When Horst opened his first Volvo Cars facility in 1964, he built the foundation for a long history of automotive excellence that we're delighted to continue to this day in our brand-new facility. I called asking about a car and was put on
hold while the girl checked on the car. After a long wait I was
told sorry someone just bought the car two days ago. I said
that's odd because it is listed on multiple platforms including
the dealer sight. I decided to call again at the end of the day
and got a manager. He said someone is interested but he
needed to see if they put down a deposit and he would call me
back the next morning. No call so at the end of the next day I
called again and got a third person. This person said yes the
vehicle is still available. I explained my previous two calls, he
put me on hold, came back and said someone in the service
department wanted to buy the vehicle, apologized and said he
would prefer to sell it to a customer. This was Chris and he was
the only person that was decent out of the whole situation.
Long story short, next I was told the headlight needed replaced
and the price would have to be increased. What a joke.

Great communication from the dealership. Was able to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. Listing description was accurate. Sales rep was friendly, honest and not overly pushy. Unfortunately we didn’t purchase the vehicle due to a price tag.

We planned our stop at Volvo Cars Lisle with Ashley on our way back from some business travel in East Peoria. She was exceptionally accommodating to our travel schedule and not only had the car we had asked to see waiting for us, but also an alternate vehicle washed and ready. We ended up purchasing the vehicle Ashley had recommended after a brief negotiation that included Manager Shawn, who was super straightforward as well, creating a pressure-free experience. Since it was a Friday night and we were passing through, the whole team hustled to get detailing and paperwork completed swiftly so we could get back on the road in our new car. Terrific experience, highly recommend!

I found a car I liked and was ready to buy but was from out of state. I asked if they could hold for me until the weekend so I could fly up and finalize everything but they didn't
want, nor did they give me any options. Becoming irate, because I had good money and wanted to buy the car, I called the sales manager and ended up arguing with him
about selling me the car, which isn't something I as a customer should be doing with the Sales manager. Eventually he wanted a deposit, which I agreed to but was so
annoyed by him, I decided he didn't deserve my business.

Was interested in a used Buick Enclave. Was told the car was in good shape and the in house mechanics looked over the car and that it was a great deal. thankfully I didnt listen to them and brought it to my mechanic. after spending $100 I was told it needed thousands of dollars worth of work. The rack and pinion was leaking. The rear struts were leaking, the back brakes were bad, the "new" tires that the dealership put on were off market cheap tires, etc. I was also told they replaced the front brakes and they were brand new but the car jutted when I would stop amd my mechanic said they needed new front brakes. I dont think their in house mechanic looked at anything and not only did I have to spend money to be told this car was not in good shape it wasted a lot of my time. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and definitely will not be going back

After my inquiry was received, I was contacted by Mike Byrne at Volvo Cars Lisle via email. I wasn't going to let this one get away so I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. The process was easy enough. The car was delivered to my home and it's nicer than the photos. I've never purchased a car this way but so far it has been a pleasant experience. Jennifer Holish, the finance manager was also very helpful.

Salesman wasn’t honest regarding car. I’m out of town and had to purchase by the word of the salesman. He stated the car had no flaws. The car had many flaws. I paid in full based on the word of the salesman and his word was no good.

Rich was great!
My experience was horrible I was told by the sales lady she would be with me in 10 min. But she was helping two other customers. Needless to say it was a hour and 20 minutes so I left and wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone

Really great customer service, the sales department is fantastic and incredibly helpful, quick responses to all my questions and very easy to work with

from the moment I arrived at the dealership! We went on a test drive of the
S90, selected the one for me from inventory, and negotiated a very fair trade-

I made an appt to view the vehicle along with
another in inventory in order to purchase both
and trade mine. Appt was confirmed and when I
got to the dealership I was told the vehicle was
sold 2 days ago yet let me believe I was coming
in to see this car. Staff had no idea I was coming
in so multiple emails and calls with the person
setting up and including email from manager
where only a ploy to get me in to look at cars I
didn't want. A complete waste of time.

Stopped in to look at a car. Inquired about the car to be sold, "It's
been sold." Representative did not offer any suggestions or
inquire about what type of car was of interest to me. In short, I
went elsewhere, found a better model, purchased the car and am
am very happy. .
