Worst dealer ever! Wasted 5 hours of my day. They gave me a out the door price over the phone I even told them to double check that’s it’s valid before I drive out with the family and they said yes 100% it’s good to go. I drove 2 hours and they changed the price as soon as I arrived like “ohhh no we can’t do that price it’s impossible” bs games! Take your business elsewhere they are incompetent and waste of time! Even the manager didn’t offer any type of compensation nothing.

Great Experience! I've been looking for a used truck like the one I bought at Victorville Mitsubishi for 6 months. So I have had to talk and negotiate with many a dealer. By far this was the most pleasant, maybe even fun experience I've had during this process. Zero hard sell - no dealer add ons like satellite tracking, paint protection, door edge guards! You still need to negotiate mind you, and do your homework, but my salesman Oscar was great and very helpful in the process. He helped me understand different aspects of the truck and even got mechanics to help answer questions he could not! The finance manager Dawn was very good, she explained all of standard fees and taxes very well. That part can be intimidating and confusing so she did a great job explaining everything and was super friendly! Being a smaller dealership it felt like the entire staff really wanted to make the entire experience as personable and pleasant as possible. Highly recommend Victorville Mitsubishi!

After a few visits to this dealership, expressing sincere interest in buying a new Outlander PHEV, negotiations with Mr. Mathew were close to finalizing a deal. On the specific day, ready to sign and pay, Mrs. Annie's last-minute involvement disrupted the process. From the start, her rudeness and bad attitude were evident, marking my interactions with regrettable unprofessionalism and disrespect, unlike any other dealership experience. Due to this, and my preference for a more respectful buying environment, I encourage others, like me seeking a good atmosphere, to choose dealerships prioritizing positive customer experiences. At the very least, I suggest avoiding Mrs. Annie—I am unsure of her job title as she didn't bother herself with an introduction.

I gets calls daily from the same person asking the same question, and then a new person called asking the same question the person before, ask. They absolutely don’t have no communication within their organization.

The 2018 Camry for 13000 I had to return it because all the lights turned on check engine, the lane departure all the warning lights.I ask them if they can fix it they said they will take the car back . It was too much money to fix . Now they haven’t done anything to it and it’s for sale again

We unwound the deal on the Camry because you stopped payment on the check you used to pay for the vehicle after you said you were unhappy and the vehicle allegedly had a problem. You arrived back at the dealership a few days later wanting to purchase the Camry again for $3,000 less and threatened us with a bad review if we didn't succumb to your demands. We did in fact put the vehicle into our service department, diagnosed and test drove the vehicle multiple times with us being unable to duplicate the concern. Ok service responded back but when I asked for out the door price they came back with the price that is on the internet is the best price. But then the next day they drop it $1,000 doesn’t make sense.

The Mngr Nick never kept is word or his staff. Communicated w/ 3 staff members via email about vehicle and w/ Mngr about financing, $10,000-$15,000 cash downpayment, options on vehicle and scheduling a test drive. Told Mngr Nick that I would be traveling from Northern Ca and wanted to make this deal work. Got to the dealership and they sold the vehicle w/notifying me or letting me test drive it. Mngt basically kicked me out the store saying sorry, nothing I could do for you.

Extremely bad customer service and Extremely rude and follow-up is also extremely bad. Would not recommend at all as they say they are too busy to help customers who are not right in front of them and then when you ask to not be contacted again they ignore the request and contact you anyway. STAY AWAY!!! Take your business to a place that treats the customer better

Because we live far away, I called on the availability. Vico advised that this particular truck was being sold, while we were speaking. But, he was very helpful in answering my multiple questions their regarding policy, if we found something else there.

Unbelievably rude and dishonest dealership. I wanted to write the whole story, but no space. Short version: these guys (Art and Alex) totally live down to the rep of a used car salesmen. Car listed as "excellent condition." I'm out of state so asked Art to send pics and tell me if there is any obvious damage. Art said no damage. I paid someone to check it out. They saw big crease in the body and exposed wires inside. I asked Art, he said "I see dent now." Art and Alex gave dumbest explanations about car condition, but refused to stand by word. Alex refused to confirm sales price in writing, refused to correct "$20,0037" to say $20,037. He hung up on me and was very rude to the poor person I asked to take car to get it checked out. They kept talking big ... everything is fine ... but they were desperate to avoid having car checked out. No good reason to do business with people like this. Very rude, condescending, dishonest. Buyer beware!

These people are very difficult to deal with. They were not willing to answer any questions, they just wanted me to visit the dealership. Avoid these people, they're old fashioned high pressure salespeople.

I went here to look at a car this company advertised the guy said he just sold it. Even though he gave me other options they were not in my price range. The salesman finally got the hint when I told him, I will be making the move from full time to part time soon.

at this time i have not been able to come up a downpayment to go to purchase the traverse that i want. will not have a down payment until tax refund. but they were really nice and help. i have to schedule a another appointment.

I talked with the salesman and told him that the car in the book had been on the market over 1000 days and that I could not drive all the way to Victorville if this car was a there as a bait and switch. He said he would call me back and I never heard from him again!!

These guys are a joke. We had a deal and I was on the way to pick up the car with payment in hand. I had to drive three hours to get to the dealership and they knew I was coming. Literally 20 minutes before I arrived they called to tell me they sold the car and for me not to come in. Unprofessional service to say the least.
