Alisha told us the car was available and when we went to view the next day she said it had sold. 2 weeks later we called spoke to Alisha the car was still showing available online with price reduced and was told it was another car with same airbag issue but she had the key, we asked for proof it was on the lot and was told she could not find it but had the key.

Good sales team
It looked like it was such a good deal that my son and i went by to look at it before we got a reply to our inquiry. Unfortunately, it had sold literally a couple hours before we got there. The salesman that we spoke with was very helpful and tried to find something else on the lot that may fit our needs.
I was looking at a 2012 toyota matrix. VipKars website showed the carfax reported no accidents. I
was even told that when I called vip kars inquiring about the vehicle. Later when looking on
Edmunds.com at vehicles, I found the same vehicle that had the autocheck report rather than the
carfax report. The autocheck report showed FRAME damage! I called and spoke with John at
VIPKARS about the discrepancy in reports. He said let me pull up the autocheck, and then
confirmed yes it does show frame damage. Then he proceeded to tell me that this vehicle was
bought at auction and anytime the auction company does anything to a vehicle before running it
through the auction, even changing a front headlight, they would list as frame damage. Been
around too many blocks to believe that!!!!!! Red flag went up right away! I really liked the little car
and was going to drive that day 2 hrs to test drive. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE when dealing
with VipKars!!!!!! Do your homework.
This location has very poor customer service and the sales person was not there. The other sales person was lazy and wasn't even trying to
help me either. The car was not cleaned and I didn't stay to drive it because I will not waste my money or time at a business that is not worth
of it.

We drove an hour and a half to see the car. Online and on the sticker on the car said it had cruise control. It did not. Wasted my time.

Very easy process and great selection of used cars
I was there for several hours even though I was pre approved. I was told I'd need to put down 700 more than what it said on my pre-approval, I called an uber and was on my way to look at another car, they called me had me come back and said I could do it with 1400 down, it was a stretch but I had enough, almost 2 hours later they started saying I'd need to have the other 500 by monday. They wasted many hours of my time and 30$ in uber money I had to spend and I still had to go somewhere else, even though I had called first an confirmed I was all set with the pre-approval
This mileages on this car is not accurate because the dealer was helpful to pull up it up on car fax, so the current miles on this car on CarGurus was from 2005 from the first owner then this car was pass down to another person whom bought it and car fax show the miles was 145.000 miles when the second owner last had it which the dealer says was around 2015 when this miles was shown on car but currently this car doesn’t have accurate miles base on the age of car. Appreciate the honest truth from the dealer rather than falsifies the true information of the car. Thanks Dorian brown for been honest even though I didn’t make any purchase because the car was not for us after carefully thinking but I was glad you gave us good information about the car and making our decision easy.
Possibly this car miles could be around 190.000 or more but there is prove of it so anyway look to buy this car take your mechanic to check it.

everything worked quite well, and was a great experience.
Absolutely amazing - I went to look at a Mercedes ML500. I wasn’t sure so the owner Andrew let me take the car home for 24hrs so I could drive it, get it inspected or do whatever made me comfortable/confident. Unfortunately I ended up not buying it because of my own financial stress but even at that Wayne the sales guy was still friendly. The best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership

I specifically asked about the vehicle history and most importantly if the car had been in an accident, seller said no. I drove one hour only to find out that the Pilot I was interested in was fully painted. Not only the paint was still smelling strong, but the paint job and the body work was terrible. It was obvious that this vehicle has been in a major accident and somehow did not make it to the Carfax report. The seller was hoping I wouldn't notice it and frankly, that is not a way to do business. I wasted 2 hours going back and forth to the dealer. I will never reconsider them or recommend them. They are not honest.
They contacted me back that car was available, when I get to dealership they have told me that car was sold the day before my arrival. I
wasted an hour of driving time and it was wrong of them to tell me car was available when it was not. They used the oldest trick in the book to
get me into there dealership.
Very laid back environment I found another car on the lot that I purchased. Dealer was very nice/ professional they basically let you walk in and select the vehicle u want and test drive. They weren’t running around the parking lot being vultures trying to make u sign contracts. I would come back again.
I ended up just driving over. This was a great experience. They have a lot full of great looking low mile affordable cars. The salesperson, Nicole was AWESOME!! The purchase process was really easy and quick. I will recommend this places to all my friends and family. Thanks VIP KARS!!!!

I purchased the 2010 Honda Civic Coupe for my teen son. This car is in execellent condition. My experience was exceptional.Andre was very professional,personable and an awesome guy. He answered all my questions and explained the entire purchasing process. He made sure my son was happy and comfortable with the purchase. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again and I highly recommend them.

When VIP cars responded to me inquiring about lowering the pricing of one of their vehicles, they responded by not answering my questions and said I should "look through their inventory for another one". Literally 2 days later I got an email from CarGurus letting me know they had lowered the price by 1k on the same vehicle I had inquired about. I would have bought the car at that price, but I bought another one instead from someone else.

We were financing with my bank and put a deposit down to hold this car... told them my husband was taking half a day off work the next day to go to the bank and get everything set up. The bank needed info from the dealer and when they called the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude. Then after we had everything set up all my bank needed was a copy of the front and back of the title... turns out that VIP Kars DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE TITLE!!! Went through everything for nothing. The manager called me and just kept saying... i have 30 days to produce the title. Awful customer service, no professionalism, rude employees, and a waste of time.
I called to confirm that the 2012 Hyundai
Elantra could be test driven the following
day. I was told that it was available, but on
their business website it was marked as
sold. When I arrived, I was told the car had
been sold the day prior. I test drove a 2016
Hyundai instead. My salesperson Don was
extremely kind and helpful. I completed a
financing application, and things began to
take a turn. Don took me to speak to a
financing manager at the dealership. He
told me my loan app was approved, but the
bank requested proof of income. I gave him
the proof of income, and he began to tell
me that it wasn’t sufficient. I told him to let
the bank make that call since he wasn’t
providing the loan. He then began to say
that I don’t make enough money monthly to
afford the vehicle despite my proof of
income showing that I make what I
claimed. He even asked me for proof of my
2018 annual income even though the bank
didn’t need that. I ultimately left with no
vehicle.

They didn’t know how to honour the customers not only that while visited their showroom they make miss behaved with customers. Try to explain to others: we started our journey from Henderson Mill Road Atlanta and confirm that expected vehicle is available or not they said it’s have and you can make test drive. I’ve called the Uber me and my elder brother going over there after estimated time like 10/15 minutes later due to bad weather. While reached their showroom they sold that RAV-4, 2011( maybe stock No. V066499) to other customer. That’s no problem. Problems are there they have no curtsy, no manners. Why I mentioned like this? They could be make me a call for cancel the test drive or visit. They said that are you make schedule for test drive so that we sold that car to other. I’ve no idea without test drive who can buy a used car, I don’t know. Do you know?

While looking at the car I noticed the spare tire
and tools were missing. Dee told me that
removed it to keep it from being stolen and it
would be put back after I purchased the car. A
spare tire and tools was put in the car after
purchase but after I got home and checked it
would not fit the car at all. Dee and Patrick in
service both told me that they would ship the
correct parts to me . After calling several times I
was told they had the parts since August 2. It is
now August 15 and I still have not received the
parts. I strongly feel that I was told I would get a
spare tire and tools just so I would buy the car.
Please be sure you get all of the deal before you
leave because they will not do what they say for
you.

Sales Representative was efficient. The process was as expected. Vehicle "Check Engine Light" appeared a couple of weeks after purchase.
We called ahead of time to let them know we were on the way to test drive and possibly purchase a vehicle that day and which vehicle we were interested in. Upon arrival they were very rude and refused to let us drive the vehicle we wanted to buy. Needless to say I won’t be going back and they obviously didn’t want our business

I did research for a few months looking for what I wanted. I kept coming back to VIP Kars for the best deals. So we found the car that I wanted online, then went to VIP. We dealt with Will Ward, very straight forward guy. Was the best and easiest experience that I've ever had buying a car. And, I LOVE my new (to me) Elantra!! I would definitely buy from VIP again!! We called in advance to confirm that the vehicle we wanted to see was there and were told it was. However, when we arrived, we were told it was sold the day before. I still gave three stars because the lot contains many good cars. We test drove a different model and ended up buying a similar car from another dealer.

I've contacted this dealership. Lady who
answered the phone doesn't have well
manner. But after that they've working
very fast. I couldn't get the car from here
because of $1000 down for $6,995 car. I
guess that's normally asking for any
vehicles buy for low credit. But they've
keep sending out email for same car
that they couldn't work out with me.
Well now got it from $500 down at
Gwinnett place Nissan with warranty
options.

I was really excited to see this car. I drove three and one half hours to Atlanta and then of course the return trip. Car looked nothing like the pictures. I was told it actually looked better than the pictures by the salesperson. The paint job was abysmal and the car was even missing the radio antenna. I didn't even test drive it....got in my car and went back home. Very disappointing.

emails and then someone finally called me. Sales associate and I
went over some details, he was to call me back and NEVER did.
The Car sold. Why set up multiple mediums of Client capture if
you do not manage them? A forgetful experience. Must be just a
"walk-in and buy" operation.
