At 11:30 am they called me got stuff set up At 12 they wanted me to put down payment to hold it to Friday that’s when I would be in town Was not able to pay 900.00 till Friday. So at 3:30 that afternoon they ran my credit report 10 times to lenders at 4:00 pm they called me and told me they sold the car to someone else. And offer me a different car with high miles So in that 30 minutes I got screwed and lot more points negative to my credit score. Was 626 now below 588. I will never go back to them and will never refer someone to buy from them. All that did is waste my time and lowered my credit score.

Dealer would not accept my cashier's check after saying they would over the phone.

My wife and I drove from Chicago to Peoria to look at and eventually purchase a 2008 Lexus RX400. They made us feel special throughout the buying process. They committed to replacing the tires and fixing a door switch. When we picked up the car the door switch was not fixed but they committed to having it fixed near me in Chicago so I wouldn't have come all the way back to Peoria! I recommend Bob Lindsay, if you are buying a car!

I asked them a few questions online and they answered quickly. Test drove and bought the car. Overall good experience and relatively quick. Far less annoying than other dealer experiences I've had.

Fast response. He has a good business plan of buying clean used one owner, accident free trucks of various manufacturers to resell at a good price at his Honda dealership. I have not completed a purchase yet, but have been watching his ads to find the perfect truck for my business.

I talked to the sales person in detail. Explaining we were 2 hours or more away etc. Made an appt for 1pm 5/12/18 to test drive and more then likely purchase this vehicle only to have the shop mgr call and say they were waiting on one part to arrive and it wouldnt be in til Tuesday possibly of next week. Well how can you advertise a vehicle and make appts for serious buyers if its not ready to be sold.

Did not care to seel a vehicle. Made several attempts to try to negotiate but they were obviously exttremely attached to their vehicle. I was forced to shop and buy from a different dealer. Poor customer follow up or responses.

Will never deal with this dealership again. They knew I was a serious buyer. I arrived to look at the car and it was filthy. A waste of my time.

The Dealer was amazing, we live in Pittsburgh about 10 hrs away, Mike gave a great price over the phone and we were followed up by the Internet department Larry and Emily, Brian set up the financing so when we arrived there we were in and out in no time, the car was already cleaned up and parked in front of showroom for us, Emily even printed out addresses to go shopping at the outlets near Chicago, we dropped off our rental a few blocks away and enjoyed the rest of the day in our new preowned Audi Diesel A3, I would recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking for a great clean car at a very fare price and that wants to be treated with no pressure and have a great buying experience.We love our new Audi.
