The female that reached out was big on over talking me and she didn’t listen . I told her that I already have a pre approved loan and she still was pushing me to fill a credit application.

I was very interested in this car . Since it was 2 hours away from me , I ask what was his best deal.
When I told him I was paying cash for it . He raised the price 1000.00 !!!! I’ve never heard of that before. I have moved on to something else

Very good dealer. Took very good care of everything I needed. Also if you buy a vehicle if you post a picture of you and you’re vehicle on Facebook and tag Vantacar he will fill your gas tank up!
I was contacted by phone, then we were able to communicate via text. We discussed the vehicle that I was looking for, my current situation, down payment, and how soon I was looking to get into a vehicle. After receiving all that information, I was told that he would crunch some numbers, see what he could do, and get back to me. This was before 10am, as I don’t remember the exact time. The day passed, I heard nothing back from him. He did however, run my credit because Experian sent me a credit alert inquiry. The entire day passed, I heard nothing, next day nothing, almost 2 weeks later. I completely understand if you can’t help someone, but you reach out, and communicate with them. I’m in the customer service business, first impression is everything for me. The reviews I read were great, which is what initially caught my attention, and why I decided to give them a try. My experience was not what I expected....

Went in and they told me the creditor they use determines the price of the car so it would not be the listed price. The creditor can actually raise the price of the car!!!! When I got there they had pulled this car said it needed work done on it. But got approved for a BMW, Dodge Caliber or another car, none of which I wanted.

Vantacar got back to me by the next morning and we talk and got a test drive set up . Things went very well . The jeep was all that they said it was and I'm very please . 4 days later and I'm a proud owner . Thanks guys

Got to the dealer with our scheduled appointment. No one was there and didnt show up for a hour. Also the truck we looked at was low on fuel and died three separate times while we test drove it. On top or being filthy. Not a very professional dealer.
