Quickly called me and are very helpful and definitely is not annoying or pushy. They contact me about once a week to see where we are at with buying which I greatly appreciate since I told them we aren't ready to just buy whatevers available right this moment.

We had a good experience Valley Auto liquidators. We drove to Spokane to look and test drive the suburban and ended up buying it. Our Salesman Brian was great he was very professional and personable. We love the Suburban. We would totally recommend them.

This dealership didn't seem to know what they were selling. Their ad had pictures of a black Ram
1500 Sport Crew Cab, but it was supposed to be a blue Ram 1500 Sport Quad Cab. I asked for
correct pictures and got pictures of a Ram 1500 Laramie. They did send me to their website with
a Gray/Blue Ram 1500 Sport Quad Cab, but not the one I was looking for and $9K more.

This car was listed at nearly $7k. It stank of perfume in a likely attempt to mask the fact it
was a smoker's car previously and I literally had to throw my clothes in the washer when I
got home and air out my truck afterwards. The car had an obvious front left strut problem,
two of the tires couldn't or wouldn't hold air, and there is a check or service engine light
illuminated in the dash. It felt like it should have more power than it does and I told the
salesman after the test drive I wouldn't give them $2k for that car. After that drive, I won't
even consider buying from them in the future and I'll steer people away.

Not impressed with this dealership. The guy wasn’t there for our appointment time. The car hadn’t been detailed and there was dirt all over the inside of the car. There was even a hornets nest! (Empty thank goodness) The car made a weird noise as we were pulling out of the lot. This is not a professional dealership in the slightest.
Response was OK, asked me to put a deposit on credit card as I wasn’t going to be able to get I. To test drive for several days. Told me it was “completely refundable.” When I couldn’t get there and asked for the deposit refunded it took two calls without resolve and had to call my credit card company. Not professional.

WOW! If you need a used car, this is the place to go. Chris responded to my contact right away and was very friendly on the phone. When I explained that my car had been totaled in an accident and what the insurance was offering us, he said he would take care of us, and he did. He was very friendly and NOT your typical "high pressure" salesman. When it came time to negotiate the price he really worked with us. He was also able to help us get the new car home and in time to catch the US Woman's soccer match. He helped make a very stressful situation comfortable. The dealer took quite awhile to respond to the inquiry and when they did, the price was higher than expected. I went with a different dealer.
