Great service
The sales rep was Extremely Unresponsive after submitting an application over a week ago. Finally got back with me stating the financing was approved and to provide a few few documents, which I did. I reached out to confirm receipt of the documents and never heard back. I called and texted several times but no reply. Placed another call this morning and still crickets.
There's more, but at this time I will digress.
I wish anyone good luck dealing with this dealership.

Very patient and professional, they made this process so much less stressful than it could’ve been.
We were very excited to purchase this car, made the appointment Friday April 5,2025 for Monday April 7,2025 at 2:00pm. We drove the 3.5
hours to the dealership in our 2014 Ford Taurus SHO to trade-in. When we arrived at the Dealership, we were first informed that the car was
waiting for us at the "other" location, then told the car had been sold Friday! The sales rep had neglected to put the 2:00PM appointment (we
have email confirmation of the appointment) on the common calendar - apparently not the sales rep first time in this issue. We had to turn
around and drive back - wasting our day and crushing our hopes. Not very professional.

Miss Christina is awesome. She is very knowledgeable about the car business, and
wasn't "pushy" at all... persistent, yes, but she is after all, selling cars. Although the
vehicle my wife and I were looking at is a great deal, we were not comfortable buying it
sight unseen. We also weren't able to go up to N.J. from South Georgia at tis time, to see
it. She did offer ways to work around our concerns, however, we chose not to pursue it
further.

This dealership is a complete scam. Jordan sold
this faulty car to me. I drove 260 miles on the car.
The engine light came on. With this, I started
experiencing mechanical issues. I informed him that
the engine light came on and that I'm experiencing
mechanical issues. He apologized and advised me
to go see his mechanic. Mechanic said that the
brakes and rotor need to change. Jordan said he
can only take care of the engine light and refuses to
fixed the brakes. I told him I won't take the car back
except he fixed it. He said that I should see the
owner. I know I have the right to return the car. Stay
away from this dealership. He is refusing to fixed a
faulty 32,000 used car he sold me

Abraham, I wouldn't call a car faulty because after driving it 300 miles a check engine light came on. It needed a coil, spark plug and injector WHICH WE COVERED THE COST OF TO THE TUNE OF $915. You paid nothing. Legally we didn't have to do anything for you but out of good will we covered it. You told us we were "legally obligated" to replace your brakes even though they had plenty of life left and there was no message illuminated for brake life wear. Yet we paid $750 on pads and rotors for you anyway. So over a $915 repair which was fully covered by us, you are calling a car fault

Dealer contacted me within hours of my inquiry and was extremely helpful and courteous. The only impediment to moving forward was being so many states apart. Beware of purchasing from this dealer. They tell half-truths, stand behind the purchase
‘As Is’ document. Upon receiving the car, the dash was displaying functional and critical
error messages which cost over $2000 to fix. Advertisement was deceiving as related
to the age and state of the tires. This was another unplanned expense of $1,118.66. I
should have had the car inspected and not trust this dealership.

I had to call the dealership, so no, they didn't contact me. Actually, Jordan has contacted me twice
now after I bought a different car. He was less than helpful. I already had financing set up through my
bank, so all I had to do was show up and have the dealer fill out the request for funding form for
USAA, and the deal was done. He didn't have to sell me on anything, didn't have to haggle at all... just
sign some forms and give USAA the total price. Easy.
But he said I needed to bring a check from USAA instead. I was flying in from Ohio and driving the car
back, and USAA much prefers to just deposit the money straight to the dealership... but Jordan wasn't
having it.
So I flew to Kentucky and bought another Porsche Cayman S instead... but now, Jordan has text me,
where I told him I bought another car, and then the next day emailed me about the same thing.
Dude... you didn't wanna help or talk when I was ready to buy the car, and now you won't stop once I
already bought one

This review is most unwarranted. You reached out to Jordan and he explained that our company policy is to only accept wire transfers or cashier checks. What USAA was giving you was not a cashier check but a dealer funding request slip. You texted him saying you understood and would reach out to USAA to see if they could give you a cashier check and worst case scenario you would come see the car and wait for their funding slip to clear. When he followed up to see if you were able to get a cashier check or still coming to see the car you told him you purchased another vehicle instead.

Dealer got back to to me quickly and we are still talking about other vehicles.

Bought the 2000 from Jordan three weeks ago and it had been at my mechanic getting work done to it. Needed new tires new gaskets new shocks and struts. Jordan and Andrew sold me a car that needs a lot of work. They wanted me to drive the car back to their mechanic with dry rot tires . I decided as the customer that I didn’t trust them anymore so I stayed with my shop. I would never buy from them and do not recommend them at all. I bought the car site unseen as a surprise retirement gift for my partner retiring from NYPD and have has nothing but issues. This silver one was the original car I wanted but they took a deposit from someone as I was negotiating. It’s ok what isn’t ok is how I was delivered a car that was 22 years old and not once looked at by Vantage or Gary
And the fact that they wanted me to drive it back in the condition it came in was ludicrous. No care for their consumer but quick to take 35000$
Jordan H is very courteous and helpful. Hoping to be able to reach and agreement but initial contact was very pleasant and would recommend.

Dealer experience was good. They did all I needed to make the experience excellent.
Car shipped and arrived as hoped for.
I gave them a price I was willing to pay, and they were
completely unwilling to negotiate at all.
They refused to waive the "document fees" they charge
in addition to the listed price, even though I would have
to do registration by myself. They do not help with out of
state registration.
The car has front end damage that they called out in a
failed Bring-A-Trailer auction for the same vehicle, but
denied in their listing and on emails where I requested
information about paint work or damage.
Called me "nasty" for comparing their pricing to other
comparable vehicles in my attempt to negotiate.
Continued sending badgering emails (we're up to 5)
since I told them I was no longer interested in working
with them.

4/7. Sunday 4/4 i looked on car gurus and said it
was sold. I text them and asked what was up and
that I have seen it was sold. The reply back was...we
just had to take it off the site temporarily because
they were getting too many deposit/test drives
request for it and its still at their service center, the
radio replaced but you'll be the 1st one to know when
its ready to sell.. i Didn't hear anything...I called, no
answer and I text back and no response! I didn't
even want to give 1 star because they are horrible!

where contact was relatively quick, many of the responding emails were ROBO replies
-which when you ask a direct question ,...didn`t help me.
I repeated my emails with same questions and replies became more frequent and real (NOT ROBO)
I really liked this car and wanted to explore getting a deal done which included my car. But due to Carfax report on my car (rebuilt title) they
had no interest in a perfectly fine car.
Though the final email from them was kind and courteous. It was an overall lukewarm experience
I was able to get pre-qualified for the car with Capital One and Westlake but that's it. Not a lot of options for loans. They do not utilize Capital
One, only Westlake. I have not applied with Westlake as of yet to see if I will be approved. Still weighing the pros and cons because I do not
want my credit score hit especially if I'm denied. No guarantee for financing.
The communication was good. But they wouldn’t negotiate or work with me. Car was listed at $36000 said they would give me a good deal they took $500 off. Had a down payment of $8000 cash. At the end of the deal i would be paying $42000 for a car that cost $35500 with excellent credit.$500 is not a good deal for a car that has been on the lot for 3 months.

Quick response and Very helpful. They asked $495 doc fee which another dealer was not charging.
They were upfront with the fee and I have no complaint.

We offered to fix the suspension free of charge, and had no idea there was an issue until you arrived. Secondly you said you were a dealer and wanted to buy the car on OVE. No need for a two star review when you were offered the opportunity to purchase the vehicle with the suspension fixed.
My experience went from good to bad. Andrew was great in understanding that I work the same time their dealer is open and helped me to apply for financing. I applied, but got no answer back. After waiting a day I reached out and was told I wasn’t approved and the financial worker should’ve reached out to me, which he didn’t. Turns out I wasn’t denied and the financial worker was still working on it. I was told the car I was trading in would be valued around $5,500-$6,000 and it would be applied to the overall figure. I understood that my payment could still be around $400 which I was fine with and was told I would be reached out to the day after Christmas. I wasn’t reached out to that day, waited the next day, and had to reach out twice before finding out that my trade in would no longer be valued around the spoken amount but only $2,500. It’s disappointing because the place seems to have great genuine people but I could’ve been helped better throughout the process.

I cannot disagree more this with review due to it being highly inaccurate. Firstly, two people applied for this vehicle and Andrew confused you with the other person, whom was denied financing. Secondly, Giovanny, who handles financing, was out of the office the day after Christmas with a very sick son, which is understandable. Next, your trade in was always the same price. You were told you needed an additional $2,500 down to get to the monthly payment that you desired. We never offered you $2,500 for your vehicle. The dealer sent me an email with their contact info. I called on a Tuesday and left my number to call me if the car I was looking to get was sold before I went up there the following Tuesday . Good thing I called again the following Monday because the car was sold but never got a courtesy call
I was shopping around. I got the information I asked for with a reply that
was both prompt and courteous. I did not end up buying this vehicle but the
experience was nothing but positive.

I called them friday and explained clearly im coming to purchase the traverse that Monday when i got there 10.am a gentle men told me sorry it was sent back to auction. Any way i found and purchased one the next day same color thanks for the road trip trip fellows lol.

If we held every car each time someone called and said they were coming, we would have hundreds of cars piled up. We always encourage a fully refundable deposit to show that someone is interested, which you did not want to leave, so we could not hold the car. Sorry

I purchased this vehicle and discovered some underlying problems after
being purchased "AS IS" The owner stepped up and repaired a short circuit
free of charge and payed for the parts to repair an emission problem. I was
treated fairly and courteously by everyone at the dealership. Would not
hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealer

my experience was fair....after get the car home I noticed that the lights were not working and the check engine light came on. I notified the dealer hand they sent me to their mechanic who diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Gary's paid half the bill.
check engine light came on 2 days later. I don't think the mechanic replaced the engine coils as claimed.

Had a specific car in mind when going to this dealership. The car was not in very good condition as described on the phone. Had rust, needed new brakes, and four new tires. The dealer was playing on his phone and didn't approach us when we arrived (you could tell he was just not the type of person who cares about his job, we had to approach him twenty minutes into looking at the car). We were not willing to pay the said price due to the work that had to be done, they would not work with us on it and were going to charge us $100 extra for tires. When we test drove the car the driver side window wouldn't stay closed, the dealer tried to tell us that that is how it is supposed to be (yea... right) They don't really care for the sale, more concerned that it was closing time.
