Great experience. The sales staff were very helpful and contacted
me promptly after I had expressed interest in the vehicle. I am very
pleased with my purchase.
They were on top of getting me all the information I need to know more about this vehicle. I am still working with them in the hopes of getting
my new vehicle! They listen to what i wanted and what I felt was best for me. There was no pushing or mind games to get a vehicle sold, they
seemed to care about my wants and that was a great feeling with very good security in my mind.

Essence is very responsive and thorough. Sent me pictures and video of the truck so I could make an informed decision.
The dealers (Salesperson) was great and supportive. He listened to my concerns, like and dislikes. He
offered me an alternative choice. While I was reviewing my options, Salesperson followed up with me. He
continued to keep in contact with and offered me future options to consider. No issues or concerns with this
dealership or their personnel.
I called ahead of time to see if a gray zl1 1le was still available, when I got there they told me I cant start the car because it was vandalized and damaged, and wouldn't start. it had a broken grill, broken door lock, stolen pcm and told me the price is firm after everything damaged. what type of dealership sells damaged cars at the same price as one without damage.

Contacted me right away after I sent in a request asking if the vehicle I saw on their site was still available. Answered all my questions and
gave me a fair price for my trade-in.
I purchased a EV car from out of state and Damien went out of his way to make sure I got all the info I wanted about the car with pics and videos.
Only complaint was how long it took the transporter to get the car (not necessarily the dealerships fault) but the car pretty much got delivered on empty. Should have been fully charged, even half charged would have been nice but barely 10% battery charge is unprofessional.

We drove across town (32 miles) to see 2 cars. when we got there we found out that one of the cars
was not available because it had not been "processed". the first car had squeaky brakes and rust
under the door. The second was overpriced when compared t the first.

He made sure all my questions were answered and he showed me the bells and whistles and even set up my Bluetooth to synchronize with my phone! I would highly recommend Walker. Walker contacted me numerous times by various methods, text, phone and email. Pictures and descriptions on web site did not reflect actual inventory at dealership. Vehicle interiors were not clean, exteriors had deep scratches or small dents. When asked about buffing out scratches, they said no. Would not negotiate price. Not customer focused.

Quick initial response from sales staff. Updated response was vehicle was in inspection mode and would not be able to view for a few weeks. Then we were told it was sold! Sounds like someone was not telling the truth. Not good business!

Dealership was quite helpful - met salesperson at the designated time and all. Didn't buy the car because I didn't fit - roof line too low for my long torso - head was pushing the convertible's top up. Just not a good situation - but that had nothing to do with the dealership - just my height vs the car's roof line.

They were prompt to respond and Josh was super helpful. Test drive went well. However, the signing process had a lot of speed bumps. They sent me off the lot with an empty gas tank. And they forgot to have me sign a few documents and need to meet with me again apparently

I set up an appointment to look at a specific vehicle and when I arrived they were letting someone else test drive the exact vehicle I had an appointment for. So I made an appointment and drove an hour to NOT get the EXACT vehicle my wife and I are looking for.

Sales person was great very friendly and easy to communicate with, but sold me truck that had badly scratched headlights. However, they did agree to fix them.

The service was accurate and quick. FRIENDLY people! Good knowledge.
My only negative thought was that I told the dealership I was coming at 4pm.
and I would at least like the truck clean. The exterior could have been
washed. Not the end of the world. Love the truck.
