Veloce Auto Center was very helpful and made the experience amazing. The staff is top notch and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered and they were so helpful. I must say, the best experience I have ever had with an auto dealer. Highly recommended!!!

Wesley was great and very responsible. Even though English isn’t his first language, he was still very professional and easy to work with. I ran into some issues with my insurance, so I couldn’t take the car home the same day, a bit disappointing, but honestly it showed they were being careful and doing things the right way. Since the car didn’t have plates, they gave me a temporary one to drive it home. They mailed me the registration, plates, title etc afterward.

No hidden fees, which I appreciate. You’re not gonna get a huge discount or anything, but the pricing is fair. Communication with Rex was smooth overall — he wasn’t always the fastest to reply, but he did address all my questions and concerns. Just came to the US and honestly i dont really understand a lot of things here… at a school event i heard about veloce auto and added viola on wechat.She helped me sooo much. She even sent me the written test questions so i could study for the driver license, and recommended a car that fits what i need. She also helped me contact insurance agent, and all the paperwork for transfer/registration was basically done for me. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Definitely recommend veloce auto and viola to my friends who need to buy a car too

I’m in Washington and couldn’t see the car in person, but Vincent made the process incredibly easy. He sent detailed videos and even did a FaceTime call to show me everything I wanted to see. The car is in excellent condition, with far less wear and tear than most used cars. There were no hidden fees, and the transport cost was lower than anything I could arrange on my own. Overall, it was a completely trustworthy experience. I highly recommend Vincent and the team!

Had an awesome experience with Rex! He was super helpful from the start, sent me the report and a walk around video right after our first call. I later scheduled a time to check out and test drive the car in person, and everything went really smoothly. Rex was very professional and really knows his stuff. They also take trade-ins, which is great. If I decide to switch cars in the future, I’ll definitely consider trading mine in with them for a new one!

This dealership is amazing! Their listing price is real, guaranteed. NO B.S fees like other dealers i checked. for example some dealerships list a price 50k and the out the door suddenly becomes 65k with another extra 5k no one knows where they comes from and if you dont take they feels insulted. I took a technician I know to inspect the car, and there were no issues at all. They did an oil change, and the tires were new. Most of their cars are still under the original factory warranty, and their prices are very reasonable. They don’t really negotiate, but I think their strategy is to set fair, no-haggle prices like Carmax or AutoNation—which works great for me since I don’t like bargaining. As long as the price is within market range, I usually don’t push for a lower one. Their finance manager, Viola, also gave me a good interest rate and loan term, saving me the hassle of securing my own bank loan. I ended up adding GAP insurance because I don’t fully trust my driving skills.

Absolutely a terrible dealer. I flew from Wisconsin to LAX to look at the car. Then made an offer that was accepted. Flew home. Called the next day to make arrangements and was told that they had sold the car that morning.

I highly recommend this dealership.I am giving 5 stars to the sales rep Jeremy.He was very friendly and courteous and I felt no pressure in buying the civic type R.This dealership carries a high end cars on their inventory and a touch of class.With their staff like Jeremy and his boss Sajohn.I personally would buy cars from them again.By the way I loved my 2021 Honda civic type R.Thank you guys.
