I emailed back and forth with a representative from Valpo Motors about a car for sale. It needed work unfortunately so I had to pass on it. They were very nice and helpful.

The lady in the office was very helpful and friendly, she was able to work with a price we were looking for and she also arranged for them to deliver the truck to us because we live 150 miles away.we are very pleased with the whole experience!!

Drove over 100 miles to look at a 1st car for our daughter that they said was in very good condition. The salesman said he was driving it and the car had no issues. The car was making a terrible grinding noise that was coming from the front end, it pulled really bad to the left, the breaks sounded like they were metal to metal, and when turning you could hear a loud clunking sound. When we were finished test driving it we spoke with the salesman and now he said he didn't realize the front end and brakes were bad because they aren't allowed to drive them. Earlier he told us he had been driving it. Ugh! What a waste of a trip. Keep in mind this is my experience with 1 car and 1 salesman so that may not make the entire place bad. Just trying to be fair.
