I contacted CarGurus and the dealer. The dealer had posted the wrong information about the mini-van. The
dealer never contacted me back with the correct info. I asked them to give me the final cost (tax, tags, fees)
but they never responded.

I enjoyed working with Rob Dent at Waldorf Chevy. He was responsive and a good listener. Unfortunately, the finance department gave me a quote with $4000 worth of fees added to the vehicle's asking price. For this reason, I decided to go with another car, but Rob was great. If you choose to do business with this dealer beware of high transactional fees.

it is very sad that these kind of advertisement tactics are still allowed in the legal 209th vehicles with every possible discount that exists but 99.9% people will never ever qualify for and they know it they'll tell you right in your face even if they do manage to take off a few thousand off they automatically will tell you whether you have to trade in your car with us to get additional $2,000 off and say okay no problem that's when you find out they were purposely lower the volume of your car

Horrible and a waste of time. I called to see if the car was still available, they said no. But assured me another upgraded model was there for me to look at . I drive 45 min away the car wasn't available hadn't went through inspection. Then a salesman call me says car is available I get there 3pm instead of 1pm, the car is gone back to Md somewhere. I don't trust the sales people here at all.

EXCELLENT! We purchased the exact care I was looking for...2011 Honda Pilot EX-L (9,400 miles) in "mocha metallic" for an excellent price! Gregg Smith, our salesman was super to work with...we drove from Norfolk, VA to Waldorf, MD to purchase this vehicle, and we negotiated over the phone, so we were in/out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend this dealership!!!

in for the retail selling price which was 3K above the internet price.
When I brought this to their attention, they claim not to have known the
internet price. My appointment was set up by their internet sales
coordinator. They knew or should have known the internet price.
