I have tried to buy a Bentley from this dealership twice. My price offer was lower but not that much out of the range of their retail pricing. Follow up has been incredibly slow and at last reach out, I never received a text or counter offer back. Not a dealership I would do biz with. Its a shame, I have an offie out there and would have liked to create a relationship.

Great experience & literally the easiest auto purchase I’ve ever made. Mason did a phenomenal job with zero pressure & communicated constantly during this out of state purchase. Exceptional customer service & I will be doing business in the future. They sent their driver Ezra to pick me up from the airport & he made it a enjoyable ride to the dealership.

I did not yet get the price I want a bit over priced
according not to me but car gurus notice on the red
911. However, I am very impressed with how I was
delit with over a week of daily communication. Very
detealed and respectful. I am in CA and not yet looking
on the lot. So I have lots of questions. Very fast to
respond in text message. They put up will significant
aggressive Text from me. I will keep trying to get a
better price. So many dealers are rude and arrogant to
me.

I called them and they answered and told me that the car was sold. They were very polite and offered to help me find another vehicle.
Exceptional customer service. I was amazed again. First time when I purchased my SL550. When I experienced fantastic experience. Great communication and smooth transaction. Second time contacting Vegas Auto Galery in need for another vehicle and they knowing my busy work schedule brought the vehicle to me. Way above and beyond! Keep up the good work guys. Very defensive about their pricing saying even though CarGurus and Kelly Blue Book said it was ABOVE market value, both of them were wrong and the car was priced right.
