Called on the car on Saturday
Left message that I wanted the car . I only had a question about the car? I waited until 10 am on Monday to hear from the dealer. I then called them and to my surprise they said it was sold a hour before ( I ) called. I will never buy or recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great experience and quick and seamless transaction. They even went above and beyond to find the best shipping options for me. Truly impressed.
Dimitry was very warm and friendly, and were more than happy to let me test drive the vehicle alone. They are very flexible on accepted payment options, ranging from a certified bank check, credit card, even Zelle. They have on-site mechanics to inspect and service vehicles with their own service bay, something rarely seen at locally-owned independent dealers. The cars on the lot are in good condition, and they've a wide variety of vehicle classes and price points. I ultimately decided on a different vehicle, but the purchasing process was very straightforward and honest, and they were happy to accommodate a pre-purchase inspection from a third party, a strong indicator of transparency. The listing accurately reflected the condition of the vehicle, and I'd likely recommend this dealer to others.

Excellent service! They addressed all my concerns and solved every issue I had. I love the car! They even arranged shipping for me. Dmitry is the man with the plan!!!!!!! I was able to view the car on facetime while a mechanic put the car on a lift and showed me everything I wanted see. Just simply amazing. Every car dealership should be like this!

Got 2 useless responses at least 1 of was automated acknowledging my inquiry. Was my inquiry answered or handled correctly?
Not in the least bit or my detailed questions even attempted being answered.
If your staff can't handle email inquiry communication's then my assumption is doing business with your company wouldn't benefit me well either.
