I hope I have enough room to write all I need to and I hope that someone reaches out to me First off my employer purchased the car for me. My employer job was to negotiate and pay for the car which he did and did a good job. After that was done all paperwork (also sent them a photo of my DL) signed was in MY Name and My name was on the paperwork, but Everytime I would reach out via email I was got given a oz of respect to get a reply back, and I emailed number of times to check on the negotiating process, buying process, and shipping process. Now to shipping I dont know if it was venture motors that was dragging there feet on the process or the transport company, but either way my employer and I had to reach out and get a third party transport company to go pick up the car and deliver it. Once I got the car finally after almost a week the interior was not in the condition that the photos showed. Inside was dirty, dent on the outside not showed, burn hole

Dealer returned my phone call quickly and answered to the best of his knowledge the questions I had for him. I did not purchase a vehicle from them, though no fault of the dealership. I found a different vehicle i was interested in at another dealership.

Great communication and flexibility with deposit payment. Although, rushed me through the buying experience and after I got it home noticed a few things that I would've caught had I been able to properly look over the vehicle. Still priced decent.

Dealer still has not been able to deliver a running vehicle. I drove the car home. It died twice on the way home. Returned the vehicle to the lot. Was assured by Kareem the car would be repaired. So far I have not been contacted by Kareem. I like the car and would keep the car if it would start and stay running.

I purchased a a beautiful Impala from this dealership. Mr Fountain and Mr Wallace are very interactive with guest ensuring all is going well. In fact all team members I've encountered are very personable.

Sales person was friendly but the when we test drive the vehicle it had no gasoline, so didn’t get a full assessment of the vehicle.

I bought this car. The customer service was over and above.

Talked with this dealer several times on the phone and email before driving 3 hours to go see the car. Calls me when I am a mile away and says the car was sold 10 minutes before then. 2 weeks later the car is still on CarGurus. There is a reason they have a car 30% under market, because they don't have the car and are scamming leads. They are hoping they can convince you to buy something else if they just get you in there and waste enough of your time.

Excellent service and car I purchased from them!

Karim did me very well on our purchase. The car was actually away getting inspected and oil change and he went and got it for us to look at and we purchased it. Great guys to work with. Don't let the location fool you. Little tough to find, but they are courteous and want to help you find the car you want. I foresee them expanding their operation very fast. All paperwork was completed quickly and properly.

This dealer is the real deal. I am normally wary of used car dealers, but Mike changed my mind. He was responsive, very honest about the car and took care of every one of my concerns regarding items I had pointed out. The great part was the way he did not hover over us while we were looking the car over. The price was below blue book and the value was real. Think you should give this dealer a chance to put you in a good car.
