Great experience. Car was mine in less than 24 hours! Lenny and Maria were amazing!
Extremely disappointed with my used car purchase from this
dealership. I found hail damage after the fact and called to discuss
this with them. I was told they didnât notice it but the Sales
Manager stated he would try and help me out and even pick up
some of the cost for repairs. I got a quote for $3,000 to repair the
damage. Once I let them know they said there is nothing they can
do for me. They sold the car used and I agreed that it was an as-is
purchase so it was on me. Itâs sad that you go to a professional
place and expect that they take some pride in what they do. Itâs
apparent they simply want to just push product and donât care if
they missed something. Oh and still waiting for a call back from
the general manager!!

Salesman, James, was terrific. Answered all my questions and offered me a great deal. The vw golf sportwagon was exceptionally clean, drovevwell, and was like new. This car was not for me, however. I can not go back to front wheel drive after awd. I ended up buying another subaru. Wish I could have bought from this dealership...

The online price quoted was different than the purchased price, and salesman gave me a ridiculous explanation. I told the salesman (H) that very day that the cast had a squealing noice coming from the rear brakes(after I had signed off on the purchase) he walked away and did nothing. I called the salesman (H) a couple days later and told him the noice is still there. I had my daughter take in and again they said nothing was wrong. I will never purchase from them again or recommend.

The dealer lacks customer service. Although we were not pressured to purchase a vehicle, little effort was made by the manager or car salesman to provide a pleasanrt car buying experience.

Extremely professional and competent staff - my wife and I exchanged numerous e-mails and telephone calls with members of their sales and management staff - they always were helpful, efficient, and commensurate professionals. We are very satified with the service we received prior to our purchase, during delivery of our 2019 Jetta R-line, and after the sale. I highly reccomend them when purchasing your new VW!!

There are hidden dealer fees that can’t be seen on the app and they continuously try to pile on extra costs. The car was shown to me completely disgusting inside and had not even been seen by their shop before it was shown to me. Completely unprofessional.

The dealer contacted me quickly. But it took several days for one of the reps to get back to me with "best price." In my most recent communication with the dealer, the general manager, essentially, said he would do whatever it takes to earn my business. I asked for specifics several days ago, but the GM has yet to respond. Meantime, the car I was interested in has sold.

Salesman was very nice and professional. Vehicle was also very clean. However was really turned off by pricing. Was unwilling seemingly to negotiate on price and the additional fees beyond sales tax and tag transfer were really excessive as they added $1595.00 dealer prep, $999 document fee, $241 non tax fee onto vehicle price, which brought price from $12, 491 to $16, 299. In contrast, the dealer I bought from had identical vehicle different color with lower miles and I was out the door at 12k including sales tax and tag transfer.

Extremely poor customer satisfaction and lack of due diligence. I didn’t receive any call backs or initiative. If the sales associates where as tenacious to sale the vehicle as I was to purchase then a deal would have been made. I ended up getting the exact deal I was looking for from a dealer all the way in Bradenton. Plus the dealer in Bradenton came to my home to pick me up in order for me to finalize the deal. Funny thing is I actually would have paid more at Brandon Volkswagen had the the sales associates been a little less patronizing when I did get in contact or if they simply would have just perform better due diligence to strike a deal.
In all my years of as a product specialist and a service manager for dealers I’ve never witnessed such a display of bias to making a sale without exhausting possibilities to make the sale, case an point to reiterate, a dealer 45 miles away drove me to the dealership to make a deal and turns out I qualified for much more than I was asking.

Horrible! Car ran out of gas on the test drive, customer service was slow,
slow, slow and in the end - they tried to jab me on price. I DEFINITELY would

The best Car buying experience ever. On my way to the dealership the car I wanted sold. Bill the Internet Sales Associate went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. He's definitely the go to guy at the dealership.

I talked to the sales rep on several occasions. I made arrangements to have the total amount of the purchase and scheduled to show up at the dealer (86 miles away) to pick up the vehicle the very next day. I was told the car would be 'flagged' so it wouldn't be sold, only to be called later in the day saying "Oh sorry, we sold your car". UNFORGIVABLE!

I drove through heavy traffic from Clearwater to the town of Brandon . The car was less than satisfactory . They stated that they only will quality checks on a care if the customer asks . I believe they should do that before they put it on their lot . I would not buy anything from them

I will never go to this dealership again. I was told
my pre-approval was not accepted at the
dealership. The car had a ding in it and when
asked if it would fixed the salesman stated that it
was used. I had cash money with me, I just
wanted to see how would be treated because of
my credit and it was just as I thought.

There was some bait and switch on the dealer "profits" charged. The hand written estimate was increased by $500 when the final paperwork was prepared. They pushed very hard to sell me the "premium" warranty because of my good credit score. It would have added 5k to the cost of the car. Paper work filled out and given to me was for the wrong financial institution - was told that it was a "computer mistake".

They are just as pgony as every dealership in the tampa bay area. I foynd a 2 SS in Atlanta with 6,000 miles on that cost only $24,900. Brandon Volkswagen want $32,900 like it is brand new. These dealerships are use to the tampa bay citizen to be desperate for wants. They all lie to the customers when they know that the bottom line is the only goal. Don't go by blue book those books are created by the thieves of the auto industry. If you are buying used remeber the vehicle was already paid for. You should never pay close to the original sale price. When you drive a car off the lot the car depreciates. I will never recommend this extortionist.

Terrible Experience! I had an agreement (in writing thru text messages) with Brandon Volkswagen salesperson for the specific car I inquired about online but when I arrived to sign the contract and take possession of the vehicle, the sales manager, Tom, reneged on the agreement and bad mouthed my salesperson. The general manager joined in on the conversation and held the same stance. My impression of Brandon Volkswagen is they operate unethically. I’m not sure how they get any business if their "potential" customers are treated that way. And quite frankly, I’m not sure how they retain their salespeople if they are treated that way either. I cannot imagine working for someone that would throw me under the bus like that without giving me the opportunity to weigh in on the conversation. I will NEVER do business with Brandon Volkswagen while under the current management. I hope the owner will see this feedback and investigate how his company is being ran.

Be very careful when buying anything used from them. They will tell you
anything to get the deal. If they tell you they have something for the car
its back in detailing make sure they go get it before making the
purchase.

Vehicle photos were taken to disguise
defects. Price of vehicle was high even
if it was flawless. The defects made it
pointless to even want to negotiate.
Dealer ignored original questions in my
email with their response. I received
canned auto responses just asking me
to cal them. I looked at the car on my
own time and no salesman at dealership

Had agreed upon price from steve via email subject to ok test
drive. car drove ok but has no spare. Was given coupon to hold
while they ordered it and still nothing back re spare. Also price
was jacked up. I was stupid to sign as cost was not filled in and
was told they would fill it at agreed price as they had wrong cost
and would need to update it so they filled it in after I signed and
then ken handed it straight to car internet specialist steve who
took it to put in car without my reviewing it. This is my fault for not
checking it. So they used very deceptative practices and did not
honor emailed cost. Bought car sunday but not reviewed until wed.
as we came home to bad news [husband's mother had died]. On
paperwork price jacked up to beyond new car price. And had
requested payments be on either 10th. or 15th. of month and
paperwork shows pay at end of month [28th. believe]. Just says
pay pnc bank at higher rate than requested and they ran my credit
3 times so credit report took unexpected dive. There is no account
number or address or contact information for pnc bank. Guessing
this pnc will send some info. prior to payment due date [you can
believe if it gets to the 15th. and I have not received that info. that I
will start calling pnc bank directly. Some of this is my fault for
trusting them as have emails from steve stating agreed upon total
cost as $12,000.00 FLAT to include all additional cost [dealership,
tax, tag and any and all additional] and was also told by a third
guy who said steve didn't have the authority to sell it for
$12,000.00 FLAT so agreed to $12, 499.00 FLAT to include all
additional cost [dealership, tax, tag and any and all additional] on
paperwork shows $17,020.71. Therefore I will NEVER shop with
them again and will discourage anyone and everyone I know from
ever buying from them.
