Natalie contacted me and warned me about this vehicle. She said I don’t want it because it was not maintained. She tried to steer me towards other cars and then I was informed by CarGurus that this vehicle sold! So, not sure what the deal was. I just felt Natalie was not being honest wi

We did not end up buying from this dealer as we found something closer to home however, the sales person was very responsive in helping find something that was in our budget and what we wanted.

They seem nice, and I have had great experiences in buying cars there in the past. Lately, though (from about mid-pandemic to Spring 2021) every lower priced car they just get in trade goes the same day or 2. Even had one go in 2 hours. Not their fault, just either stop trying to save money and spend $10,000 ++ or buy anything cheaper immediately and hope its ok. It's called gambling, and good luck spending your money.

I don’t care for “best price” dealerships. The prices are usually 500-700 over book value. At any rate the car was as advertised. They actually came down $370. The car was certified pre-owned and came with a lifetime power train warranty. Not bad!

Rotten experience with this dealer & employee "Sam". I was CRYSTAL CLEAR about my credit issues with VW/Sam & the fact that I had ZERO desire to come down to see the car unless Sam was certain they could find me financing, (having applied for financing with VW 3 DAYS before coming down in person to give him ample time to assess my financing situation). clearly explaining I absolutely did not want to come in, test drive the car, & then leave without it after being told they couldn't secure be financing. Yet, that's EXACTLY what happened because "Sam" didn't do a dang thing prior to my coming in despite how very clear I'd, I'm sure after assuming after they hooked me with a test drive I would come up with some way to get a co-signer, come up with 50% down, or whatever I needed to secure financing. So in the end thanks to Sam & VW Inver Grove I left upset without car I'd been led 2 believe they could financed) with several new hard inquiries in my credit report! Shame on YOU IGH VW & S

Terrible experience. Made an appointment to see the car and found out two hours before it wasn't on-site. Made a second appointment and was told three hours before that the card had actually been sold the week before.

The service provided by Jesse was unmatched. Was at three other dealers that same day and Jesse was easily the most friendly as well as knowledgeable. As far as I could tell he truly our best interests in mind. If you want a Volkswagen Jesse also knows a bit over the average bear in that area being he owns a view himself. If you go Jesse is the man. Good guy and salesman. 10/10

Dan replied promptly to my request for further info, Tried to get a purchase agreement faxed to me, Started with on finance guy , who wanted to argue that my local bank did business with them direct, Not SO. The second finance guy had 2 fax numbers, and we talked multiple times while I was with my loan officer and he never sent a Fax. Overall the worst internet purchase i've had to date!!!

Yeah... the salesman, Sam Lien, was great. We walked out to the truck and as soon as I saw it I knew I wasn't interested... too much rust which, unfortunately, didn't show up in any of the photos online.

I asked the dealer for their best price. The salesman stated they are a "best price" dealer and the posted price was their "best price", however, the price has gone down twice since then, so obviously they are not a "best price" dealer. When I called the salesman out on this, he replied with some lame excuse and said I should look elsewhere if I didn't like it. Two big huge thumbs down!

No complaints. Was told this Subaru likely had blind spot feature, but were vague. I learned blind spot wasn't available until 2016 models.

My dash says 15% oil life but my stickers says 10,000 more miles, but it doesn't say conventional or synthetic. Other than that, they were friendly and polite. Great car so far, day three. Manual honda fit is super zippy.

Forced to take a Passat which is unsafe with airbag issue . Even after saying that it has issue they were ready to certify it for 1000$ more.

very good. offered em a great trade in value and the vehicle I was interesed in was a good fit. minus a couple of bumps in the road the dealership has been great in taking care of the problems experienced with the new vehicle. They have been stellar in oding the righjt thing and I have no complaints. Very impressed-I will visit them again when the time comes for my girlfriend to get a new vehicle.
