Solid car. Good experience. I wouldn't say dealer went "above and beyond", but good. Disappointing issues was car had only one key fob ($500 for second), and good sized (silver dollar) gouge out of Driver side front bumper once I got there. But they delivered the car immaculate otherwise. I would use them again.

High pressure sales. Added almost 1200 bucks in absurd dealer fees and refused to acknowledge they were total bs. Tried to sell me on every warranty and add on ever invented even though I clearly stated I wanted none of it. Took forever. I got fed up and took my business elsewhere. Save the hassle and buy somewhere else.

This dealership made the online auto purchase work as well as can be expected. We chose the auto, set up financing online, came to pick up our BMW only to find out that they found a way to give us a better deal! All in around 30 minutes total. Wonderful place to buy a car from!

Everyone is very nice here but definitely not flexible on pricing and be aware they have hidden fees. For example they wanted to charge me for a Volderman care package for a vehicle that i did NoT want . The sales rep tried to tell me it’s mandatory. Needless to say I left without purchasing and the vehicle they didn’t want to bend on the price for is still sitting there. Their loss not mine

I went to 3 different VW dealers one that I have purchased 2new passats and a new jetta and they barely wanted to talk to me. I was going all the way to VA. if this place wzs like them. They were very helpful and being a first time buyer with no cosigner they found a way to get me in the car.

They were ready for my visit and prompt with the vehicle I wished to test drive. They answered all my questions and were very nice and professional.

Good prices on cars and staff was generally friendly. Felt a little pressured to purchase extended warranty at signing. Car was not filled with fuel when we went to pick it up. Sometimes small things go a long way to make a good impression.

Not happy with manager, #1 told me my car was only worth $500, #2told us this vehicle priced@$18,234, could be sold all day for over $19,000, #3 they have now lowered the price to$17,745 and never contacted us about the reduction.my wife and I really enjoyed the vehicle, I wish they would have tried to work with us a little bit, we still haven't purchased a vehicle yet.

Element was already sold. Ended up buying a matrix. Drove 2 hours to pick up. Dealer didn't tell me air conditioner didn't work. Bought matrix anyway and fixed air myself with a 15 dollar relay. Price was average.

Wow! It was the best car buying experience I have ever been through! No hassle, no wait, straight forward. Caril followed up with me after the purchase. Mat in service took care of the A/C issue and also followed up with me. All of my questions were answered, the process was incredibly smooth. I want to buy all of my future cars from Voderman!

I emailed initially email the dealership regarding my interest in their vehicle and that I was just looking into the possibility of me trading my SUV for a car for my son. I received an email back from their sales associate Carol who was very respectful and helpful towards my request. We emailed several times which determined whether the pursuit was even doable or not. Once I decided the interest on both sides was close enough we went to the dealership to look at the car. Unfortunately the car of our interest didn't really present itself as well as we'd hoped. At that Caril was very helpful in showing us some other possibilities and how they may work just as well or better. No pushing, no pressure, just happy to show us other possibilities. As it turns out we found another car and when negotiating the deal Caril was outstanding at presenting their side, listening to ours and then coming back with an offer that worked out well for us. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

very poor communication . Was trying to buy a VW T-reg from them , car ad was running , car was sold days ago . Salesperson offered another vehicle , 3x more expensive , Typical bait and switch tactics , very unfair .

Great response from Teresha who went and got me some details and photos on the car that had just come in to the lot. I’m about 3 hours away which turns some dealers away from responding, but she was very helpful and responsive.

This was one of the better experiences I have had buying a car. I was contacted immediately after showing interest and set up an appointment to test drive. There was no pressure to buy. The car was beautiful inside and out. I feel that it was fairly priced and the staff was friendly and so very helpful. If and when we buy another car we will be starting here. I would recommend others to check them out as well!

I was a utility and immediately was explained why the price needed to go up. Strange I felt less inclination to pursue your cars any further. 3 contacts offering what I would like that changed to what the dealer needed. When I declined further interest I was given a laugh and told it was good because they had another person looking anyway.

Outstanding experience all the way around! I was contacted within 10 minutes of submitting an inquiry and Caril was most helpful with answering my questions. I had contacted Vorderman Volkswagen while on a business trip and explained I wouldn't be back for over a week to look at their vehicle. They answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. When I was able to schedule an appointment they stayed in contact and I actually moved my appointment up the day before they accomodated it no problem. I was very interested in acquiring this vehicle...I inquired about the M5 & the dealer emailed me asking if there was any additional questions....My reply was very specific, "Is there a extended CPO-like warranty available?...Their reply made no reference to my request...They emailed me again, I replied with my previous request...They responded again without answering my question ...I then purchased a vehicle from another BMW dealer.

I drove 4hours in from Indiana and had a bad deal with a different car lot. I called these guys and they by far are grade A guys! They made sure that the car was clean and all fluids topped off!!! If you live in the Illinois area check these guys out!

Dealership stated they did an top rate inspection, we bought the van when we got home realized CD player doesn't work. Contacted dealership and let them know we were not happy with that not being disclosed. They stated CD players are not part of their inspection so they are doing nothing about it.
