The salesperson was great
I sent a request for more information late at night and
the next morning was promptly contacted by a very
sweet lady named Britany Walker. She answered all my
questions and texted with me for several minutes to set
up and appointment with Sales Associate Henry Marino.
Henry is a delightful salesperson and he was very
helpful and a joy to meet. The Walker Chevrolet crew
had the vehicle all cleaned up and ready to drive off the
lot that day. I then had the pleasure to meet T.J. Shell
who completed my journey by helping me get the
paperwork finalized. I've been buying cars for many
years and I've never been more impressed with the staff
as I was at this dealership. Many thanks to the staff at
Walker Chevrolet for their prompt and friendly service.

The truck wasn’t there when we got there and they said it was in the body shop and wouldn’t tell us what for. Very disappointed in them

Excellent service. Bought a truck in 1.5hrs, unheard of normally. Jimmy was excellent to deal with as well as the rest of the staff. Would do business here again

Ask if they still had the Equinox after driving to their lot to look at. I am local so it wasn't a big deal to drive the 5 miles. They emailed back not with sorry we sold that car but are you ready to buy a new car? So guys looks like bait and switch to me!!

A representative from the dealership called me
on the next business day to inquire about
helping me. The car that I inquired about was
already sold. They called back a couple of
days later to see if there was anything else
they could do. They were nice but not pushy.
The only thing I would say negative is that the
car I called about was sold but remained on
the website for at least a week at which point I
found another car and quit looking.

together. There was no way to
copy and paste without losing my
prior message. Anyway, Turnpike
Chevrolet of Nitro, WV are beyond
terrible. They are LIARS!!!!!! I will
NEVER even look at their lot
again!!! All is well though...I went
to Kelly BMW in Columbus and
bought a pre-owned, certified
BMW and they are awesome!!!
Very nice establishment!!! Honest
people to deal with!!! BTW, we
even spoke with the sales
manager after this happened and
he saw no problem with how this
went down!!!!! Just a trashy
establishment with low-class
employees!!!!!
