Terrible communication. Car had a check engine light and I inquired about this. I was told I would be contacted by someone at the dealership on several occasions via text message but was never contacted back to discuss the check engine light. I’m no longer interested in dealing with them based on their lack of communication. It leaves me feeling as if they’re trying to hide something or at the very least fail to communicate amongst themselves.
Not a great experience. I spoke with Bob and found that several of my questions were either avoided or only answered after I followed up multiple times. I requested additional vehicle information and photos, which I was told I would receive, but they were only provided after repeated reminders. When I politely inquired about any flexibility on the price, I was met with a response that came across as rude and dismissive. I had been seriously considering traveling out of state to make this purchase, but ultimately decided against it due to the way I was treated. I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere.

I contacted the dealer for more information about a car they had listed. I received
a detailed reply and all of my questions were answered. I didn't buy the car from
them but a positive impression was left just from their prompt email reply.

This dealer was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable! He even fixed a problem that the car I was looking at had on site. The car I looked at ended up not having a/c (even tho the description said the car did), so make sure to doublecheck that the car you're looking at actually meets all your criteria by calling.

Chris answered my initial email within 20 minutes of the start of their business
day. He was very responsive to follow up questions both through email and
over the phone. My time at the dealership was pleasant for the test drive and
the purchase. I appreciated that Chris was not a high pressure salesperson.
He simply provided me with the information I requested and allowed me time
and space to make my decision. I would definitely recommend Wallace
Family Motors to my family and friends!

Wallace family is great, they are easy going, don't pressure you in sales, I got to drive the car I wanted and they were up front with any cosmetic damages on the vehicles. I would definitely buy from them. Family owned business is where the sales should happen.
