Looked at a Honda Pilot. It had a loud ticking noise in the engine. Salesman tried to tell me all Honda’s make noise. Since I’m driving a Pilot now I know this is not true.

I drove 1:42 away to go see the 2011 Toyota Avalon limited they had for sale. I put a $500 deposit on a car on Wednesday 6/15/2022 spoke to Jason gave me his word that he would sell the car. Spoke again to him on Sat 6/18/22 @ 5:51pm. Spoke in regards to an issue with finance. We agreed that he would call me Monday morning for us to move forward with the car. Call him on Monday and he sold the car. Bad for business. Not a man of his word. Took my deposit, gave me a receipt and all and sold the car to someone else without even speaking to me first. Stay away from this place. BAD FOR BUSINESS. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The RAM was sold out but the manager choume a toyota Tacoma 2012 and works good for me they have 10 star costumes services thanks Vermont Auto &Service

I contacted Vernon automotive at 11:30 Friday night 61/2 hours after I was informed my car was totaled. I was contacted first thing in the morning and I was test driving that day! The service was excellent! The owner Jason was helpful and kind along with the rest of the staff. Jason let me take the car to a Volvo dealer for a check up to make sure it was a sound car. I was driving my car away in less than a week. I was also was helped with financing! I thought I would never replace my dream car! This was exactly like my car but in better shape and with less miles! This is the best experience I have had buying a car in the 44 years I have been buying cars! Thank you

So we were ready to put a down payment and had the car checked at firestone. It had a leaking Axle, power steering, the tires had low tread, and there might of been a couple of other things listed which added up to 2 grand. The car also reeked of smoke. After we returned Al immediately started playing down the issues and saying he wouldn’t trust firestone and all old cars leak. He even compared my tires to the car saying mine were brand new in comparison which they aren’t and actually 3 years old. Yes firestone hikes up the prices but they don’t lie about what needs to be fixed. Firestone even knew we didn’t own the car and were looking to buy it. My fiancé would give this place 3 stars but as a women who was talked down to multiple times I’d give it 2. I did all the research and had been approved for the loan and Al asked only Patrick to look at the car to try and persuade him without me. He later on a side note said I could come. I knew that my man wouldn’t budge without me.

I called and spoke to John and he went on a conference call so I put a hold on a car elsewhere. I called back yesterday with interest in my original decision and he never got back to me and now the car is gone.

AMAZING experience!! I love this dealer. No pressure, great cars, and the BEST customer service. The entire team is thoughtful, professional, and clear. There was a variety of Subaru Foresters at my price range at the mileage I wanted. It's rare to go one place and test drive 4 equally well-maintained cars that were clean AND still leave within 30 minutes. There was so much great room for finding what I really wanted without someone haggling me all day. Do beware that if you're looking for some handholding and coddling and lots of convincing, this might not be the place for you.

I bought a car here. The process was easy and quick. And the manager and staff are really friendly.

Got an initial response via email, and spoke to a friendly office staff member, but nothing further happened.

No pressure sales. Gave me the keys allowed me to view vehicle without pressure and test drive. When ready to buy the process was very quick and was driving home the truck within the hour. Even after the sale they stand behind their vehicles they sell. 4 Free oil change and took care of any issues with the truck balance/alignment keys etc. Definitely want your business and keep you happy.

Emailed twice called once. No response on the emails. Call was to the point and over. Sometimes things just don't click.

I do not even know where to begin with my review on Vernon Auto Sales. They were by far the WORST used car dealership I have ever come across. First off, I had been dealing with Jason by phone for a week before coming to take a look at the vehicle. When I arrived he didn't even have the decency to come out and introduce himself to me. He sent another worker with the keys out and had me look at the vehicle like as is they didn't even care. Secondly, The pictures were highly in accurate. Seeing the vehicle in person had me completely mortified. It was NOT everything it said out to be. There were scratches on every aspect of the vehicle, touch up paint on the corner panels and grill of the front bumper. A fog light was cracked the rear bumper needed to be completely re-painted. The rearview mirrors color paint did not match the rest of the vehicle. The rims looked as if someone was purposely driving on curbs. Now this is just the outside of the vehicle. The interior of the vehicle was TERRIBLE !!! The key remote does not unlock the vehicle form the outside so I had to physically use the key to unlock the driver door. The inside of the car had a horrible smell to it. The leather was in such poor condition there was a HUGE rip on the driver side upper arm area of the leather seat. I was with my family at the time of viewing so when my aunt asked to unlock the back doors to take a look that's when I realized the unlock buttons on the inside of the vehicle didn't work either. I didn't even bother to test drive the vehicle that's how upset I was. On top of everything the car was FILTHY as if they never wash it. There had to have been at least a inch or more of dirt and dust sitting on the vehicle. When both my uncle and I approached Jason on how poor of the condition the vehicle was in he acted as if he truly did not care. He had no remorse or sympathy at the fact that we just came over an hour away and told us " PICTURES DO NOT DIFFER THE PRICE, I DO NOT TKAE THE PICTURES " . He was completely unprofessional, rude, carless, un courteous, and all the above of a salesman. I HIGHLY & EXTREMELY do not recommend anyone shopping from this place.

Dealer didn't respond to 2 sent emails asking questions about cars I would of potentially purchased. Drove to lot and they didn't have any of the cars that are online. Those cars are still online! I was really hoping to do business locally.

Jason was very pleasant to work with, got back to me immediately.. Car was in good condition with a fair price. CarFax was readily available.

Never replied to my original email. Replied to my second email. When I arrived he paid me little attention. Tossed me the keys for a test drive. I never had a moment to sit down and speak with him as he seemed to be chatting with a friend. I felt that I was an interruption.
