Didn't feel like they tried hard enough to get the deal done. I went late in the afternoon and thee closed at 6 and was told he'd get back to me the next day. Without hearing any word back the next day by 5pm, I had to call and got the old "I just got an answer for you" and the news wasn't good. Ended up getting the truck I wanted at another dealership AND got approved for a much higher loan amount than thru Allways' lenders.

Was terrible experience. The salesman knew I was coming at 4:00 all day and when I got there the truck was filthy inside and out. Someone had made a daily driver out of that truck and it showed. I still would have probably bought the truck but the salesman went up $1900 on the truck. Never going to waste mine or any of my family or friends time there again.
Bought the car, it took 4 days to complete the deal because their server's and intranet was down. They had to deliver the car to us here in Corpus Christi and since it was night we did not notice that there was only one floor mat and that wasn't a match for the car. The people were friendly and helpful.

I called on a Thursday and a Friday to make sure they still had the truck I was looking at before going on Saturday. Well I got there at the time I said I would be there and they sold the truck out from under me.
