I had a great experience working with Bob at Walser Nissan. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with from start to finish. What stood out most was the lack of pressure, he focused on answering my questions, walking me through options, and helping me make the right decision rather than trying to “sell” me something.

The thing I liked most was they serviced all that was needed so I could buy confidently without worrying about if it needed something right away.
Everyone was very friendly, patient and took the time to explain everything in detail. From talking to the
gentleman who surveyed my Subaru to the gent who helped get financing up and going, everyone was very
helpful and nice.
The only reason for not getting a 5 star is that no one ever talked to me about payments, like where I'll be
sending them or how they'll work out. It's all good, I was able to contact the credit union and talk with them,
but that could be something to add in when finishing up selling a vehicle

They sold this car to someone else after the credit app was approved and I opened and insurance policy for this vehicle. The sales manager texted me as I was driving over to pick it up and made it sound like it was my fault. He gave me the most insincere apology and offered me a coupon on my next purchase with him. Which, I assure you, will never happen.

No room for negotiations, was told the car came with charging cable more than once and was not in the car when we left the lot. They did charge it the night before so we could test drive it before buying. Would probably go a different route if buying a new car again. Personal opinion.

Nice sales person but not impressed with car
I spoke with Kat and asked if their Cargurus price is the out the door price. She said the dealer is upfront
about their pricing but that does not include the dealer fees. We spoke on the phone and I asked the same
question and she said there was an additional 2 grand or so for taxes and fees. I then emailed her to confirm
in writing, that I would be paying the listed price plus the 2 grand in taxes and fees total. And she
backtracked and said the fees would be between 2 - 4 thousand and she had no way of knowing the amount
until I completed my financing application. I told her any dealer can tell me what their dealer fee is. So in the
end she refused to tell me their fees and went back on what she told me over the phone. Then the manager
contacted me and said the car is sold. It's still listed for sale on cargurus and they wasted a lot of my time.

I came 70 minutes before closing, and ended up waiting until 5 minutes before official closing due to recent warranty contract changes, due to no fault of the dealer. We then got to finish the paperwork significantly past the official closing which means a lot, so that I didn't have to make another trip down there. Thanks to their outstanding team I was still able to finish the purchase, despite unforseen delays.

The car was placed online with no pictures. I emailed my interest and within an hour I had pictures in my inbox. I dealt with Alex and he was a pleasure. I went for the test drive and bought the car the next day. The whole experience was second to none with no pressure neither. I will definitely head back there if I am ever in the market for a Nissan or if they have a used motor I’m Interested in.

I would rate this dealership 5 stars. This is an excellent dealership with quality
inventory and moreover one thing i noticed with dealership was they want the
customer to be happy and when they say that they mean it. The whole
transaction i did was handled very nicely. The prices here are competitive and
they non negotiable. So if you like it you can take it or leave it . This saves us
lot of time.

Called in to check if vechicle was still available, walser representative informed it was available. Took an appointment immediately and stop at showroom and they informed some other lady just showed up and is interested in vehicle.
Unnecessary waste of trip to Walser. This is neither a positive or negative review. Just dropping my experience with Walser.

Salesman didn't knew anything about the car. Showed me the wrong car, I asked him if he can check his email and see what car I emailed about, after he left me a voice mail earlier that day. After test driving the car he asked me how will the car be paid for and I said I'm going through my bank that I work at and he said we would have to check your credit score even if I bring a cashier's check from the bank I never heard that before never will I go back here don't waste your time.

Bought this car. Excellent.
I did not go to this dealer. I contacted over E-mail I will say the response was within 3 hours but my request was not answered. I asked if someone could send some photos of the vehicle. I was sent generic stock photos. After that I then looked at the the dealer website and the car had a 3k mark up. Yes I do like to mess with used car dealers but not when they mark the price up like that.

Paul was cool
They need to clean the place up. Very little customer parking and confusing
parking lot. They seem to have the best deals but their offer on a trade in
was on the low side. They offered 7000 and another Nissan dealer offered
7500 for a car I was trading in. Both offers were 15-2500 less than the car
could sell for. They make their best money on used cars.

My husband and I were in the market for a slightly used SUV. We looked
at Car Gurus on the internet and saw a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum
at Wayzata Nissan that we really liked, so we contacted the dealership to
set up an appointment to see and drive the car. Unfortunately the car
had already been sold before we got to Wayzata Nissan. But we were
told about several other Pathfinder Platinum on the premises. We test
drove a few and decided to buy a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum with
17,800 miles. It is also black. Our salesperson, Kyle Nelson, was great.
He answered all of our questions and did his best to accommodate our
buying decision without being pushy. Everyone at the dealership was
friendly and met all of our needs. We will definitely recommend Wayzata
Nissan to our friends and family!

I was treated very well by the sales person and the finance manager. They understand the business and were able to get us out and on the road in a few hours. This is a volume dealer and their prices reflect that and are not negotiable. They are fair on their trade in pricing and will help with financing, a very good experience overall.

Online the dealer did a pretty good job, responded quickly and answered
questions. When I went to the dealership, I wasn't greeted and no reps
came to meet me. Went out on the lot and found a salesman going to
move a car. Before I could talk to him he said if I wanted help I'd have to
go inside and ask for someone. When I did talk to a salesman the
answers were vague and really added no value to the decision making.
We had seen a car on the website and was told it hadn't arrived but
should be in by Monday and he would call as soon as it arrived. 5 days
later and no contact. We'll go to another dealership.

The car arrived with many damages that NEVER disclosed
before also, the process of getting out of state license and
tags never mentioned. Overall, the experience has been

The dealer kept trying to show me a different car than what
was online. When I got there in person, it turns out the car
was sold. Crowded and dirty dealership, with lots of waiting
and being made to feel like I was inconvenient. Avoid this
dealership if you can.
