I drove over 100 miles to see this vehicle after confirming it was available at the advertised price. When I arrived, I was told the price had increased by $5,000. Additionally, the driver’s seat had a visible tear, which was not disclosed in the listing. This experience was disappointing and felt misleading. I would not have made the trip if the correct price and condition had been communicated upfront.

⚠️ WARNING TO ANYONE BUYING A CAR ⚠️ I went to see a this listed for $20,000, 11k miles, and only ONE accident (no damage) When I got there the truth came out: Carfax showed 3 accidents, not 1 (with airbag deployments),Odometer was really 14k miles, not 11k Then they tried to jack the price up to $24,000 plus taxes and plates When I called them out on it, they literally just told me: “Have a nice day.” That’s not a mistake that’s bait-and-switch Straight-up shady. ⚠️ If you’re shopping for a car: Don’t trust the listing blindly Always check the Carfax yourself Double-check miles and details And if it smells off, WALK AWAY I’m posting this so nobody else wastes their time or gets played like this. I never buy anything from this dealer. The car where I come in to buy half lot of scratches and dents he don’t say me anything about it. I just waste my time. He changed the price every couple days day before I come he hired the price for almost 5000.

Just a shady place. Car shows no accident on carfax but obviously car door hit something scratches everywhere. I didn’t get to work out deal but I can promise it wasn’t going to be for advertised price.

Terrible liars. I drive 8 hours to pick up the car, was listed as great deal below book & what I wanted, I asked multiple times about price & the actual pricing was 25% more making it a terrible deal above book value. They said 22k, was 28k do not waste time with liars! I walked & so should you.

Really disappointed. They lie about their prices on car gurus I drove here 45 minutes from patchogue to check out and test drive a Alfa Romeo I saw listen for roughly $16k when I got here to do so they didn’t even let me test drive the car. They told me that the $16k is the price estimated after a $4k down payment?! And “they have to make their money somehow” It’s very strange. why not just say the car is $20k it’s definitely reasonable for a newer Alfa Romeo but it was wrong of them to lie to get people to come in so they can try to trick you into paying more.

I would give a zero if I could, but in this format, I can’t. Not sure what they are trying to do, but they are definitely not selling cars. Contacted them telling them. I was interested in this vehicle and wanted a solid price because I wanted to pay cash and lived five hours away.. Told me the price would be different than the online price because I was paying cash?? At this point, my questions were not getting answered and they came back and told me the car was on hold for someone and they were picking it up that night. I asked them if the sale did not go through to contact me because I really wanted the car. They had my number and never reach back out. Had a friend who inquired on the car a day later and surprisingly the car is back in circulation to buy. This place gives me a very bad vibe and I don’t want that car as much as I thought I did. Noticed the cars value was 4000 below book showing as a great deal but noticed in the ad $4000 worth of fees that it appears they add in.

SCAMMERS!!! Do not go there. Worst experience I've ever had. Prices listed on their cars are not real prices. They call it "advertising price" and you won't know until you get there. They will try to negotiate and force you to put 25% down so you can finance only through them the price that was listed. It's a trap. DO NOT GO THERE. They knew I was traveling from Boston to NY, asked them all the questions and still lied to me. They are the WORST. Again, DO NOT GO THERE!!! They don't even deserve 1 star. -0 star

I called the dealership to verify the take home price and to make an appointment since I was going to travel a great distance to purchase. I didn't want any surprises. I arrived at the dealership to purchase this vehicle at the stated online price $24,595 but the dealer told me that there would be a 25% down payment additional to the online price. He said it was so stated in his disclaimer, which was not true. I really wanted this car and ended up paying $30,999 plus fees bringing total cost to $39,000 Plus. I have contacted other dealers prior to visiting them, just as I did with this dealership, to verify the total cost of the vehicle enabling me to take it off the lot. They all have told me the cost would be the list price plus taxes, DMV and document fees. No one else has mentioned a 25% additional fee. This was proven to be untrue by this dealership's deceptive manner in which he manipulated an additional $8,000 from me. I am searching for an additional vehicle but concerned.

Dealer requested that you have to stop by their office in order to discuss about all the fees. They are not willing to disclose any rate, including their "dealership prep fee" this could be range from $3K o $6K additional base on current used car dealership... Not sure if I should stop by...

I would give 0 stars if possible . Drove an hour and a half in traffic to see Hard to see paint on car because they did not clean it . Closer look I could see why . Car looked like it had been repainted in someone’s back yard . Then the sales tells me that I have to put 25% of the listed price down and then the whole listed online price. So he is telling me a car listed at 29500 would really be 37000. What a scam they should not even be aloud to list cars on this site .

Do not trust them. I was worried because in the pictures of the 4 Runner I was looking at, there were no seatbelts in the back indicating third row seats which it listed that it had. While the staff member had confirmed on the phone that there were third row seats, I asked if she wouldn't mind laying eyes on the third row seat because I thought there had been an error. She put me on hold, came back, and said yes - I saw there was a third row seat. Still, I was worried. So I texted the salesperson (different staff member) saying before making a 6-hour round trip to purchase the car, I really needed to be 100% sure there was a third row seat. Could they please go and take a look and confirm? Texted back, yes, third row seat. After 3 hour drive, no third row seat. Then they told me it would take a few days to get my $500 deposit back of which they'd already cashed. My husband went and sat in the lobby and insisted they issue the check, which they finally did. Horrible.

Arrived for appointment to view truck. Truck parked in couldn’t be driven. Salesman told me a price that was 6000$ more than advertised price. Saying,”Let me explain how this works”. Dishonest is how it works

Really disappointing experience and terrible shady sales tactics. I scheduled a test drive, confirmed the advertised price of $28,995 TWO times with their "sales" department. Who is a woman who doesn't work in the building, thanks Denise(or diana?) for lying about no other charges on top of taxes/plates/regi. They didn't prep the car for a test drive, it was stuck inches between cars on all sides, and that's how I was shown the car. The most disrespectful part is sitting down with manager Kevin who scrolls down to the last line on the very bottom of the page to tell me the price advertised is AFTER a 25% required down payment ON TOP. He told me I should read better, and should have spoken to a salesman. Which I replied, hitting "1" on your phone line connects me to sales, to who confirmed the incorrect price to me twice. Even Kevin the manager agreed it was a shady way to conduct business. Seriously listen to the rest of these bad reviews and stay away from these crooks.

Advertised price is not what he is selling for. Wastes your time and spams your number with unwanted messages and three days later tells you he wants 20% more than listed price.

Their online price appeared competitive, but upon initiating the purchase process, I was blindsided by a sudden and shocking 20% price increase. They justified this by claiming the online price assumed a 20% down payment. This was neither transparent nor mentioned anywhere on their website. It's essential to be aware of such tactics to avoid feeling trapped or misled. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a more honest and straightforward purchasing experience. ⚠️

Whatever price Victory Central have online, make sure to know it is not even close to what you will have to pay for the car. They make it look like the vehicle is a few thousand below market when its not. I spent 2 hours on the car I wanted, and when I was ready to pay, they added 20% of the vehicle price because they said “all dealerships do this, the online price is always after a deposit”. So, we came in thinking that the online the price was 21k for a 4 series, and after the 20% and dealer fee’s the out the door price was basically 30k. Shady selling tactics, complete waste of time and gas driving there.

Stay away. I have asked numerous times via call, text, and email for a full recap of the fees that would be added to the advertised price. This is normally a very simple ask, with a simple answer (e.g. taxes, registration fees, dealer fees) and the associated flat-rate prices or percentage of sale. I have emails saying "we will honor the online price" then after calling multiple times and waiting days for sales to call me back which never happened, I called back and finally spoke to someone. That salesperson told me "there's a disclaimer on our website that says the advertised price is after a 20% deposit.", followed by "all dealerships advertise like that". False. Reputable dealerships advertise the actual sale price. I read the so-called disclaimer, and the salesperson's statement is untrue. It only states that the estimated monthly price is assuming a 20% deposit. These are unethical and dishonest sales tactics. Stay away from this place.

Had an awful experience with this dealer. I was interested in 3 vehicles so I went to go see them. They had 1 sales person we waited a half hour and no one came to speak to us. They want to talk finance before even seeing if the car your interested in even starts. We walked into the dealership and was met with theres 4 of you I hope your buying 4 cars. Not in this lifetime. Found a great deal with another dealer on this website and they couldn’t do enough to help me.

Dealership listed attractive price to get you to dealership to add almost 10k in dealer fees asking more cash than finance also advised kbb and dealer aware they are asking over 5k more than the value of car , I had a poor experience from time I was told deal finalized and unable to see car to 2hrs later being advised car avail because prior customer couldn’t get insurance two wasted trips to dealer because they are holding cars for ransoms , why would anyone pay so much more than what the car is worth, dealer fees understandable but not 6k worth , not recommending
