you would have told the
other person that someone was in the process of
purchasing it.
first they called back and setup time for me to see the vehicle.. then told me it "may" be sold and they would call me first thing the next
morning.. Then i had to call them around 11am the next morning.. they sold the truck so they didnt need me (the customer) anymore so
no reason to be polite and call to tell me the truck was sold. I will make sure never to shop there and to tell my friends, family and co-
workers .. thats the only way we fix rude behavior

Sales person did their job. Financing department failed. When I got the call, i got the impression they didnt want help me. Credit bureau, said my credit score was good enough to easily buy 10,000 and under. Sorry they couldn't see that.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Colby our sales associate made the whole car buying experience less painful.
My wife and I took a chance and drove 6 hours for the best deal we have seen yet. Kevin is a man of his word and Walter's is a dealership that stands behind theirs. The Acadia was everything he said it was and Walter's made everything right. Thank you fellas, we will be back in a few years to visit Pikeville and buy another car.

They tried saying that I got a warranty with my vehicle wanting to buy a 13 year old vehicle a interior warranty didn’t want nor did I ask for they said they sale them with every vehicle, I said I didn’t want it if that’s what kind of warranty sailing me, they sold the vehicle wouldn’t even give me the warranty I wanted and I already had my own financial support !

Love everything about the people at this dealership!
Drove 3.5hrs to come look at an infiniti qx56. I called the day before and talked to sales. They said the vehicle would be cleaned up and ready for me to see it? When i got there there the rear lift gate had been wrecked and the vehicle had not been cleaned. Sure woulve been nice to know before wasting my time driving up

Went down at about noon on a Saturday and wasted 4 hours just sitting around waiting on the finance department and then had to go back the following tuesday to not even get a vehicle.

Emailed about a truck and talked to a ssles person on Monday.
Informed her that I am interested in the vehicle because I have
bought a 5th wheel camper. Informed her that I would be there on
Saturday morning since it is 70 miles from my home. Wednesday a
sales person called my wife at home and told her that the vehicle
has been sold. They suggested that I drive to the dealership
because they have a lot of vehicles. Decided to buy a new truck at
my local dealership.
