The service of the staff was terrible they didn’t want to work with me and they offer me a 36 month loans with a 1000 monthly payment which was uncharacteristic instead of a 72 month loan which would have made my payments much more reasonable

After setting up an appointment and traveling for an hour and half on subway, I was told that the address I was given by the agent was incorrect. I landed in a place that was 45 minutes walk to the dealership. So, I took the train back home and bought an 2022 Audi Q3 Premium Plus S from another dealership the next day.

Called 2 hours before arrival to ensure car was ready. I arrived and they said the car was undergoing servicing and that it wasn’t available and they couldn’t find it. They offered another vehicle but I didn’t want to deal with this bait and switch just to get me in the door.

Scheduled an appointment to see a car. The car wasn't on the lot when I had arrived, they had no idea what car I was there to see even though there was an appointment made. Walked 3 blocks to look at the car. Car wasn't dirty inside and out. What ever sticker price you see be ready for a 7k up charge in dealer fees .

I saw online that this particular dealer has few cars that I like so I figured I will give them the benefit of the doubt and go regardless of the bad reviews
I live in Jersey so it took me about an hour to get there .
I asked about 4 cars that I like with the intention to potentially buy one .
3 out of the 4 cars were presumably sold weren’t there .
The only one that was available a Benz c300 2022 was priced on Goru for a little over 28k but the sales person said with all the fees the car will be at around 37k at the door .
Saw another Audi q5 2022 which was priced again online at 20k but there was 26k. Took my car and fled
Long story shot this dealer is shady and dishonest .

Is that possible to give zero stars ?!
Please read the terrible reviews from this dealer , it is all true , when you call the the location they will say there is only $ 175 fee , plus tax , and nothing else ,
When get there they will add 4-5 k more (reconditioning fee ) .
I call multiple time , ask to speak to the seller , and I was told the final price was the price shown plus 175
Surprise surprise , it is all a bunch of liars

Can call in the morning to confirm a car is in stock, will claim a deposit was put down the night before and you can buy one for 10k more, then add 5k for the “inspection”, list is never-ending. Go if you want to be scammed - the car I went to see is still listed here

I wish I could negative stars for this. Worst experience. Travelled for 3hrs on one way. I called and checked before starting just to make sure the car is still available and was told that it’s still available. Also asked them if there are any hidden charges on the car that will be additional or will it be the website price and was told no hidden charges. The car(range rover) we went to buy was not available and made us see another car of same model but a year older. We still went ahead and checked and when we checked the online price it was 26,000 and we were told the price is35,000. We were told 4K for the pre delivery inspection and 4K for recondition. 30% more additional cost from the listed price off their website. Never Visit this place, it’s just waste of time. Big liers and scammers. I think the people with extra money lying around buy cars from here.

They actually made me come down to the lot and they never had the car that I looked for the answered me that the car went for recall, so I came down for nothing

Big liars they put a price online when you go to the dealer they show you. They said they don’t have it. They show you the other expensive car.

This car was not available when I went to go see it two weeks ago and it’s still up here as it’s being sold. I contacted the dealership for an entire two weeks checking in with them to come see the vehicle. I spoke to them the day before, and I spoke to them the day of and they confirmed that the vehicle would be ready for me to come look at. When I arrived, the vehicle was not there and they offered to show me other vehicles. This was a waste of my time it cost money to drive and see these vehicle vehicles. It was always of my time and my gas. Because of all this, it gives dishonest thing and I would never buy a car from people I cannot trust.. furthermore the car is still up here showing that it’s for sale when they do not have this car in stock. Personally, I would stay away from this dealership.

I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. My spouse and I went to Victory Mitsubishi in the Bronx with $5,000 in hand plus a check from Westlake Financial, fully prepared to purchase the car we came for. Instead of helping us, the staff gave us the complete runaround.
They had us test drive multiple cars, ran several unnecessary credit checks (without clear explanation), and wasted nearly five hours of our time. In the end, they refused to put us in the car we wanted—even though we were more than qualified and had the funds ready.
The experience felt dishonest and manipulative. Rather than working with us as serious buyers, they strung us along and left us walking out the door empty-handed. This was one of the most frustrating dealership experiences we’ve ever had.
Stay far away from this place. They do not respect your time, your money, or your business.

This dealer has bad service and they waste people's time. On the website there was a vehicle priced at 32,500 and after I was there and they ran several credit checks on me, they told me the vehicle would cost 43,000 and all of that happened even without having driven the vehicle. There is no customer service and they were rude.

I went to this dealership because they advertised a 2021 Tesla Model 3 at an unbeatable price online. It
looked like a great deal, so I called ahead and even confirmed it was still available. I called multiple time
and was told i can test drive, i even got it in writing. But when I arrived, I was told the car was "currently
being serviced" and “not available for viewing right now”. I traveled 3 hours in total for no reason. They
immediately tried to show me other vehicles that were priced much higher. It was clear this was just a
classic bait and switch tactic, where they lure you in with a fake deal, then try to upsell you once you’re
there. This is dishonest and a complete waste of time. If you value your time, money, or integrity, do not
go here. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere.

This dealership is fraudulent, dishonest and deceptive! I arrived after scheduling an appointment and called 3 separate times to confirm the 2 cars or interest were still available and each time - Yes, was the response. Upon arrival none of the Sales folks I consulted with were not on-site and the Manager (Kevin) informed me the cars were sold days ago. Conveniently, there were much higher priced models available. This experience was consistent with other reviews. As of today, Wed 7/29/25 the cars are still listed as available on their website!

TERRIBLE. Set an appointment on Thursday, traveled 2 hours and got told the car was not available because someone placed a down payment.. okay?? TELL ME THAT so I don’t waste my time. This dealer is unprofessional & unorganized. On the
first day, I went with no appointment & everyone
was dismissive & no help was offered, which I
understand - my mistake for not making an
appointment. The second time I went, an
appointment was made. On appointment date a
sales representative named Tamika Richards
reached out to me multiple times to confirm our
appointment. When I went (I even showed up 15
minutes early), I was told that sales representative
was not available. Weird right? Especially after we
spoke earlier that day confirming everything.
Another sales representative came to assist me, to
where he said they didn’t have the car I confirmed
my interest in earlier. So not only was the sales
person not available, neither was the vehicle. I
asked if they can show me other options at this
point, to where they said they had nothing. No point
in the first place to even make the appointment.
Very disappointing, misleading & a waste of time. If I
can rate zero stars, I would.

Today I worked with Robert at south shore and he was literally as advertised. The reviews say how good a salesperson he is but he’s also just a really kind and good person. I spoke to "Jay" who assured me that the car was there and the price was correct. I set up an
appointment to meet her. I confirmed 2x that the car was there. When I got there they said they never
heard of her and she was just an "appointment setter" and they had me meet with another guy. That
guy said the car wasn't there. That it was being serviced - and that if it was being serviced, it was a
probably a bad car, and I should consider something else. Classic bait and switch. Stay away from this
place. I should have known better.

BUYER BEWARE!! I enquired about a vehicle and the first person I spoke to was rude and insisted I had to visit the
dealership. Because I live over 2 hours away, I did not want to waste time if the price wasn't right. I asked for a manager
(NG) and she confirmed the car was in stock, it was eligible for the EV tax credit and that the only fee (besides tax & dmv)
was a $175 doc fee. She told me the car would be held until I got there. When I got to the dealership, unbeknownst to
me, "the manager" did not work there. A salesperson sat me down and drew the 4 quadrants on paper, as if we were
going to negotiate price. I told him I already had a price from NG. Then he went away and came back and told me the
vehicle had been sold. I said NG promised it wouldn't be. Then he said it was locked in valet mode and COULDN'T be
sold. Then asked if I wanted to see another car (that didn't qualify for ev credit). RUN, RUN, RUN. BAIT & SWITCH. Also,
bathroom was disgusting and no lock!

Tough experience. Would never go there again. Worked with the sales rep through
text prior to me going to the dealership. Had 3 specific cars I wanted to test drive which
were shared, and I was told I would be able to drive all 3. Got to the dealership, the
person I was texting with did not work at the dealership, and the car salesman I was
given had no idea of the cars I was interested in. Come to find out, NONE of the 3 cars
I was set to test drive were there. There have no prices or mileage on their cars
making it difficult to know what's in the price range/ballpark of what you want to spend.
The prices on the website are NO WHERE NEAR what they charge. Please be aware
of their "Reconditioning Fees" which are thousands of dollars. So whatever the price
on the internet says, be prepared for the price when you get there to be $5-$7K higher.
Pay attention to the reviews on here, as they are all spot on. I would stay away.

Update:
I received a call from the dealership, who by the
way is a call center and not the actual dealership
where I was given a price as I told them I was
buying the car in cash and would be traveling over 2
hours to purchase the vehicle. We agreed on a
number and after driving 2 hours and arriving at the
dealership they told me the price was an additional
$17k on top of the number that was agreed upon as
a “reconditioning fee” they would not provide any
additional explanation of charges. If I could rate the
customer experience I would give it 0.

The salesperson wasn’t very knowledgeable about the cars and lacked good communication and social skills. I drove out of my way for a vehicle advertised for 36k but when I arrived to purchase and make full payment, I was told the “cash” price is 42k. The same was true with their other vehicles. Whatever the ridiculous rationale for the big price difference, it should be explained in the advertisement. It’s deceptive, misleading, and an unethical business practice. A total waste of time and terrible experience. I will never return.

This was not the exact card that I wanted but what I was looking at was a 2018 Ford F-150 with 96,000 mi he was very discouraging because I did not want to finance with his company and told me that he can say what he wants and do what do you want because it's his business and his company and hung the phone up with me I was very sad and disappointed because I thought and having thinking that I was doing the right thing by getting a check from my bank to bring to him so he can cash out on it and I would pay my bank back but that was a wrong and bad positive thought he dwindled my personal experience with car and car dealers and sales reps or finances he talked like he was Mr Big shot and the world belonged to him and he can do in maneuver how he wanted to in his dealership no matter how the customer feel.

I called to ask if two different cars was available before driving 1.5 hours to the dealer. Once I got there they had a newer Honda sitting out from what I wanted. The. I got an accuse that those two car was not available any longer. I was going to be a cash buyer but that turned me off so bad I walked out and drove back 1.5 hour ride home. Oh forgot to mention I was excited about meeting the rep who they made an appointment with me. Got there and it was an all boys club and somehow within hours the original rep was off work. Totally disappointed and carried my 20k back home.

They had me drive all the way there from Brooklyn to
tell me the vehicle I wanted was sold and they ran my
credit 6 times at different banks to still not get me
anything donât waste your time people with this place
theyâre full of feces they will have a lady thatâs home
acting as if sheâs in the office just to lower you there
and then pass you off to someone else I wasted my
freaking time and missed work messing with these
clowns, false advertising.

public He started our conversation out by
telling me he was the most honest person at
that dealership. First impression Iâm

by day two of having me send him pic after
pic of my vehicle and telling me the whole
time that heâs gonna get me top dollar for
my trade, he couldnât even comply with the
rules and regulations regarding running a
persons credit application. I asked him
approximately 12 different times to send me
over the numbers as he had already run my
credit, and he refused, finally at the close of
business I received an offer that I could tell
had been manipulated because he didnât
want to work. They had offered me 1k for
my 2015 Chevy Tahoe ltz that mind you is in
pristine condition and which I already had
an offer from CarGurus for $15,400. AVOID

Even after calling once more to confirm before i made my way, still these unprofessionals manage to run their bullshit salesman’s scheme. I arrive and the vehicle i came to see was said to be an “Old listing” i assume the manager knew this wasn’t a good enough lie so the “Old listing” turned into the car being “In service at the moment”. I came to see a $20,000 vehicle, instead they show me a similar spec vehicle priced at $32,0000 (The only one in stock) as if they were doing me the favor . When I got there the person I was supposed to meet there doesn’t work there. Then I saw a guy who introduced himself , I told that I was there to see 2 vehicles. He said that he’s going to locate the vehicle. When he came back he said that they didn’t have those vehicles. The girl I had to see for the interview told me that they had the vehicle still on the lot.
They were just playing games to get me there and see if they can sell me something else.
I would not do business with this type of people.

Price on vehicle was increased and decreased 12,000 dollars over the course of a week in varying amounts. Called dealer and was clearly trying to be scammed, stay away at all cost.

I was very interested in a vehicle, but after reading the reviews, I became skeptical due to repeated complaints about bait-and-switch tactics and hidden fees. To avoid this, I tried calling, as I have cash on hand and am ready to buy—just want a final price.
However, when I mentioned I’d be traveling from out of state, the associate told me they don’t discuss pricing over the phone and that I would need to fly in to get that information. I live on the West Coast, so flying across the country just to get a price is completely unreasonable.
It’s clear from the reviews that many others have had similar experiences. Unprofessional and frustrating, would definitely avoid (vehicle is also prices $6,000 higher on the dealers website compared to CarGurus, screams shady dealer).

Of course they tried to push me in the direction of another car. Classic bait and switch. Avoid this dealership at all costs. 0/10 experience.

We went to see a car BMW X1 , we had a test drive and we likes the car
We sat down with some supervisor to talk about purchasing this car
the Price on the website was 11,055
he came up with bogus fees totaling over $6500 and tats before taxes and registration
We left the place very upset
I contacted one of the mangers on the phone and promised she would look into it. Until today i got no answer

I have probably one of the WORST experiences with this dealership
I saw the car online, I called and took an appointment, I requested the first appointment in the morning because I was driving from CT no NY it was an over 2 hours drive
When I got there I had to wait about half an hour to be able to see a representative
When the spoke to me they told me the car was sold
You can definitely see that there was something fishy going on
After I left, and I was driving home I called the dealership again and asked about the car I they told me IT WAS AVAILABLE !!!!!!!
I spoke to ERIKA and she was %100 the car is there and with the same details that I saw

I was a fool, I read all the reviews and I still took time off from work to drive out to the Bronx from Rochester Ny (5hrs). just for them to do to me what they tell everyone else who drove from out of town. that car is in the shop. WTF. when will it be ready he says Wednesday. I say tomorrow is wednesday he says no next week but anyway it's the shop that means it's no good. i asked well why is it on the website. He says oh we don't control that. The. I say well why did the girl confirm with me this morning. He says she dosent know anything she's at a call center in Brooklyn. They get you there and try and sell you on what they have there. I said okay let me see the this car he went to get keys and never came back outside. Complete waste of time and money. I advise. PLEASE NEVER SHOP AT VICTORY MITSUBISHI. Please shut this place down. Complete hoax. I ask everyone to write a review about their bad experiences with this place. This is the car I went to look at. Dealer advertised a used car for $21,610 and I exchanged several emails with the dealer. I confirmed
via email that the only other fees charged, besides taxes and DMV fees were a $175 DMV document
fee. I scheduled an appointment. At the dealer, I was told that the asking price was 20% higher
($4,322) than the advertised price!! The fine print indicated NO SUCH additional price!! THIS IS
FALSE ADVERTISING. Don't be fooled.

I found a car on a dealership's website and called sales representative Shania Frazier, who confirmed the price and charges listed. After traveling 140 miles to their location in New York, I was asked to wait over an hour, only to be told the car’s price was $5,000 more than advertised. They claimed they "forgot to update the website," even though the same price was still listed. When I called Shania, she refused to answer, and another person confirmed the higher price. This dealership wasted my time whole day waste for this and engaged in dishonest, bait-and-switch tactics. I strongly advise avoiding them.

I make an appointment to see and to test drive the car went I get there the show me a different car, I ask for the car a went to see they said the car isn’t on the lot . I drive there from NJ it take me one and half hours to get there and hear that went I spoke to a girl name Ericka and never told me that the car wasn’t there. Drove there for nothing I’m really disappointed for that .

Told me it won’t take long. I Was there more than two hours with an autistic kid who cannot sit and wait long which I warned them about. They wanna do all the paperwork before showing customer the car. Test drive a dirty car, they did not wash. We couldn’t come to an agreement on price with all the extra fees. I left without a new car will continue to search elsewhere.

Did not get contacted by them but their website does have the price for the same
car for $7k more than adverstied on CarGurus. Called and spoke with a sales
person who told me that i need to be in the dealership to get a price in writing. I
spoke with the manager and was told that they dont know how to calculate out the
door prices and the sales price is the price but could not even tell me what sales
price they referred to the one on their website or the one CarGurus. I asked for an
email confirming the sales price which they agreed to but never sent.

Was in the market for buying a car—a 2017 Jeep Compass—when Leyla reached out to me. I made sure I got every detail and recorded each and every phone call. Leyla pushed to get me in Saturday, made an appointment for 4:00 PM before I left my house, and I made sure to call and ask if the car was still available. Leyla said, “The car is ready to leave as soon as you fill out the paperwork!” As soon as I walked in, a man approached me, not sure what his name was, but he wasn’t professional at all. I explained to him that I was waiting for Leyla, and he said, “The car you were looking for was sold yesterday morning. I'm not sure why Leyla would lie to you. Is there anything here that you may want or test drive?” At this point I asked for the manager and got a man named Ali.
Ali asked me to step into his office because clearly he did not want other customers to know what was going on... Ali suggested more cars to me, and I denied it.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Our sales rep Ismael Reyes was great, it was until he directed us into the office where they give you the numbers. Went in looking to buy a 2020 Subaru Forester advertised for $19700.00 on Car Guru. That's not the real price because they wanted to charge an extra $2500 which they said was the down payment meaning the car was really worth $22,200 not $19,700, plus $5k in dealership fees, $7500 extra in total fees. Went in with tier 1 credit, was going to put down $8k. They came back with a monthly price of $397 a month for 72 months. Stay clear of these crooks. I feel bad for Ismael, he's a good guy.

Dealer’s actual price was $3,000 higher than what was advertised in the listing after a hidden $1500 “external financing charge” and $1400 of non-negotiable “security add-ons”. It’s guys like this that give dealerships a bad name. I’d stay away.

It was horrible quite honestly , felt shady and sketchy , my credit as well as my co-signers credit was ran after we insisted on seeing the car prior to getting our credit ran , they assured us "the car is here , I have the keys" after the credit was ran and a deposit was demanded of 4-5K and I declined because I planned to finance it fully after dmv and fees the car suddenly "wasn’t available , in the shop , had transmission issues and was going back to auction" .. needless to say the experience was awful , I went it with good faith giving everyone the benefit of the doubt well clearly that was naive of me to do considering the reviews advised otherwise

This is a HORRIBLE DECEIVER! I found two vehicles from this dealer that suited my needs. These cars are still on KarGuru. I sent a request for one of them and they confirmed that it was in stock, this was on Thursday. On Friday they asked me when I wanted to come for a test drive. I said Saturday at 4 pm. This possibility was confirmed to me. Today, Saturday, they asked me if I would go for a test drive and I confirmed that I would come. I spent 2.5 hours on the road and was 0.5 hours late, which I reported in advance. In the end, I arrived, waited another 30 minutes and a salesman met me and offered me another car!! The seller said that they do not have the car that I booked and do not have a second car and they were sold yesterday! Do you understand? two almost identical cars at once? This dealer is deceiving by listing low prices on cars that are out of stock!!

Complete time wasters -- I suspect most of the cars they advertise are not even in stock. I made two separate trips to this dealership,
and on both occasions where I was kept waiting for extended periods in a noisy, draughty environment, only to be informed that the
cars I was interested weren't available. Different excuses each time -- either "we can't find the keys," or "it just came in today and isn't
ready yet," or "it's already been sold," etc. etc. Wasted several hours of my life completely pointlessly. Vowed never to go to this
terrible dealer ever again!
Even after seeing mixed reviews I visited the dealership. As like others mentioned, the vehicle I went for was on a test drive and while I was waiting for the test drive to finish, the other party was already signing the deal
Sales guy was nice and was trying to be helpful but his helpfulness wasted my 2 hrs in seeing a car which was out of my budget and he said it is in the same range. Sadly, the definition of that same range was off by 6k. Its been 4 days since and I still see that sold car in every website with below market price to attract people and then tell that it is on test drive and is already been signed.
The worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership . It is a dirty, noisy place and broken
table. The person helping me was nice but couldn't answer any questions about the cars that
are listed in their website and I was told that those cars are not available yet to show. It was
totally misleading . You will get messages from their marketing team until you reach there and
then you get a cold reception ,waiting for someone to help you. I was told by sales person on
the floor that whatever you heard or received through text is incorrect information. It is not
really worthy to waste your there.
I made an appointment for 6/26/24,at 2 pm. Traveling a great distance from Suffolk county, I arrived at the dealership only to be told the vehicle had been sold yesterday. When I inquired to the manager, I was told that the vehicle was in the shop for repairs. I wasted my time and expence to travel to the dealership for nothing.

I called multiple times to ask about pricing and was told that the web price was
"the price" and was scheduled for an appointment to drive from Maryland to NYC
to view the car.
When we arrived we were told the car was still in the body shop and not
available. Not only was the car not available, but that the price was still under
negotiation. The sales associate literally said, "that's the price to get you in the
door, then we negotiate and tell you what the price is and you kinda just have to
deal with that and accept it or not accept it." Let me mention again that this was
as we walked in the door and had just sat down with him.

The worst experience I've ever had with a business. Dirty place with trash overflowing, spilled drinks on the floor, and my seat literally smelled like throw up.
The person helping me was nice but couldn't answer any questions about the car. These guys just have literally 0 training. They require a credit check and 2 paystubs to even test drive, which is insane. They waste hours of your time for a bait and switch, then the manager smugly explains that they "need to make money" by listing for thousands more than they offered (regardless of a 1% APR difference).
I can't attribute this to them 100%, but after getting little to no spam for months, I started receiving phishing texts and calls within a couple days of going there, using information that was given to them like my name and bank. I'm not going to blame them as it could just be a coincidence, but pretty sketchy.
Overall, just stay away. This place is just grimey and gross, you're not gonna have a good time.
The car they advertised was a fake. I confirmed that the car was available before going to the dealership.
When I arrived, I spoke to a salesperson and she left for a while and then came back and said she was
taking me to see the car. This involved walking a couple of blocks to a different lot. When we were nearly
there she casually revealed that the car I wanted to see was "in service" and would not be available to see
so she was taking me to a different car. This other car was the same make and model, but a different
color, year, and more than double the price. The whole experience was a complete waste of time.

I heard from them about 8 times about this one vehicle and booked an appt. Had them confirm numerous times the vehicle was available, even morning of Appt. Let me no if not because we were driving 1 1/2 hrs from NJ to see just this one. Should have looked on the Better Business bureau and reviews! Got there- Strange - but car had just sold!!! Bait & switch! No Managers available and no one we spoke to had a last name! Emails on web site bounce back. Not real. The place has so many complaints. After you write a negative review- they had 3 - 5 new fake reviews put up about them. Of course 5 stars! Bought a car for cash on the way home in Nj. Thankfully, we didn’t deal with them!
Drove an hour away to test drive a car. When we arrived, conveniently the car was out for a test drive. After speaking with a sales rep, and
asking for other cars available, we were left in the lot for 15 minutes while he retrieved his coat (we only saw 1 vehicle in the lot when the
database showed 5). After going into the sales office twice to ask when we would be shown other car options, the sales rep showed us cars
available on a computer with no images or prices. When asked about final price points, they tack on $11,000 more in fees that shown on their
postings. While I understand sticker prices do not have fees included, $11,000 is crazy!
We wanted to wait to see the car "being purchased" just in case the potential buyer wasn't approved, but were told they were an hour away in
LI on their test drive. Again, crazy to me, they allow all those miles to be added on a test drive.

Sales Rep Elisabet was amazing‼️ The finance dept would NOT accept my $10G check for deposit and I would pick up the car when the check cleared. ALSO After tax and All the added mandatory added fees my $17G car final cost was $31Gs. They refused to give me more than $1000 for my trade in.
Since i plan to pay off the car in 6 mos I still wanted the car. So I went back with the cash deposit but my amazing Elisabet had the day off so waited over 1 hour and no one assisted me. So back to the drawing board. Not Happy with the overall customer service and probably dodged a bullet with future BAD customer service.

going to this dealership. All of the negative
reviews you read are 100% accurate. They 100%
lie to you about vehicle availability. They
advertise false prices and tell you the vehicle is
available to get you there. Then when you are
there they are extremely unprofessional, make
you sit for over 2 hours not talking to anyone
when you had an appointment only to tell you the
vehicle isnât there yet. We drove 4 hours had a
check for 50% down and pre approval ready.
Every car we tried to see wasnât there yet. We
couldnât even get into a vehicle. No keys were
available. My advice is believe the negative

This dealership is the absolute the worst. I contacted the dealership because I live roughly 2hrs away, and they told me this vehicle was available. When I arrived I was standing at the entrance waiting for about 10-12 minutes before getting some assistances. When someone finally arrived to help me, the gentleman seemed uninterested in wanted to assist me, furthermore I found it strange that I was ask for all my personal information on his mobile device. I explained to the sales rep that I would prefer to see the vehicle first before providing so much sensitive information; when the gentleman returned post “clearing things with his manager” the sales rep informed me in the lot that the vehicle I inquired about is not available, although I called to confirm the vehicle was at the lot. This was a very poor and unwelcoming experience, not to mention a very unprofessional dealership. There was no apology for the inconvenience, there was no effort or intention to earn my business.

Worst dealer ever. Made appt to see the truck. Went to dealer and truck was not there. Dealer claimed truck was at another site being serviced. As of 12/31/23 truck still not available and dealer trying very hard to get me to buy a different truck. I don’t believe they have this truck
I did not get to buy a vehicle, but that was entirely my fault. However the staff is exceptional. They treat you with respect and they will bend over backwards to get you into a vehicle. I had a great experience. I unreservedly recommend this dealership to anyone. If my circumstances change, I will be heading back to Victory Mitsubishi.

Very unprofessional dealership i had an appointment @2:pm on 12/22/2023 I was traveling like an hour and half from New Jersey I Called the dealer to make sure the car was still available and according to them the car was still available when I arrived at the location I was told the car was no longer available i do not recommend the place go and spend your money somewhere where the value the customer.
Ask questions about pricing and what other fees if any are there, They dId not answer my questions. I don't live around the corner from this place. Would've liked for
questions to be answered before I took a ride over there. After questions weren't answered it really annoyed me, so I decided to remove vehicle from my list. A real waste of

I get there talked with sales associate he had a bold head with a beard while taking my information he’s on the phone with a guy which is his friend Rich stating he just started he hates working there and moreless about management and his pay which is not professional for someone new doing a deal. He end his call returned DIDNT explain no terms as well as what I asked for but is pressing for me to sign for a 40,000 dollar car instead. I asked him time after time about what I applied for instead he insisted on what he wanted to do,I yet asked for manger they stated there wasn’t one in. figured it is a Mitsubishi dealership so

cars listed, they walked me around

Worst dealership I have been to in my life, absolute scammer of a manager, they made us sit for 90 MINUTES before seeing a single car, then when we get to the negotiations the scammer manager adds over $7000 to the price for fake fees, absolutely a scam, avoid this dealership at all costs

I called multiple times to confirm the availability of a 2019 Q8. I was told it was available every time. I even made an appointment with a women named “Ericka Santaella” and was there within 2 hours for said appointment. On my way, I called to confirm AGAIN if the car was there, “yes, just give your phone number to the front desk they will help you”.
I get there and they assign me salesman “Anthony”. He takes me to a table and starts asking me my budget and “what it would take to make a deal?” I was like, “can I see the car first?” “We don’t really do test drives unless we are making a deal”. I told them well I’d like to see the car to see if I even like it, and if I do I’ll buy it. He tells me hold on and then comes back and says follow me. We go outside and start walking across the street. “Hey we have to walk to my other lot, by the way that car you called about is on a test drive and will be sold shortly”. SCAM

Went there from over 2 hours away and I called they twice before I went and asked if they have dealer fees and both times they said no vehicle price which is 37,995 plus tax and dmv but when I got there had on top the price 8 thousand dollars on fees . So I wouldn’t recommend these dealer at all. This vehicle they have posted here came from Canada and does not have they same value as the cars that are made in USA because recalls and other these does not apply to this vehicle .
I drove from New Jersey almost 2 hours. Mind you I had an appointment setup over night got a phone call confirming appointment got there early to test drive to be told the car was in service and the car wasn’t there to be tested. Than they try to sell me an older one. Bad business practice. To get in the door to sell you something else beware. Than the manager know the issue don’t even have to respect to come tell to you I waiting 1 hour for and answer and no show.
I went there to purchase one of three cars they have listed on CarGurus. I drove 2 hours, and while on my way there I was told the vehicles were confirmed and would be ready for my appointment. When I got there I was made to sit around and wait, just to be then told that none of the vehicles were actually there and that they were on transport to the dealer for over a week, and that they list them immediately after they buy them even without the cars being there yet. Then they try to sell you on something else and hit you with a ridiculous price. This place is complete garbage. Stay away. This dealer deserves to go out of business. It is a complete scam. I feel bad for any good people working there trying to survive and having to do things the way management and the owners have them do.

This place is the worst I’ve ever been to. Drove 2 hours for these clowns to tell me the car was ‘in the shop’ and then try to sell me and older version of what I wanted. Service is trash, dealership is trash, experience in sales is trash. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUMP!

Car buyers stay away!! Run! This place is a scam. They posted this vehicle for sale. A lure to get to get you there ! I drove 4 hours round trip. Called several times before leaving to verify the the vehicle was still available. They confirmed. When I arrived they showed me the vehicle but would not allow a test drive. They wanted to pull my credit. I told them I was paying In cash. I asked for an invoice. The person that showed us the vehicle left and returned to tell me someone had placed a deposit a week ago .. it can’t be sold. Why show it? I called while sitting there again I was told over the phone the vehicle is available. They showed me another vehicle; much higher price. We had to walk two blocks over to see it. I spoke to the manager he says it was nothing they could do. They wasted my time, gas and tolls. This dealer has unethical business practices false advertising .They wanted to pull my credit for an unavailable vehicle.

I think they are posting toyota vehicles. But they actually have KIA moters. They just trying to lure customers. After you go to thiere website they say they will contact you for that particular vehicle and they never do. If you call them back and say. What happened they will say we have an other deal. That one just sold.

Absolutely the worst dealership I’ve ever been too. I called Monday-Friday to confirm the price of the vehicle & received text + emails verifying the listed price was true. I drove all the way from CT to sit for 4 hours after getting approved to only be told by the finance manager that they listed the price wrong and the car was actually an extra 5 grand than what was posted online. The excuse I recieved was “you should know these cars don’t go for that cheap”. I would never recommend this place. Be wary.

Vehicle, the white Mirage, was and is still listed for $9,495 + tax + fees, here and at their their website. I called their nbr listed on
the cargurus listing, the 855 one, and spoke to Mellissa to find out what the fees were. She told me $175 plus about $200 DMV
fees. I asked if there were any other fees. She said No. I decided to take taxi to go in and buy the vehicle, after confirming with
Melissa that the the car was in stock. I arrived and yes the car was in stock. After inspecting the car went in to settle up. I was told
by one sales mngr called Chris that there were 2 additional fees of almost $2000 each for this and that, total almost $4,000! Almost
40% extra!. Then another sales manager came over and babbled on trying to justify the fees. Melissa they told, does not work for
Victory Mitsubishi - she works for a call center - She acted as if she was Victory Mitsubishi sales. I called a taxi and left, out $100.
This is a dishonorable dealership, ppl well-advised to stay away.

Had multiple text messages with this dealer plus a phone confirmation (I hve the texts to publish) prior to coming in -
to confirm the car was in stock and could be driven off the lot.
Drove 1.5 hours to get there. Was told the car was not there, they don't even own it yet, and it was still in transit
Cost me more than a half day, as well as approximately 100 miles on my car plus tolls.
They texted me multiple times, never addressing any issues.
Bibi Singh never answers or responds, Penelope doesn't respond, Nicole Gonzalez doesn't respond or acknowledge any issues.
This is a dishonorable dealership and most everyone is advised to stay away, they are not in it to serve you and there are better choices out there.

They Wasted 2 hours of my time. They had me thinking the car was gonna cost 25,000, then they sprung 5,000 in additional fees. And when I went to finance after agreeing to put 10,000 down, they wanted me to pay $615 for 72 months. Don’t go to this dealer. They just want to rip you off

Cars and prices shown by this dealer are not actual vehicles and prices. They are scams to get you to come in and sell you other vehicles. Not a trusted dealer. I went into dealership several times after calling to verify vehicle is there and they attempted to sell me other vehicles I was not interested in and stated the car I was interested in was in transit to the dealership for several weeks

These people are not helpful, careful when dealing, will do nothing to really help you. I needed a Purchase Order to literally buy the car from
my credit union and no one there even tried to send me one for the car I was looking at. Very shady.

As a hesitant and nervous buyer, I approached Victory Mitsubishi with trepidation. However, their relentless efforts paid off, and they managed to get me into a brand new Mitsubishi in record time. Their dedication and hard work transformed my reluctance into excitement. Kudos to the team at Victory Mitsubishi for making the impossible possible!
After being harassed for day with calls/texts from different numbers to come check out a vehicle I inquired about I drove 3 hours in a overheating vehicle just to be told that they didn't have the vehicle and that it had several problems anyway after I specifically asked the representative on the phone Do you still have the vehicle? Yes What's the conditions for me to get it for the internet price? She said nothing that's the price of the vehicle. Is there anything wrong with it? No. They post vehicles with good prices just to reel you in and get you to purchase something else. Not only that but they were trying to turn me away when I got there without dealing with me at all since we got there late after being stuck in the middle of a police chase they had the ride block I watched the suspect plow threw cars to get away. My family and I literally could've died because of this dealership lies. I knew something was wrong when I seen that it had 430 something views. It’s no way that many

To start I Drove an hour and 30 minutes to get to this dealership confirmed the night before that the car was still available. I originally went for a 2017 Dodge Charger it was about 15 to 16,000. Keep that number mine. I filled out the form I got a trade-in value for my vehicle, everything was fine so far. After one hour waiting the gentleman comes back and tells me that the car I was looking into have been declined by the bank because it had high mileage (69,000)but not because of my credit or because the amount of loan. Long story short they tried to sell me a newer car that was $20,000. And the bank had approved this one Which was fine until we went over the numbers and they smacked on another $10,000 to the $20,000. When I asked why they said it dealer fees and All dealerships do this. The manager came in with an attitude! Once I started asking questions. As if I had no right ask any questions regarding the loan I was getting into. Super unprofessional. Waste of time

I called them and made an appointment with them to see this car .. they said it's still available and I went to the dealership after work took an 1and half train ride from Brooklyn to the Bronx and when I spoke to Justin he told me the car was sold while ago and the price was actually 25k .. I was shocked and pissed off . Why do you post a car for sale and then put low price and tell people the car is available just to disappoint people when they get there.. SMH .. Do not purchase your vehicle from here if you live out if town and have cash. They only want people that will need to finance your vehicle through them. I came from DC after emailing Shania@victorymitsubishi.com and others via text and I called for 2016 GLE Mercedes-Benz 350 and was told to come in because they are not an online dealer. I asked for pictures of under the hood they never sent them. I went there Saturday June 17, 2023 at 5pm and I was told that the guy was going to get the truck for me to test drive but after I told him I had cash to pay for the vehicle he asked me how much I didn't tell him he said I will be right back. He never came back and left me sitting at a desk for 30 to 45 mins. I went to the front desk to inquire about where Shania@victorymitsubishi.com was and she just said she would like her know I was here and that Jamal was helping me. Very unorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU HAVE CASH/YOUR OWN FINANCE.

He was also very patient and understanding, and he didn't pressure me into buying anything I wasn't ready for. I felt like he was really working for me, and I was very happy with the car I ended up buying.

Horrible experience. Price advertised online is not the actual one. The list price was super low. The add-ons, totaled $3,000. No room for negociations and extra unecessary fees added. The dealership was trying to get me and my husband to pay a few hundreds of dollars for the maintainance that was done on the car prior to the it even going on sale. Find another dealership if you want to purchase a car.

Terrible. I would not go to this dealer. He was trying to force a $3k warranty on me. When I said I didn’t want it he said they don’t sell their cars without it. I said then I guess you’re not making a sale and left. What annoyed me most is I drove an hour and a half to see the vehicle. Asked about test driving it and his response was we don’t allow test drives unless you’re taking delivery today. What?!?!?!? I also called and asked prior to wasting my time what all the hidden fees were since it is a used car dealer. They said none. So big waste is time. Never again.

I had a 12:30 appointment,My wife and I were greeted by Christian .We sat down spoke a bit as to what I’m looking for .Then he said he has to locate the 2 dodge Durango’s I was looking for .That’s too another 40 minutes , saw the cars and was again I would age to wait for the keys due to only having one porter on duty this day and it would be over a hour before I could get a test drive because they had only one dealer plate . I was tired of waiting walked back inside and told him that I’m leaving the waiting is longs enough then he said to me that they were short staffed and he was dealing with 3 customers at the same time . As far as customer service it was horrible and it seamed that the sales staff was children about 15 minutes older than my son ,I will not be going back and will take my business else where

Cliche used car experience. Waste of time in the Bronx. They confirmed and reconfirmed, but we arrived to a different sales person with no clue. They started with collecting information, which I rebuffed. The car we were to see was first in a different lot— he went to retrieve it, then it was in service, as it was new to the lot— 40+ days as per online. Then the service guys were not in yet. We were going to look at another car, a Land Rover, while waiting. He led us outside, but the Land Rover from online also not there. After 50 minutes we left having seen nothing

The dealer did contact me. Then she left me a message describing what color and details of the car they have. Then I called them.this time a different person picked and he gave me a complete different description of the car. Like color different and he didn't have any idea what package the car had . Disappointing

After asking several times if I had to finance through them and confirming I did not I asked if
there was an increased price to buy the vehicle and was told there was not. I needed to know as
it is about a 2 hour drive to see the dealer. When I arrived I was handed off to 3 different people
before I could get the actual price which was 5K more than the asking price on the cargurus
website. I was told "they all do that" and " We all make it at 20%-25% off the actual asking price
so it looks better and gets people into our dealership. They acted like this type of deception was
accepted and condoned by even the web owners. VERY disappointing.

Had a appointment Saturday and went in and sat with Khan. Told him about all the vehicles I wanted to see that were listed on the site and guess what, all of the 6 vehicles I asked for were either sold or didn’t pass inspection smh. Why tell someone to come in to take a look at the vehicles when you don’t have them?

Dealers don’t like when you get financed before coming into the dealer they like to do the financial work themselves so they can add the extra dealer fees on the back end. I went into the dealership today with an appointment already made and my financial manger already contacted the dealer. All they had to do was send the bank the certificate of sale but they didn’t instead when they found out I wasn’t financing directly through them they started lying immediately and saying the car was sold. I went outside contacted the dealership on another phone and they said it was available after that MR CLEAN in the show room came up to me and said the car wasn’t available but he’s terrible at lying. Afterword I called again to confirm availability and the lady on the phone said it was getting inspected then she said it wasn’t on site. After that she said it wasn’t available. So everyone is just full of lies here.DONT SHOP HERE.

Yesterday I went to this dealer when I reached there after 4 hours drive from Harrisburg, PA to dealer address they started documentation take my ssn , signature and my drivers license after waiting 4 hours. In the end they said this price is wrong putted on their website, CarGurus and cars.com so real price is 10,000 more that why they can’t sell Cadillac car to me on listed price then I refused to pay $10000 more money and I asked to give back my documentation which have my ssn, drivers license and signature but I didn’t give me back . They are scammers keep away from them.

Today I drove 81 miles to this dealer and after speaking to sales officials prior to me leaving my house and confirmed clean title. When I arrived I was told by sales man and manager that this car hah structural damage and is is indeed a salvage car. However they did have another one higher priced to sell me. Sleezy dealership. They will not get a dime from me.

When every you come across this dealership, no matter how good the deal may seem, just skip it. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt but got the same response/treatment as everyone else. “The car was already sold but we can show you something thousands more.” I came in cash in hand to 6 sales people hanging around outside unprofessionally, no one eager enough to entertain a customer because they’re all gossiping. A very busy dealer, the wait isn’t the best but that’s cause they had a lot of other customers. I didn’t experience that elsewhere, usually there was another person or two being attended too. In any case I got a great deal, and I appreciated their willingness to make sure my budget was met.

Large dealer, with a very large and extensive selection. They had multiple lots with a so many different type of cars. They do have a caring team, my sales consultant Ayah didn’t really care too much about making the sale. She was mostly concerned that everything was meeting my budget and if I truly liked the car. She even spent a few minutes making my daughter laugh and made sure she had snack, that I approved of. Thanks Victory!

We saw a vehicle on CarGurus with Victory Mitsubishi and decided to go take a look
As the price was appealing . Once we got there we were told that the car has a problem and it’s not available for sale , yet it’s posted for sale still . We were told that we can see another car with much better trim with less miles , practically new , we agreed but decided to think about it for a bit .
Non the less called the dealership and spoke to the sales rep about it , were not told anything but that he will speak to his manger . We returned few hours later , were greeted buy the same rep , we sat down to fill out the credit application , discussed how we will pay , he left and few minutes later called us to see the manager , which advised us that the car is sold but we can purchase a brand new car instead …. New way of luring you in . On top of it , nasty and unprofessional management. Waste of time

There’s a reason why they won’t give you a bill of sale until you come in. Went in for their 2019 Honda Accord EX-L that they had priced at $22,995 only to be told that the full price is over 33k with 8k plus in fees alone. It was a joke. Really dishonest!

Big scamers, Please stay away from these people. They don't have this car and just want you bring in their showroom they posted this add. I spent 2.5 hours to reach them from sourh jersey. When reached these people playing games taking my info and said provide your SSN then will show you car, i told them need to by cash and he said we don't sell car on cash you have to take 50% loan on it. I told them ok show me car and these scamers start scam, we don't have that car right now in showroom for sale. I was look stupid that time. Please stay away from them spent 5 hours in traffic pay tolls,gas for nothing.

Don’t recommend. This dealer is high volume and customer service isn’t their focus. Jasmine the sales person was rude and inpatient when requesting additional pictures of a vehicle that had an accident reported, claiming the car was in perfect condition (perfect would be zero accidents). Anyways, never got pictures or a call back. Took my business elsewhere. You get what you pay for with discount car dealers.

Their approach is questionable. I have many years in the car business and closed deals with people before they set foot in the dealership. These new sales people don’t have a clue and kept pushing me to make an appointment to come in. All I needed is for them to confirm they have the vehicle and a price in writing. After all, most shoppers already drove multiple vehicles before reaching out to a dealer to make a deal. During my years in the car business, an internet shopper was a easy deal! For some reasons, these dealers act like they’re hiding something. They’re lazy and don’t want to work a deal by meeting people where they are.

Bait & switch dealership.
Theyâre offering this vehicle for sale below market value which I assumed was because of the 2
accidents reported. This isnât the case. Theyâre using it to drum up interest and sell you different
vehicles on their lot.
Iâve contacted them twice. Once in CarGurus and once through another site. They provided two
different excuses on why the car was unavailable and why they couldnât provide pictures. Both
times they tried to sell me a different more expensive car.
Today I get a notification from CarGurus that theyâve lowered the price.

Seen a car online called them and They told me they have the vehicle showed up for my appointment for the test drive and they didn’t have the vehicle at all said it was in the getting serviced. Told them that’s the only car I wanted to see and I have work. The owner cliff interjected and tried to get me to look at other cars. A week later they called and said the car was back I went the same day they told me to come in and they had me waiting for an hr because the car still wasn’t there after they said it was . Finally test drove the car it was listed at $24,780 and ended up coming out To be 34k before the taxes and dmv fee and they only want you to use in-house financings. Rhonni was the sales rep and cliff the manager kept interjecting throughout the visit. Whole time I was there kept informing me about other people coming to see the car. Sat there for 8 hours to finally see the finance team to see the final scam . Credit score is 660 they wanted me to put down $6k for 694 for 72m

I called and asked if a car was available they said yes and made me an appointment to see it . I drove more than a hour to get there . This dealership has people who have attitude. I was trying to negotiate with him. And they offered him 20,000 because the door was changed and never reported on the DMV. The car was crushed in the front bumper and never reported it was painted. The sales person is very rude when you talk to him. Never gives you any attention even though if you do it dealing with thousands of dollars. The guy name is Mike and the other guy name is Daniel. What I advise you is you never go to this place. Basically they have no respect for the customers.

This dealership should not be selling cars on portals that feature cars outside their zip code. First dealer sales people do not communicate well. You get a canned message and when you attempt to start a dialogue and ask questions they go silent. They expect all customers to visit the dealership before discussing a vehicle. Today, customers expect to discuss vehicles, gather necessary data and purchase online without the hassle of visiting. Very disappointed as they have the vehicle I have been seeking. Also tried elevating to person mentioned on reviews- no call, no email, nothing!

I called them to make sure there is no bogus fee/ Hidden charges to make sure i don’t waste my time going there. they would tell you its only $75 dealerships fee plus state tax BUT when you actual go there they try to charge you another $5000 as dealer fee and some other BS.
FOLKS NEVER GO THERE.
I Drove there 3 hr from NJ waisted my time and money to get there.

Went to the dealership 9/4, the experience was terrible. Very Unorganized and the sales associate was lazy and annoyed that I wanted to test 3 vehicles. The financial team wasn’t helpful either. I’m upset that I didn’t leave before having them run my credit. I expected much more, and they couldn’t deliver. Not the best experience

The car was listed for $16,995 and the final sale price was $22,000. The fees this dealer applied were absurd.
My credit was run without verbal approval from myself prior to even discussing pricing on the car, in what I can guess was an attempt to pressure me into buying the car due to the credit inquiry already having been made.
The manager I spoke with actually said the words "I cannot sell you this car for the advertised price."
Simply put, I recommend NOT wasting your time or credit inquiry at this sketchy-at-best establishment.

Poor experience, wasted my time. Car has been wrecked and repaired. I inquired about the damage when I arrived. Sales rep claimed they didn’t know. Waited 40-50 mins for used car manager only to discover my assumption was correct regarding the repaired damage. Additionally the price is considerably higher than similar local cars that have not been wrecked.
In short find a dealer who will be honest and won’t waste your time.

They weren’t completely upfront about the condition of the car. I was told inaccurate information over the phone about the vehicle and if they could certify it. My sales person was not the least bit friendly borderline rude. It seemed like he didn’t want me to examine the vehicle before I purchased it. He immediately tried to get me to fill out A credit app before they even test drove the vehicle. I drove over four hours to see this vehicle to be completely disappointed. The vehicle had three different tires, a chip/ crack I n the windshield and it had damage on the passenger fender that they tried to hide.I also had to wait over an hour for them to detail the vehicle after I arrived. Worst experience at a dealership I’ve ever had I do not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from victory Mitsubishi.

I tried asking them questions the same day and they couldn't provide me any of the information that I wanted. Overall it was a waste of time, not to mention the price changed from what it was originally which kept me from continuing with them. I would not suggest this dealer, and if you're looking for info just get a carfax report at this point cause they never wanna disclose anything until you've already signed the dotted line.

I wasted my 7 hours driving.
First of all. Sales Reps. have the obligation show the vehicle to customer and test drive before taking notes or personal information, financial assets. For some reason, when I got there the sales manager didn’t want to take the vehicle for test drive. I had to insist him for a test drive.
HIDDEN FEES/CHARGES THAT THEY DONT TELL YOY OVER THE PHONE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
You must put $4000 down on Mercedes.
+Certification about $4000
+Processing Fees $1500
Excluding Taxes, DMV, Title, Doc/Dealer Fees.
Certification is up to me if I want to get it or not. Don’t force customers to buy yours, while I might find elsewhere in decent price.
I don’t know what else to say, just don’t go if you don’t want to get HEADACHE. I guess they only scam low income guys or those who don’t understand English.

Came to Victory Mitsubishi to see a 2017 Maserati Levante
Car was dirty inside, crusty juice on the doors, damages all over the trunk, residue all on the buttons and screens, and smelled like the Cologne of the last person who owned it and funky, not cleaned AT ALL.
THEN told me the price would me $10,000 more....yes $10k MORE than the listing price because I was paying through my credit union(I got pre-approved for)or cash.. typical FRAUD ADVERTISING and baiting. I told them hell no and they walked away .. they have about 20 staff on the floor working and half of them keep taking their masks off. People in and out because they are baiting with low prices and then try to press you to get their financing to jack up the rate and add fees. No where in America is a $30k car worth another $10k in fees this did NOT even include the tax ...tag...title and warranty .
Don't waste your time... STAY AWAY.
FYI to dealer... find a better way to sell cars... the fraud baiting is outdated.

If i could select zero stars i would. They are liars. I
called on a Thursday and scheduled to see and
test drive the car (2019 E-300) for Sat Jan 16.
Once I stepped in, they started with their lies; the
car was not ready. I was told to comeback on
Monday. Came on Monday the car was still
parked in the lot and I did call before stepping in
and they confirmed it was ready for test drive.
Thereâs something fishy about this specific E-
class thatâs why they wonât let you test drive it.
They are liars, very dishonest people. Do not buy
from them. Biggest mistake you could ever make.

Horrible experience, guy who claimed to be a manager didn't let me even see the vehicle before he started listing all the fees and right after the list price he adds a over $5,000.00 fee for what he said was the cost of owning a maserati and then added state taxes and other fees. Little did he know I already bought several Maserati's before and have never hear of such a fee. Its a shame someone would try to scam people like this.
Didn’t buy but when I went and spent 2 hours they didn’t seem to know what car I was looking for. Seems like lot has a lot of cars missing parts including one with a windshield. My guess is they buy mostly auction cars that need work.

They will give you a 100% FALSE approval and say anything to get you inside the dealership. Told them I was traveling from out of state (MD to NYC). They gave me a downpayment amount (2k) and official approval (please keep in mind, they “pre approved me” then “ran my actual credit” all over the phone). So after confirming multiple times to avoid wasting a trip, I got a friend to drive me to NY ($100). Get to NY, credit never ran. No bank could approve me. Everyone just looking like “Oops”. They even tried to convince me to get my ride (or “anybody”) to co/sign for me, guaranteeing I could leave with the car. Clearly they don’t understand the commitment that comes with co-signing, and on professional level, made us both uncomfortable being pressured to do this, when we already had an understanding.
I never once seen the car when I got there, they were “looking for it”. No test drive, never laid eyes on the car.
My dealer was handsome, so ... that’s where the 1 star comes from.

Went with kids and family drove 60 miles in a very rainy day when we arrived there the dealer said the car is already sold. After we asked for another car said 10,000 waiting for hours when finalized the car was 14000 without tax and all other charges my worst day of my live.

They told me I was qualified for a high end car prior to our meeting. Victory said I had a deal with Ally bank. When I flew in from over 550 miles away... I changed our meeting to 8:45 am. They agreed to the time. I arrived at the location & I had to wait nearly an hour before being helped. The Mercedes I reserved before flying in... I was told it was sold the night before I arrived. Keep in mind I was supposed to test drive it. Then they said one hour into our meeting that I only qualify for a Mitsubishi. I denied them due to the horrible business ordeal and I caught the next flight home within hours.

My experience with this dealership was horrible. I drove an hour away from my location and the car wasn’t there! The salesman communicated to me on the phone beforehand that the vehicle was at the location. However, the car was never there to begin with. Upon arrival, I was seated with a salesman, and the salesman asked about my inquiries. Then he explained to me that the car was 15 minutes away and that they were going to bring it to the location where I was at. Soon after he explains to me that they can’t bring the vehicle to me because someone else is seeing the vehicle, even though I was there first. This dealership is a waste of time!!! Please save your money and time.

I verified that the car was on the lot 3 times - drove down to the Bronx - no car - they lied to me and tried to sell me
something different. It didn't even look like a car dealership - customers were being ignored - it was similar to a teenage
gathering - I have no idea what they did there.
These people are either completely clueless, or they are intentionally lying n their ads. They
constantly list VW Tiguans at "R-Line" models, when they are really the base "S" model. Either
they don't know what an 'R-line model is or they are lying, in order to get you to click on their ad.
I have contacted them to alert them about the mis-labeling of these cars in the ads, but months
later, they keep on doing it. It is annoying, as I have searches going to R 0 lines Sport models,
and these ads from this place keep popping up.

Worst dealer I have ever been to first day they kept me there until 10pm and told me to come back early in the morning to sign paperwork for the car I was interested in so I come in at 11am the next day Jensen I spent the whole previous day sitting around for about 5 hours so when I came in the next morning thinking I’m good to go considering the owners son bye the name stravos guaranteed me he will have everything done by 11am here comes the next day I walk in and I’m told to sit and give them a few minutes after 3 hours I was told that they had to wait on a different bank and that now they need more money for the approval Jensen my credit score is almost a760 score I would never go back to this dealer in my life and recommend anyone thinking of buying a car from there just seems like a big mistake not only are the employees very unprofessional and lie to customers most of the cars have issues that they won’t take care of worst dealer anyone can ever go to is victory Mitsubishi

If I could give less stars I would. Receptionist and salesman weren’t wearing masks. I scheduled an appointment to see 2 vehicles they only had 1 buried in the bushes and the salesman beacons for me to come into the bushes instead of pulling the car out. They lie about prices to get you in the door. Went here to look at a 2017 Jetta listed at 14,995. My stepdad and I separately called to ask if this is the actual total price of the car and if there were any extra fees added onto the car. Same answer to both of us;14,995 total price, no extra fees besides dmv/tax. I have proof of it in a text conversation with Samantha. I brought a printed page of the online special as they requested. Asked AGAIN, we were told the SAME thing, car was great, filled out paper work to buy car and they hit me with a high interest and monthly payment for a good down payment and a credit score above a 720. They said the overall total of the car was 19,345 without interest or tax. 1850 dealer fee added, 2500 added onto the price. Joe in finance said “credit isn’t relevant to interest rate” but they ran mine anyways. Spoke to owner; treated us like we were idiots who didn’t know how to read. No wonder the car was on the lot for 100+, shady business practice

Please don’t go to this dealer, you will be shocked and upset! I don’t where they got the pictures that are displayed but this dealership, is nothing what I expected!
The car was not in good condition at all and the manager tried to sell me the car and told me he could put a top coat on the car and have all the scratches and rust fixed, we all know when a car starts to rust that’s it no top coat is going to fix it and after a few car wash trips it goes away and Bam all that top coat will go away and your back at square one.
I honestly thought this was an actual dealership but it’s just one of those off the street cramped up one.
Don’t waste your time I promise you I wish I could get back the 1 and a half it took me to get there! I left in less then 7 minutes.
My test drive is scheduled for tomorrow. They have done an excellent job of communicating with me.

I was told over the phone that the vehicle was negotiable if I was financing. When I got to dealer gave my offer on the vehicle the manager told me “you could leave, have a nice day!” I replied saying, I was told by someone over the phone that if I came down that they would negotiate the price. He said prices are firm and that’s that! I drove over 1hour away to be told that.. there were so many damages on car. Horrible experience I would NOT recommend.. horrible service!

Victory Mitsubishi contacted me after I made an inquiry about a car through CarGurus. They let me know the car was available
but ceased contacting me when I asked them about dealer fees. I even provided my phone number on more than one occasion
to expedite me purchasing the car, but they never called. Not a few days later, car is sold and I have no reason to speak to a
dealership that is more than a thousand miles away from me.
This is a bait and switch dealership .
They advertise lower prices for cars and then add on thousands of dollars in dealer fees . I was ready to buy a car and then they added on 3K in fees . They don’t have you test drive till after you agree on a price because they know smart people will walk away and they don’t want to waste time . They are looking for people who don’t pay attention to fees and financing details . Don’t get conned .
Ray was an absolute joke of a salesman. When I called to discuss the price of the vehicle he asked what I would pay and then told me to “put my money where my mouth is” ! Who says that to a women over the phone and expects them to come and buy a car from them? Absolutely hideous . Sad part was my family loved the car .
They showed a car to have every option possible and when it came down to it it turns out that it's a stripped model with no extra options and once I brought the matter to
their attention they would no longer communicate with me. It's been now close to 3 weeks since I let them know about it and yet it still shows the car as havving Every extra
feature Possible
On the phone, the dealer confirmed required options were there on the car, and confirmed no accidents or
damages. When I am in store, Carfax showed damage to the car. When asked, he mentioned they might
be very small damage, it's not an accident. When asked about options, he insisted options are there, even
though sticker does not show the options. Later, he copied the options from somewhere on web, into a
excel sheet and showing options are there. How SCARY? The seller makes you roam from your table to
the main manager cabin 10-15 times, usually the manager comes to you where you sit. Finally once I
confirmed the price, he made me wait 45 minutes and then said he was offended with my offer so, directed
me to another individual.
This is totally a UNPROFESSIONAL place, kindly try to AVOID. They want you to give all the secured
information even before the deal is discussed, the place is really SCARY and absolute worst
professionalism, a 3rd rated used car lot.

The sales persons was nice and friendly. The Lady Manager was unprofessional, and unpleasant. I received a bill of sales with a specific price to give to my bank to finance. She then later informed that the price would only last if I financed through them and that the price would increase over the weekend. She gave me some excuse of the car never being inspected and that it had to be first. But she was trying to sell me the car right then and there without ever saying anything about it being inspected or needing to be inspected. Now that I wanted to use my bank, it had to be inspected and the price goes up. I just was over the whole experience and walked out. I wouldn’t spend my money there ever!

Inquired about a BMW 3 series. I checked the vehicle report through a friend of mine who works for a dealership and the car’s entire front and right side were replaced from an accident. The representative, unaware I had researched the car, said that it might have had a “very light-fender bender”. 1/4 OF THE CAR WAS REPLACED!!!

The 2016 Chrysler 300c AWD was advertised for $17,499, but when I went there and bought the car, I realized that the car priced started at 21,999.00. I didn't found that out until after test drive and all, I noticed the price and asked the rep. about the price and she told me that the $17,499 was the amount that was being financed. I end up will be paying over 25,000.00 for a car that was advertised for $17,499. even though I signed the contract I feel that I still wanted to call that News 4 Linda Bagura investigator, because I feel that I was ripped off. Buyers beware make sure if you are going to purchase a car from Victory Mitsubishi you know what you are paying. I feel so cheated even though its my fault I should pay more attention before I sign the contract.

You and I confirmed that price was 26,195+tax+dealer+tags. however manager said that price was 28,700 and when I asked how he got to his price, he was adding 2500 downpayment toward the cost. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER ! They are very deceiving with horrible customer service and management. We
walk in for a car on behalf of a friend of ours because he works and we got a pre-approval. We finish the credit
app, come back the next day so he can sign for the car. We call in and ask the lady on the phone, to get
everything ready and to get the VIN number and Bank Info for Insurance, never got it. When we arrive they say
they have heard nothing and started an argument with us. The finance lady has a very nasty attitude and says
with the pre-approval the bank wants $5000 down which I asked to see where it says that, she says it doesn't
show and if I don't believe her I don't want the car then. We speak to the manager and we work everything out,
get a call the next day from the owner saying they don't want to sell us the car and when asking for their license
number to make a complaint he told me 123456 and hung up. The price also was listed $47,995 and then

Horrible experience. save your trip. There were no pics posted for this car. So I called them and asked specifically if
the car has DVD. The car specifically says EX-L with RES which means DVD Entertainment system. They said it
has DVD. Car was smelling stinky. no cleaning was done at all. I had to explain that EX-L means leather to the sales
guy. When I asked about the DVD, they say they have ordered DVD and it will be here in 4-5 days. I even got a
confirmation saying car is ready to test drive. car is full of some oil marks and if we sit it will be stuck to the clothes
also. I have a 2008 Honda Odyssey and it looks better inside than this 2016 Honda Odyssey. I drove for more than 2
hours and it is complete waste of time. they dont feel sorry also for this mistake.

What a waste of time and gas! I contacted the dealer and received a return call quickly. I asked the woman,
Camille if the car was indeed on the lot and to verify the features listed online as I would be driving over two
hours to see the car. She confirmed the car was on the lot and confirmed features. When I asked again and
stated I had read bad reviews I was assured those were "disgruntled" customers that didn't get the car they
wanted and that I wouldn't have that same problem. RED FLAGS. When I arrived on the lot, there were two
men fighting which required staff to intervene. MORE RED FLAGS. There were two black BENZ 250 GLAs
parked in front which I assumed were for me. Glad they gave me two options instead of one however,
NEITHER had the features I specifically asked for! It gets worse, another salesman came over to "help" so I
asked him to show me how to remote start the car. He stated "I honestly don't know how to." WE LEFT AT
THAT POINT.

Very friendly and not pushy. We went there to look at a specific car. While there we noticed another car that we liked. They had no problem showing us the car and road testing. Great inventory and great people. We drove home with our new car that same day.
This dealership was the worst I’ve ever been to. I feel like I was being scammed not by the sales person but by the manager who keep jacking up the price on me and even after I got approved wanted me to travel in my truck which wasn’t a part of the initial deal. I’d never recommend doing business with them. And the one star I gave them is for the hardworking sales team who did their best to please their customers

Very unprofessional lied about pice of car. Said online ad was only if you put 10% down on top of list price. So they advertise $37k but wanted 10% more on top of that!! Lol bringing the car to a price of over 40k plus there dealer fee. Yea sure don’t believe them when they say no fee dealer.. save time don’t walk in here

Very poor customer service, the seller did not want to show me the cars just because I said I would finance, I wanted a Ford Fusion and he only deceived me and did not show the car. But I said that they could also pay in cash and he left and did not come back! He did not have the car! But make you go and sell it to her! I do not recommend!

They priced their Mercedes at $22,995 and when I phoned to ask if there were any dealer fees or any additional costs they said only taxes, registration and title fees. When I got there they said there was also a 20% down payment fee, around $4000! When we complained to the manager he lowered it to about $2000 due “to the confusion about the fee”. We wouldn’t buy from them!

Jose was very accommodating and pleasant. The sales person, I think David, was indifferent, and unprofessional. Also, the location appeared to be more like a eatery location more than a dealership. A bunch of employees eating in front of customers. They should have an enclosed area to have their lunch. I was really serious about buying the vehicle and made my offer. They sales person took offense and didn't even bother to counter or discuss it professionally. I see their website, the car still sitting in their lot.

The car was posted for $21,899 Audi A6 but they want a 20% down which is another $5,500 which made the car price jump to $27,500 which is not posted at all on the website. Crook dealership! Would not recommended to anyone! It’s complete waste of time and toll.

I will never buy another car from Victor Mitsubishi and I don't recommend
anyone buying from this dealer. A simple cash deal was turned into a
Headache and they didn't want to let me leave with the car after I alread
had paid for it, but they also didn't wanto to give me my money back. Then
it took them 6 days to get my Title mailed to me, after making numerous
calls to the dealer. eventhough it was cash deal I had to deal with the
finance guy who was rude thug. Jose in sales was great.

The team was nice and worked to make a deal, only problem is buying a used vehicle should not be the job of the potential buyer to point out the safety issues that needed to be taken care of before sale. They did the right thing on 85% of the items just a shame a week later to come to realize still have dry rotted tires. This is something that should never be overlooked considering the safety involved. This is the only reason I’m giving 4/5 instead of 5. Just felt these are things that should never be overlooked by a dealer.

was not at location. Here's a thought for
management, if a client makes an appointment
to see a vehicle maybe the manager should
ensure the vehicle is actually there , and ready
for client. Also managers answer was vehicle is
at other location and will be brought to his
location for me. I informed manager as I did
with everyone I spoke with via email that I was
on limited time. The managers answer was "
hope its still here when you come back". Way
to try to make the client feel guilty for there
screw up.

absolutely terrible. First, I called and told them I was
coming to
see a car and to get it ready. Then they called me and
asked if I
was coming and I said yes. When I got there they still hadnt
dug
the car out yet. So I am trying to negotiate with them about
the
price and all they could say is that its an internet price and
non
negotiable even though I was willing to pay CASH for the
car. Fine
I agreed to pay the full amount. Now they are jacking up the
price.
The car was listed as $12,500. They said to get the car at
that
price I had to pay $2000 down which would have been 10%
of the
retail value of the car. So im thinking ok if the $2000 is a
down
payment then it should come off the price of the car,
naturally. No,
they now want to add that $2000 to the price of the car,
now
making it $14,500. So I decided I wasnt going to take it but I
wanted to see how far they would go. Now they want to add
in all
these BS fees. They wanted to add a transportation fee
even
though the car is sitting right outside. Why should I pay for
the
transport of the car from whereever they got it from. They
added a
preparation fee and a mechanical fee which is basically the
same
thing. So with all these new fees the price went up almost
another
$2500. So now we are sitting around $17,000 roughly and
we
havent even added the taxes yet. What they are doing there
is
called a bait and switch. They lure you in with a great offer
and
once you get there they try to talk you into buying these
cars and
adding all these extra fees on top because they have
convinced
you that this is the car for you and you want it so you think
these
fees are required hoping they have backed you into a corner
and
just agree because they have pressured you. Well I am a
military
man and no fast talking car salesman will bully me. I told
them to
have a great day and left an thanked them for wasting
almost 3
hours of my life. What a way to treat a veteran on memorial
day

to the fact the Vehicle I was interested in was already sold. I looked at
what they had on the lot and none of the cars fit what I was looking for.
