Over charge 25k over the MSRP, took them two hours to find the keys to the brand new suv, they play too many games.
Fantastic sales staff. Between Wally, Joe and Jeff, these guys rock. I got an unbelievably good deal
and warranty for a used 2016 Avalon. I'm blown away by their professionalism and car knowledge. No
pressure ever to buy anything. I did end up purchasing a warranty, which was available because it was
a silver certified pre-owned vehicle. Since repair costs are so expensive, it was definitely worth the
$3000. They even delivered the car to my door (a 180-mile round trip adventure)!

We received a call from them letting us know the car had been purchased. They asked
permission to contact us if anything should happen to that sale. The sale did fall apart
early that afternoon and John called us. We then purchased the car. The only negative I
could possibly have is that they don't negotiate. Which is also a positive. We had no
pressure from our salesperson, John. It was a pleasure to deal with all of the employees.
I never thought I'd call buying a car enjoyable, but my recent purchase of a 2019 Ford Flex from Village Toyota was exactly that and more, thanks to sales representative Anna Psihas. Anna handled every aspect of the transaction with courtesy, professionalism, and respect for my personal preferences in a vehicle. The car I wanted to see was exactly as described and showroom clean with features I hadn't expected to find at such a great price. I highly recommend Anna and Village Toyota to anyone looking for good value and a pleasant experience!

Had an Excellent experience, with Clayton (in sales). And later, Evan (in finance). My wife and I had been to about 8- 10 dealerships, throughout the Tampa Bay Area. “Village Cadilac Toyota,” was our final stop. For good reason. Sales person was great, very knowledgeable.
Honestly, this was the BEST car buying experience we have EVER had. Our salesperson was John”Beatles Ties” DeLoach. Definitely ask for him. He collector of Beatles tie and was nothing short of amazing. He gave us everything and more we requested of him before arriving at the dealership. No hard pressure and he really impressed us with his knowledge of our Nissan Murano. We didn’t expect that given the dealership is Toyota/Cadillac. Truly the most enjoyable test drive with a salesperson ever. Normally we hate those. This was honestly so informative and relaxed. From start to finish we actually enjoyed the car buying experience. Over the next couple of years we will need 2 more cars. After this experience we can’t imagine going anywhere else. It was absolutely worth the 2hr drive. No hidden fees or ridiculous added pkgs added on you don’t want. Wow. A dealership who wants to build a relationship with you. Go figure. Awesome!!

This dealer was very responsive and did an excellent job of communicating.
I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to give credit where credit is due. The people at Village Toyota were super easy to work with and straight to the point through the entire process. Chelsey remained in constant communication with me via email, text and phone even before visiting the dealership. I highly dislike the entire car purchasing process, it can be very intimidating and confusing but that was non-existent here. I left a happy customer in the car I wanted, for the price I wanted and definitely will be doing business with them in the future! Thank you Chelsey, Mark, Charlie and the entire team! This place was totally worth the one hour drive :)

Great treatment good people thank you Village Cadillac Toyota
When I contacted the dealership, they provided a facetime view of the car. However, the gentleman I spoke to stated he was going to get the
car detailed so I could see a clean car. I waited a couple days and then saw on CarGurus where it had been removed from view. I called the
dealership, and they stated that someone had put a deposit down on the car.
Not impressed. Was told a vehicle was available when it wasn't , it was going to auction. Come to find out it
didnt go to auction but was in their shop for repairs. The internet sales woman called me the next day and told
me the vehicle was out of the shop and not going to auction. I made an appointment to see it the next day but it
sold before I could get there. At least they did text me to let me know it was sold! I loathe dealing with stealers
anyway so this review should be taken with a grain of salt. Thank you.

I am in touch with a salemen about the 2019 Camry
So far things have been pleasent
I am interested in the 2018 corvette and had the sales person contact me. I called to give an offer, but didn't get a reply. I called again and asked if the offer was accepted and the answer was no. I submitted another offer and had to call to see if it was accepted.
I didn't get much help from them, which is disappointing. The Vehicle does not have a PDR or Nav. only google maps from the phone. I'm still interested, but no one has followed up.

I contacted the dealer enclosed on 01/19/2020 in
reference to an add that they had on Car Guru on
the vehicle attached. After negotiations we
supposedly came to an agreement to buy our
third Camry. When he asked me when we would
be able to go in, I requested a PO which he
promised to send. At that time I asked him to
send me the credit app along with the PO which
he agreed. Immediately he sent me the app to be
followed By a text to please hold off and that he
would call me.
After 15 to 20 minutes he text me telling me that
they made a mistake and that they vehicle was
not available.
They claim to have pull that vehicle for their rental
program. So when I asked them why couldn’t
they replace with another vehicle I was told that
they would speak to their general manager. Never
heard from them.
The same vehicle with the same Stock # and Vin
is still being advertised on your web as of today’s
date

It was sold then it was still on their web, tried to sell me a year older Corolla LE which is a lower trim and year older for $1000 more. They are very deceptive in my opinion and would not do business with them. There are cars all over the place to buy so why would I bother with them?

The gentleman that I talked to, was Mr. Bobby Trenholme. He was very knowledgeable
about the vehicle in question and was patient in showing me all the bells and whistles that
that vehicle possessed. We were able to negotiate an acceptable price and I bought the
car that day. The customer service that I received before, during and after the sale, was
great.

Dealer was very nice and very responsive. Unfortunately, the truck sold while I was on the phone with the salesman.
Dealership made 4 appointment confirmations, then sold truck out from me while I was traveling 3hours from Tallahassee to Homosassa. Not the experience that is expected from a Toyota dealership. Professionalism and ethics are lost in the sight of making a buck at this place. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.

car was nice, BUT not nice enough to justify the asking price. They had about $1100 in "dealer fees" added in that were not negotiable. A bit pushy as well. All this made me run.

Spoke with them on the phone. I was told that they would email the quote
within the next few minutes. It was never received. Called them again and
asked for the quote. Received a quote for a different vehicle. Purchase a
newer car for less than what they quoted me for this vehicle from a different
dealer who was ready to make a deal.

I emailed them on a car from CarGurus site and the listed price was 12494.00. The first offer they sent me back was a price of 13991.00 less 500.00 discount...out the door was 15,315.74 which inluded registration fee, tax....and $900 plus in other fees. I asked them if this was Bait and Switch! I personally will not buy from them.

The dealer got back to us right away. She asked what we were looking for
and when we wanted to go check the car out. When we got there they
brought the car up, but also asked if we might me interested in looking at
the 2016 leftovers to compare them that we could see the difference and
how the payments wouldn't be that much different. We said yes and ended
up buying the leftover 2016. It was a great experience.

they contact me and ask me to come and test drive car. i did confirm before i went to dealer that car is available. when i went there sales person says car has been sold. After that they still has same car for sale on your cargurus website. I don't know how this works. Bad experience

dealership. The finance guy (wish I
could remember his name) I dealt with
was awesome too, put the deal together
quickly and fairly. Everybody at this
place makes you feel like family and
none of the high pressure ,sleazy sales
tactics that are fat too common these
days. Definitely worth the drive, and I

They were very responsive. Called me almost immediately, and followed up with calls & email until I told them I was no longer interested. I had planned a visit, but didn't make it. I have not done anything further since I found the vehicle did not have 4wd, but it sounded like a very nice vehicle and so did their folks.

The sales person (Anthony) was friendly, knowledgeable, and made
