5 star experience, was very helpful and was able to close the deal

We bought a different vehicle than the one pictured but let me tell you….the customer service was spectacular! Thomas was very knowledgeable and helped our son weigh the options for each of the cars that he test drove. Honestly, we would gladly purchase another vehicle with Vann York for either a new or used car!

Dealer contacted me letting me know they would follow-up once images were uploaded. Never heard anything back and noticed the vehicle had been sold via web listing. Did not purchase from this dealer.

I was treated well and had information sent in a timely manner. Issue was, the van I inquired on was not even the van I was being sent information on. A mishap internally i guess.

Had an initial contact from my inquiry. Sent my availability, email, and phone number. Never heard a word again. Was very interested in the vehicle but could not get further than an email or two. The lady who contacted me was very nice which is why I am giving a 3 star and not a 1 star. But cannot give higher as I never received follow up contact from them. I guess I was not worth the sale.

I got an e-mail response, telling me the truck was not priced or cleaned up and not ready for sale. They said I would be contacted when it was ready,but a week has gone by and they will not answer my e-mails about this truck. Very disappointed with this dealer.
