Michael at Volkswagen of Fairfield delivered a low-pressure car buying experience. He
answered all my questions, even by text, and made sure I was getting everything I wanted.
I also liked the eDocument signing option so I could take my time reviewing the paperwork
from home. And when I went back to pick up the car keys, it was only 15 minutes and I
was out the door, driving away in my new car!

It was good communication with the dealership and the salesman, However, we had verbally agreed on a price, but I was not able to get to the dealership as I was away traveling for work. When I returned home a week later I contacted the dealership to make the transaction and was informed they had increased the aftermarket value mark up over MSRP by two fold 2x.
Very disappointing considering we were at a price we both agreed on a week prior.
These bait and switch price changes , while charging over MSRP just gives “car salesman “ the reputation they have earned
